Cheesesteak: meat had good flavor and liked getting the choice of cheeses. 4.25 stars
    Eve K.

Love this local colorful building on the side of the road we always passed but never went in. Chill atmosphere with freshly made food and excellent pineapple drinks. 4.5 stars Food: 4.5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4.5 Cost to worth it rating: 4 (3 mahi tacos for $13) Opentableable: no reservations Return worthiness: yes! Highlights: - Mahi tacos: best ones I've had in the area. And I order them a lot. Got them blackened and there's a sizeable thick chunk of tender fish that's delicious. 3 flour tortillas (or you can pick crispy) with cheese, pico, and lettuce is a good deal. 5 stars - Chicken quesadilla: served on a pizza shaped platter, my son enjoyed half of it for lunch. You get to pick a condiment topping and we got guac on the side in the large cup. 4.25 - Cheesesteak: meat had good flavor and liked getting the choice of cheeses. 4.25 stars - Key lime pie: smooth cheesecakey version with a crumbled graham crust and lots of lime zest. 4.25 stars - Mac and cheese: white cheese based and not too creamy and cheesy enough to coat the ridged macaroni noodles with bacon, Glad I could get a cup size to try it. 3.5 stars - Pineapple express drink: coconut and pineapple goodness, not too sweet, filled with ice, and served in a glass pineapple shaped glass. Loved it. - Atmosphere: inside high ceiling with tables and a bar and a patio with a few tables for outdoor seating. Chill beachy music playing for a nice vibe. Midlights: - Pulled pork sandwich: wasn't what my friend expected as it was chunks of saucey pork, but she still found it to be tasty. 3 stars - Cash only: I never have cash anymore so good to know. Lowlights: - Was a weekday lunch so we had to eat and run and didn't get to hang out longer or try more drinks. I'd come back for more pineapple drinks and to try their shrimp and rice in a pineapple entree which sounded cool.

Steak quesadilla, maho sandwich, crab dip with home made tortilla chips.

I was visiting my MIL and this place was a short walk away. Great portion sizes and good prices. TVs all around the inside. a great sports bar. Seems like they may have odd hours. Waitress was very kind and put up with my bf dad jokes (lol). I got the steak quesadilla. It was delicious and the steak was cooked well not chewy or fatty. It was a huge quesadilla could probably feed two. My bf got the mahi sandwhich. Per my bf, fish was of quality and a thick piece. Juicy and good. He got it on the Broche bun which he would recommend. Waitress also said this was most popular way to get it. One thing that was super odd is that the mahi sandwich did not come with fries. So We got a side of French fries which weren't our fave, probably could have used some more time in the fryer. This is our only critique. Crab dip was amazing! Homemade tortilla chips absolutely made it. We ended up having left overs for a second meal. We also had two beers on tap. We will def return.

Placed an order TO GO and they wouldn't allow me to use their bathroom while I WAITED. I didn't even see the sign until AFTER I asked for the restrooms. The sign is OUTSIDE. If you're spending money at a restaurant, you should be able to use their facilities. I only placed the order to go because we had a long drive ahead of us. What they did was tacky! And as far as the food? The flavor is a tad bit above what you'll find at a gas station. Not only will I NEVER support this place again, I 100% do not recommend it!!!!

Jerk steak tips with rice and pineapple chunks
    Melissa L.

Above average bar food, with pineapple spin. Good casual place close to the beach. The jerk steak tips were decent, but the jerk sauce was more like bbq and it felt like too much after a bit. Pulled pork sandwich was good. On a Fri night they only had 1 lady serving the bar and serving tables, good that the place wasn't too busy.

*drooling 5 hours later over my to-go box* This place is phenomenal! I stopped by based on recommendations from fellow yelpers, and bit am I glad I did. Strong, yet delicious drinks, amazing food, and excellent service, what more could you ask for? We ordered the stuffed jalepenos, and if you are expecting those tiny, store bought jalepenos, these ain't for you. Bring your appetite cause they were bigger than my Note 9! And outrageously good! Paired with the most delicious pineapple dipping sauce, I nearly bit my dudes hand off trying to eat it. Next, we ordered the 6 piece wings. We opted for garlic buffalo, and they arrived piping hot & literally dripping with fresh garlic. *eyes rolls into the back of my head*. I wish I would've ordered more, but alas I was bursting from eating the jalepenos. Lastly, we ordered drinks. Shawn got the orange funsicle, I got the pineapple bomb, and OH MY GOD if these weren't fun times in a glass, I don't know what is!

Did you hear about the honeydew and pineapple who tried getting married? The court said they *cant-eloupe* . If your in the #downtowncocoabeach area you must make a stop at Pineapple Point. I have driven by this place a million times and extremely underestimated the cuisine they deliver. Highly recommend the GIANT #jalopenopoppers made in house and served with a sweet pineapple dipping sauce. And if spice is not your thing then dive into the decadent crab dip served with homemade corn chips! Wash it all down with Tito's and fresh squeezed #lemonade for only $7! The restaurant is directly across from the beach so a post meal walk is almost mandatory! Stop in or stay awhile either way you won't regret the visit! . . #cocoabeach #brevardcounty #yum #foodie #eats #drinklocal #titos #spacecoastlive #spacecoast

Only here for drinks but they are delicious!!! Pineapple slushie with 1800 tequila shot plus great location for beach parking. Great Caribbean music, lovely decor and nice restrooms as well.

The food here is very good. I think just about every dish has pineapple in it somewhere. I had the pulled pork sandwich with fries. The pulled pork was delicious. I could taste a faint taste of pineapple. The bar-b-q sauce was really good also. My husband had a cheeseburger and onion rings. But very good. My husband is picky about his onion rings and he said they were great. Will definitely come back here. Wait staff was very attentive.i

Perhaps I was expecting too much? The Philly Cheesesteak was supposed to be great: I found it dry. I got the 12" with peppers, onions and mushrooms (provolone cheese). It was just rather dry. The cheese was on the bun versus melted into the meat and it was just so dry. The service was great, the ambience was fine, and they truly took care of us. I just wish the cheesesteak was good.

    Bar & Dinning Room
    Scottie H.

Parking was a little confusing, but the first 90 minutes street parking is free. Food was great. Service was good not great. The dinning room is very loud. I didn't expect it to be different. There are plenty of TV's that you can catch the game. My son ordered the hamburger, and it was good. My wife ordered the steak nachos, and it was good. My daughter got Caesar salad, and she said it had to much dressing. A little to strong for her. The fresh lemonade was awesome. I ordered the steak quesadilla extra cheese with a side of ranch. It was awesome. My wife and daughter both wish they had ordered that. I would go back for the quesadillas. The root beer coke and sprite all tasted like they keep their syrup turned down.

The appetizer I didn't know I needed in my life. 5 stars - Shrimp cocktail: probably the best I've had. 5 humongous shrimp perfectly cooked and chilled. Served with a Thai peanut satay sauce that was delectable. Crunchy and gooey. Paired with ranch and guachong sauce. 4 stars - Artichokes: 3 large lightly fried pieces which looked like chicken wings. Most unremarkable item we had. 3 stars - Water service: need bigger glasses or for them to leave a carafe on the tables as they didn't come by to refill often enough. Being in a tropical location, hydration is important. - Drinks: cocktails sounded fancy but were just ok. Even their version of a smoked old fashion was lacking in the smoke reveal. Wine was also just ok - Waiter kept on calling us sir and ma'am making us feel old and bit uncomfortable Lowlights - Out of few things. their sole bakery item dessert in a brownie I was excited about and 2 out of 7 glasses of red wines

We grabbed seats at the bar, and right out of the gate the experience was mission-ready. The girls behind the bar were awesome, friendly, attentive, and just had that effortless vibe that makes you feel like a regular even if it's your first visit. Now the food... wow. Everything came out fresh, hot, and absolutely dialed in. The burgers were stacked and juicy, the sandwiches loaded, and those sidewinder fries? Forget it. Crispy, golden perfection. You can tell nothing sat under a heat lamp, this was all cooked to order and launched straight to the table. Best way I can describe it given the location... This wasn't just good food, it was a full-on flavor liftoff. Like sitting a few miles from Cape Canaveral and watching a rocket punch through the atmosphere, everything about this meal just took off and didn't look back. Very interesting and overly combative response from the owner of this establishment. (Their…read moreresponse and my original review are below.) Their response suggests that we only waited 35 minutes to get our food and that they make everything from scratch. There must be some underestimation somewhere in your timeline as the food we were served had to have been sitting for at least 10-15 minutes to get as cold as it was when it was served to us. As for us not giving you a chance to make things right, come on. My husband asked to be cashed out for the lemonade he had and that we couldn't eat food served this cold. Your waitress simply told us it was taken care of, to have a nice day, and turned and walked off. When my husband asked again at the front of the restaurant to be cashed out, the young lady at the front told us that if we were going to walk out there's nothing she could do. At no point were we offered to speak with management or to have our food remade. Later on when my husband called we were again given lip service with no attempt to make things right. I get trying to protect your business, but when your customer service is subpar you need to own that. At no point has this establishment offered to make this right. Very disappointed. Big Daddy J's 5 Great Things 3850 N Atlantic Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931 American Lacey Thomas 169 points 4 hours ago We waited almost an hour for our food. It wasn't even busy. When we did receive it it was the brisket sandwich was cold and the frys had been sitting there. Avoid this restaurant unless you want to wait and get cold food. Food 1 Service 1 Atmosphere 1 Response from the owner 2 hours ago Hello Lacey, we're sorry things didn't go right for your visit. We take guest experience very seriously so we made sure to review your visit and take notes for us to improve. At 1:45pm you were greeted and sat. Our server took your drink order @1:46pm and returned with beverages by 1:47pm. The order was taken @1:48pm and entered to our kitchen. At 2:15 our server brought refills and apologized for the food wait at 27 minutes in. The food arrived to the table at 2:23pm. 35 minutes after order. Now, let us say, that's never our standard, it's just not what normally happens. Having a 1200 dollar hour at 2pm is not typical. Thats a big hour for a small place. Our typical food ticket time at that hour is an 8 minute average. We're fast. But sometimes a perfect storm hits and we do the best we can with the hand dealt. We make everything from scratch and make sure to put love in our dishes. Had you not gotten up, and dropped your tray in our food service window and left after being in the restaurant a total of 35 minutes, we would have most certainly made things up to you. We pride ourselves on service. Man, we got buried, we admit it. However, we unbury well. We are definitely not perfect, and we make mistakes, but we're know for what we do after. Unfortunately you did not give us that opportunity. We understand when you're hungry and traveling, you need food in a timely manner. So 35 minutes may seem like an eternity, we feel you. We apologize you ran into our perfect storm. We take all of this very seriously and we will do things to improve, which has already started. We appreciate your feedback and we wish you safe travels.

Marker 24 is in a residential area and accessible by land, as this restaurant is on a waterfront, and most diners pull up in the little boats. There is indoor and outdoor dining; we saw a few people outdoors but it was chilly when we were there, so we opted for indoor seating. A few stalls for parking across the street, parking stalls divided by little fish painted on the ground, which was a cute touch. Happy hour was spectacular, with buy-one-get-one-free drinks and the food prices were super reasonable to us (coming from Hawaii, where everything is super expensive). My husband ordered a Spicy Mahi Sandwich with Potato Chips (instead of fries, that's how it came) for $20 and I got a roasted mushroom flat-bread pizza for $15.00 and our appetizer was the smoked fish dip for $15.00 which came highly recommended, and we did love it, but when we saw the crackers, we were laughing. We were expecting bread or flatbread, but that's just fine, being a waterfront casual restaurant. Total bill = $70.62 without tip. Everything was delicious, no complaints. Service was attentive and friendly. After dinner we took a stroll out to the back of the restaurant onto the pier and watched the sun go down. If we lived in the area, we would visit frequently!

The waitress said they don't have anything hot to drink because it's a restaurant with a dock and the temperature is usually hot. I may go back for a lunch on a hot summer day when I have time to make the 30-minute drive.
