History

Established in 2006.

In 2006 a local businessman built & opened the doors to Stor4You Self Storage, LLC 535 Mohns Hill Rd, Sinking Spring, housing 166 outside, drive-up, Non-climate controlled units & 65 parking spots. Almost 2 years later he built another 65 Units & 67 climate control units. in 2010, he added 61 more units . The last of the six buildings was completed in 2012 housing another 127 units (61 regular and 63 climate). He didn't stop there, he went on to add 40 more various size parking spots in 2013, 13 in 2016 & finally 68 large parking spots for trailers in 2017. In May of 2016 Stor4You acquired a 28 unit storage facility on Shillington Road in Sinking Spring Borough. The owner spent quite a bit of time re-vamping this facility. As units are vacated, the company reinforces and updates the unit for the next occupant. In June of 2017 Stor4You North of 2665 Bernville Road, Reading open its premiere facility with 171 climate control units and 19 non-climate controlled units.

Meet the Manager: Steve A.

Steve, a college educated man, held various jobs working with the public, making him a well-rounded individual that allows him to see aspects of business and relationships within the business in a very unique way. He finally transitioned over to the storage industry around 2001 and had worked for several different facilities until he landed here in 2009. Understanding the amazing benefits of working for a smaller company that truly treats their employees as family and their clients a friends, Steve, our live on site manager, has been a major benefit and asset to Stor4You and the people with whom he has interacted.
