I love that the bread here is uber soft! If you have ever had Charley's this bread is much softer. The service was relatively quick. Ordered the Philly cheesesteak and the buffalo. He did ask if cheese and onions were okay which I appreciated. I absentmindedly forgot to make my buffalo cheesesteak with chicken. But it was okay with steak just not what I expected. Wish the cashier would've asked me which option I wanted but it's all good. Just know that it will default to steak of my you don't specify. Flavor was good. Sandwiches were hot even after driving home. Price tag is a bit on the higher side as the two sandwiches (one small and one reg) was roughly $27 without tax and tip. A $5 coupon was then applied so that was good. However, That was without sides. If you made them combos you're looking at close to $40. A tad hefty for my liking but I like supportinglocal read more

When this place opened up. I was excited because I heard good things about them at the downtown location. Unfortunately, I wish I can say the same. I tried the Philly cheesesteak on both occasions and I feel that something is off. On the first trip, I felt that the bread seems doughy and the meat to cheese ratio is off where there was too much cheese. The steak was chewy and different have must flavor that I'm used of tasting from a cheesesteak. In trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and believing that the experience was a bit off since this was carry out order and I didn't eat it right away, I decided to wait a bit before trying this place again. On the second trip, I ordered the same thing and paid extra to make it a hoagie (adding lettuce and tomatoes). I must say that I feel some kind a way about having to order extra for lettuce and tomatoes, but that was the choice I made. Instead of waiting, I decided to take a bite immediately when I got to my car. The bread was still too doughy for my liking and i feel there was too much cheese to make the sandwich too chewy. I tasted the meat separately and found the flavor lacking. In the end, I tossed the rest of the sandwich in the trash. So, I tried this place a couple of times and can't say I would go back for a third trip. read more

We love coming here. The staff is always friendly and they remember us which is nice. My husband is from Philly so he wanted to check this place out. He really enjoys it. He always gets a plain steak with light fried onions and makes it a combo with the fries and a drink. I think their wings are the best in town. Where big gators dockside wings fans but Loading Zones beat them hands down. They're always huge, plump, juicy, and the sauces are delicious. Their teriyaki is the bomb! You can order five or 10. The price is a little high, but it's totally worth it. They used to have a hot pastrami on the menu, but people weren't ordering it and the meat was going bad so they stopped carrying it. I'm really sad cause I love a good hot pastrami sandwich. I do you like their cheesesteak sandwiches they're good but my new favorite is the Italian. When I went last week, I told them I wanted a hot Italian. He asked me how I wanted it hot? he said I can do it chopped and make it hot. I wasn't sure what that meant and when he explained to me, he said that he would chop up the meat like a steak sandwich and then put the cheese on it and then the rest of the stuff I want on it like lettuce, tomato onion, oil, oregano. Can I tell you it's the best Italian sandwich I've ever had and I've eaten a lot of Italians. This is how I'm going order every time now. We usually don't like their music but this time they played a selection of heavy metal music which was a nice change. Because we love heavy metal music. The guys that worked there are always super friendly and we usually have good conversations with them about music and sports. We've been coming here since 2021 and will definitely keep coming back. We stopped by here around 130 PM. A little late in the lunch hour- unfortunately the restaurant was empty. The two fellas working looked as if they were doing busy work. After eating, I'm confused why they were so lonely in there? I had a mushroom cheesesteak. My mother had the a regular cheesesteak, my son had a buffalo sauce flavored cheesesteak. All of us agreed that these were some of the best Philly cheesesteaks we've had since visiting Philly a few years ago. The buns were soft and they were heavy with filling. And the fries - nice and hot and crispy. My dad got a smash burger. He declared two bites in that this was his new favorite place to get a burger. It was cooked perfectly and not overwhelming with fat and grease - just perfect. The place is covered in traffic signs and license plates from all over, a true big city feel in the middle of central Florida's suburbs. The guys (sorry didn't get their names) were on top of everything and extremely patient with two of the four people in our party who can't hear for the life of us and another person who takes way too long to choose lol. Went here with my wife and friends. Very clean location, small but with adequate seating. My wife and I both had the standard Philly with cheese and onions and shared an order of the tater tots. Service was friendly and prompt. The sandwich was excellent, fresh bread and meat. The tots and sandwich were cooked exceptionally well, but a bit overseasoned with salt. Depending on your palette, the salt could be a bit much. It was for me and some others we were with, but some enjoyed that much salt. Solid cheesesteaks and fries. I wouldn't say it has a super *authentic* Philly cheesesteak flavor like Cavo's or Laspadas, but the flavor is unique and very good in its own right. The bread in particular is wonderful...so soft and just the right chew. Not sure what people are talking about stale bread, maybe it can be inconsistent. However, I've been here 4 times and it's been very good every time. The fries are not mindblowing, but they are nice and crispy. Definitely nothing to complain about. We have ordered food from here three times and it is really really good!!! A nice change from the typical sub places that do cheese steaks but not really their specialty! We have had the cheesesteaks, fries and tater tots and all were great! When I went to pick it up all three times they seemed very busy which I like to see! Hope they stick around!! Please read this review before you enter this establishment! You're better off staying home and heating up some frozen fries from the freezer section of Walmart and buying some stale bread to make your own Philly. This place is awful and the price tag of $15 for a small sandwich and yucky fries was insane!!! Utterly disappointing and will never go back. Been wanting a nice cheese steak lately. I found Loading Zone in the same plaza where I go for donuts: Donut King. Loading Zone is a quaint little spot. Large menu displayed above the counter. Kitchen looks neat and clean. To the left of counter is a drink fountain with Coke products. There is a utensil area and trash in front of the counter. I had the Loaded Philly, which is peppers and onions added to the cheese steak. Overall it was quite good- all the flavors you expect. The meat wasn't over seasoned or salty, which I liked. The bread is very soft, which is key for this meal. I also had a side of tater tots (who doesn't love tater tots) to go with the cheese steak. These were fried well and salted. Perhaps a bit too much salt, but pleasantly crunchy and not mushy. The fountain drinks are Coke products. Overall, a "well done" for Loading Zone. Definitely think about eating here if you're in the mood for a cheese steak. read more
