We've always loved Pincho and have been wanting to support our favorite businesses during this time, so we placed an order this morning at 8:47 for a pick-up time between 12:00-12:15. I have to say I am very disappointed with the customer service I received today. The employee working the front door was very rude to say the least. My self and others have been patiently waiting for our food that was ordered. When I asked the employee how much longer until my food was ready he said "I don't have time to check everyone's order, its ready when its ready". I expressed to the employee if he could please just tell me how many orders were in front of mine because I had to get to work, that if it were 2-3 orders I could wait. Again, his response was he did not have time to check for me. If the employee would have taken just 3 minutes to check on my order maybe Picho would not have lost my business today. read more

I was pretty dissapointed, after all the hoopla I decided to try it, man was I not impressed, the burger was dry and the fries were typical frozen ones nothing special. I was going to get the tostone burger but opted for a regular burger to see how that stood up, well not very good, small and very overcooked, not worth the price, it was very crowded and very hot at that location very uncomfortable. Tried this for the first time today. I had the fresh parm burger and it was excellent. My wife had the perfecto burger and it too was excellent. My daughter got a chicken bowl and, surprise, it was excellent. Not a lot of seating, so if you hit at the lunch rush, you may have to wait a short time. But, any wait is worth it. This is my favorite Pincho Factory to go too! I've been to most of them and prefer this one over the rest. I'm always satisfied with my food when I go, the staff is extremely nice (getting whatever you need, making sure everything is good and refilling your drinks when needed) and the general manager Jonathan is friendly as well making sure how the customers are doing! This was our first time to this restaurant & the food was simply amazing! But what took our experience over the top was, the customer service from the employee JAY!! He made the experience that much more enjoyable. He had provided one of the top customers service experiences I have ever had. Very attentive,charismatic, and professional. One of our favorite places to grab lunch or dinner. We try something new each time and we've never been disappointed. I try to limit my intake of meat so sometimes I'll order the veggie burger. My husband makes fun of me for ordering a veggie burger at a place known for their amazing hamburgers, but I must say that their veg burger is just as delicious! Food is amazing, service is quick and staff is super friendly. We go almost every week!!! The owner/operator is usually there and makes it a point to pass by the every table to make sure the everything is going well; and if he is not there- the staff gracefully take his place making sure the your order came out OK. They are all always wearing a smile. Some of the staff actually remember your last order, if u visit often enough!!! If you haven't been there- I recommend it 1000%! Great food! Great prices! Service AMAZING! Came with a party of 7 (including 2 kids). You order your food at the counter and they bring the order to the table. Compared to other counter-service places....this place RAISES the bar in SERVICE! You don't just order and they foget about you. Nope! I can honestly say every staff member passed by our table cleaning up, getting us refills and tending to us. Even the manager (maybe owner) cleaned up and helped get things situated. Service was unbelievable. Most everyone in our party got food pretty quick but one order (vaca frita with sauce on the side) took over an hour for them to deliver. Everyone else had already eaten and our total trip was an hour and a half. Server was rude after we pointed out that other customers had received the same order we were waiting on for so long. The place is too small, no more than 20 seats. No extra tables in the portal. Since we were visiting for the first time, the order taker give us the menu. We took our time deciding what to choose, but there was no interest from the person taking orders to offer us guidance on what was good to eat. I felt like I was in a fast food joint. I had a most unenjoyable experience at this restaurant. FIRST OF ALL... I WILL SAY THAT THE FOOD IS TASTY... that's why I gave it a star. But the service is terrible and the reason the staff uses to apologize is because they are "understaffed". The girl who brought out the food was busy, but NOT AT ALL CURTEOUS when we asked why- 40 minutes after ordering (NO EXAGGERATION... I checked the time stamp on the receipt) we still didn't have all the food. The answer from the manager was that it was a "special order" (no sauce) and that the first time it came out with the sauce. Okay-- so 15 minutes later they finally serve the food WITH THE SAUCE ON IT ANYWAY! Manager did not offer to comp the food... it was only when we requested more fries to eat while she finally got her sandwich that there was any sort of good-will gesture for the extremely long wait. And that order of fries took a long time, too. The food is not inexpensive. The restaurant itself is very small and it is very difficult to maneuver around other customers at the drink station. Two days ago we waited an hour for an order (3 burgers and 3 orders of fries). It was never put in even though we were charged and given a number. The manager apologized due to their computer being down and offered 50% off and free dessert. When they brought our order the burgers were burned, they forgot about the eggs and they hadn't cooked the third burger. They took another 30 minutes to finish. Also the manager asked who took our order and and and the girl who took our order denied taking it. That was pretty dumb because her name is on the receipt. After all of this they were unable to honor the 50% off because the computers were still down so they gave us two free meals on our next visit and promised that it would be a better experience. Well today we went back to see if it would be different the same girl took our order and of course they messed it up we ordered fries and she forgot them. We had to wait another 15 minutes for fries. I grew tired of waiting and I got up to ask to make sure that they were cooking fries and I saw two orders of fries waiting to be dropped into the oil why does it take so long and how can you Screw such a simple order.
