Unfortunately my Ryobi 40 volt lithium 14 inch chainsaw is now missing. I had to leave the storage unit to meet the home Depot delivery drivers for my new washer and dryer. Use this company if you don't mind missing expensive items! And they won't replace them.

If you care about your furniture and belongings, I suggest that you find another mover who will…read moretake more care. Matt and Chris were polite and they worked hard. They were not overpaid by any means EXCEPT that they damaged almost every piece of my best furniture in a 4 mile move. For instance: Guest bedroom box spring and mattress (scraped off fabric on edge/corner and dirty from dragging even though it was in a UHAUL mattress/box protector), Living room couch (dirt on back of couch from footprint? & metal gliders yanked out of couch legs by dragging) TV cabinet, (at least 9 half-dime or larger dings to the moldings and edges & metal gliders yanked out), Master bedroom bedside table 1 (large wide scrape to the finish on top), Master bedroom bedside table 2 (several nicks/dings), Master bedroom cedar chest (large gouge to side). The contents of at least one box were shattered - it was pottery that was very special to me - There are many boxes I have not yet opened - be aware they do not guarantee boxes will not be damaged. They did not properly wrap furniture before putting it on the dolly. I should have insisted that we look carefully at all pieces of furniture before they left, but Matt Toney was in a big hurry to "get the truck back". My foolish mistake.

I had 24/7 access to my belongings && they were always open unless there was any issue with the weather or anything like that. The passcode was super easy to remember. I never had a storage unit before this but they were a awesome facility. I would definitely go to them agian if I ever needed to rent another unit. I had the unit for about three years & I had a lot of expensive stuff in it && wanted to get a climate controll to make sure everything would stay in good condition esp since I wasn't sure how long I would need to have the unit, I never expected that I would have it as long as I did. I kinda forgot the rules, which is when moving out that you give a ten day notice, but I paid for the the next month, because they would send messages every month reminding you of your payment which I loved getting these notifications cause that way I never missed a bill. Along with that the site Was super easy to use, the owners gave me Back my months payment that I made in advance believing I would be there another month. But I emptied it out before the 31st of the month, & recieved a refund fOr the extra month I paid. I had no issues at all here. They even let me slide on the ten day rule, I think I have around five days, If I had any questions it was suPer easy to get ahold of someone. I would give this place five stars for sure!!!
