Complete turnoff on Saturday at this location although their food at other locations has been awesome. Here, quality & service is a hit or miss. That day the chicken pincho we got was really burnt. Not sure why serve it - isn't the cook looking? Thought they would happily agree to solve this right away with a properly grilled one but, was wrong. The 'manager' wasn't empowered to comp and make up for it correctly. His initial answer was he couldn't replace because I started eating from it but if I'd "buy another pincho i would get a 50% discount on that one" (?!). He tried to justify the black crusty spots saying because the pinchos go on the grill top, its normal they come out uneven that way. Burnt food is not cool - ever. He eventually replaced the pincho when everyone in party was way done with their meal. To top off, bad attitude from the waitress replacing the pincho. Figured, from the manager's example. Definitely a must! Food was great but the service was better. The staff has great teamwork. The steak pincho was delicious, meat was tasty and tender. And the shrimp pincho is good as well. Rice bowls are very filling. The burger buns are tasty on their own. It does get busy and crowded so arrive with patience. It didn't get 5 stars because the food isn't organic... First off, the customer service at the Pinecrest location is EXCELLENT and I've been there during the week for sit in lunch and take out, and I've been on both Sat and Sun and its always great!!! I had never tried Pincho Factory before, I ignorantly assumed there was nothing there for me to eat since I'm a vegetarian....... I was so wrong. My coworker told me about it and put a menu on my desk as a joke and then I spotted 'Veggie Burger"- oh what a joy!!!! I don't like basic veggie burger patties that are made of god knows what, this one stated it was made of black bean and sweet potato, wonderful news for me. It was soooooooooooo delicious! I skipped the cheese and pink sauce because I "try" my best to make healthy choices. It was nothing less than delicious anyway! I hope one day they start offering ORGANIC veggie burgers, that would be a dream come true! My office is literally walking distance and the whole team ordered from there and everyone loved it (we've been ordering there at least once a week). I also tried the tostones = Yum, sweet potato tots= Yum, and the fries are yummy too. If you go during peak hours the wait could be up to an hour. I went on a Sunday at 5 pm and didn't have to wait much to eat in and then I called in and ordered to go on another Sunday around 5 as well and when I got there the line was out the door but my food was ready for me and I had just called 20 minutes prior. read more

I reached out to mgmt about my issues and they never replied. They read my message, but decided it was not worthy of a reply. So i have chosen to review this place publicly. The only reason i ever even went to this place is because my friends are obsessed with it and they had a veggie burger to accomodate me. False. The veggie burger is cooked in meat juices and blood. I recently fell in love with pincho factory, but i dont think i can go back again unless some things change. I had the veggie burger at the gables location last week and it was spectacular. Yesterday i had the veggie burger at the pinecrest location. This location has an open kitchen. I was able to see my burger cooked and i was not happy. I was actually grossed out. I have not eaten beef in over 4 years. I was saddened by the way my veggie burger was cooked. When i saw what was happening i asked the person delivering food to the tables and people waiting how my veggie burger would be cooked. She told me it would be cooked separately from the beef burgers. I told her thats not what i saw happening and she assured me that the veggie burgers are cooked in a spot where beef does not get cooked so as to not have cross contamination. That's not what happened. I saw the person cooking the burgers set my veggie burger towards the back of the grill and the beef burgers towards the front and middle. I was happy....then he repeatedly used the same spatula used to flip and press the beef burgers to flip and press my veggie burger. Once the beef burgers were done and off the grill area, he dragged my veggie burger to where the meat burgers had been and allowed the veggie burger to cook in the beef burger juices....still using the same spatula to press and cook my burger. I was grossed out. Maybe that's why it tasted delicious, but that also makes your burger not a veggie burger. I am trying to make light of the situation, but i am actually pretty upset. Please change this practice. I hope to go back soon and see that this has been changed. Additionally, the girl preparing the burger had gloves on, but does not understand the concept of why gloves are worn. She was rubbing the back of another employee with the gloves on and then without changing gloves, proceeded to bun the burger patties and prep the food. Touching her hair with the gloves on and then touching the buns is the same as not having gloves. read more

Placed an online order thru pinchofactory.olo.com. Credit card was debited 3 times. I called the rest and a girl answered; that the driver was picking up the order as we spoke (within 10 mins of placing order) half hour later, the email confirmation stated that the order was delivered. Called the rest again. Girl confirmed order was picked up when she spoke with me 1/2 hour earlier. My home is only 10 minutes away. She said Pincho rest is not responsible for online orders delivered by others. Pincho restaurant DOES NOT DELIVER. She couldn't even give me the name/contact to call regarding the delivery person/company. The Pincho website cannot help, and the OLO.com website does not have a helpline either. 2 hours later... the food never came, the email tracking says order was delivered, the restaurant is not interested in finding out, or helping... So I had to call the cc company, to cancel the charge. PINCHO restaurants should be responsible to know who are the delivery persons and how to contact them, in case of a delivery issue. Very bad business practice. Their website should state clearly: YOU ARE PLACING AN ORDER THRU ANOTHER/3rd PARTY BUSINESS. All this time, I thought I had placed an order thru Pincho Restaurants. read more

This was our first time here! And I must say it was absolutely delicious, my boyfriend got the poncho burger and of course I had a bite haha! It was had the perfect temperature and mix in ingredients, definitely a MUST HAVE! I had the Toston burger, soooooo good! Only downside is that since it isn't your usual bread like consistency it fell apart in the end! But I loved the taste, the cheese was amazingly melted on the burger! We shared some sweet tots and they were alright, I would like to try the regular fries with melted cheese and bacon next time! The staff was helpful and friendly! Ordered food at 1:16 and didn't get last meal until 2:07. Meanwhile, everyone was finished eating before it was received...and even though we were told it was delayed because of sauce on the side, they still brought it out wrong! We asked several times about status of food since several groups who ordered after us finished and we received attitude and then she just walked away. Maybe we visited on an off day, but we were not impressed with our latest visit. We'd been for dinner a couple times before at this location and while it was never amazing service, it was not bad like this time. We walked in on a Saturday afternoon, around 3 pm, and we waited for a good while in line. The guy at the register was not in a tremendous hurry to take everyone's order. Once he finally got to us, he was sipping on a soda the entire time he was talking to us. Very unprofessional. The lady who was cleaning tables and running food was texting and scrolling on her phone while she walked back and forth. The air conditioning was either set too warm or was not working properly as we were uncomfortably warm the entire time. And the men's room was also out of order. Fortunately, our son really enjoyed his chicken pincho, but I tried it and found it far too salty. Everything we ordered was loaded with salt and seasoning (Perfecto Burger and Cajun Tostones). None of the food was "bad", but it was not the typical quality we get when eating here. Next time we are in the mood for Pincho, we'll go back to the Coral Gables location. This was my first time and I was satisfied with the food once they got the order right, but very dissatisfied with the service. I went with girlfriend and daughter and 2 out the 3 orders were wrong. I ordered 3 waters with the food and had to ask 3 times for the cups. I ordered Cajun fries and got regular fries and my daughter ordered the black and blue chicken and ask for the sauce on the side and they put it on the sandwich. Best Pincho Factory in town! I've been to multiple other locations and this one has been the best. I ordered the Pinch Factory burger and added fried cheese (at an additional charge). I also ordered the Cajun fries and wanted additional sauce, when the person at the register told me to ask after I ordered and it wouldn't be an additional cost. That person is to remain nameless. The burger was cooked perfectly. Still juicy but cooked throughout. The fried cheese is a nice touch that I HIGHLY recommend. The French fries were awesome. The "secret" pink sauce they drizzle on them is delicious. With a drink, my order came to about $18. It's a bit pricey, but worth it in my opinion. read more

It's was my first time eating here with my wife, and let me tell you the service that I received here was phenomenal the young gentleman Luis suggested the Perfecto Burger with queso frito which was the best burger I have had so far. The young gentleman had such a positive attitude with a big smile which you don't see in many places,he was very attentive, which made the experience a whole lot better to feel welcome.
