By far one of the best burger joints on town. I ordered a egg n burger w/ bacon, bacon cheddar ranch fries and a coke. Probably ordered my food and sat down and received my food within 15 min. The service was good i asked the kid that brought me the food for some napkins and he reacted quick. Good job buddy. There was something wrong with the fries tho and i think it was the cheese don't really remember if the cheese was as thick as it was, if not they need to bring the old style cheese back. Four of us went there for lunch. We had 55 minutes at the restaurant after subtracting travel time to and from. We waited in line to order for a few minutes. When we ordered, we ordered basic food from the menu, nothing crazy, then waited for our food for 40 minutes. There were some people bringing food out to some of the tables we assumed worked there. After the 40 minute wait, I asked one of the people serving if our food was coming anytime soon. She said they didn't work there but had a big order and were helping out the staff. At that point, now being late back to work, we decided to leave. I was able to get a refund for my $57.00 bill and at least appreciate how the cashier was willing to do that. I won't be on a hurry to go back to Pincho factory anytime soon. read more

I've driven by this restaurant quite a few times and decided to actually try it. The restaurant seems very clean and popular. I decided to do a carry out order of a pincho burger with sweet potato fries. I really want to like this place buuuut I just did not enjoy my experience here and they missed up my order. First, as I was putting my order, the cashier and the supervisor had a full conversation amongst themselves in the middle of me talking. The interruption was so awkward eventually the cashier turned to me and we exchanged "I was still ordering" "yes I know" looks. There was no apology. Even the person behind me thought it was inappropriate. Anyway the wait took about 15 minutes. When I arrived home I noticed that they didn't include my sweet potato fries and the burger was lukewarm. When I arrived to the restaurant a young man told me "your order is not ready", no apologize, my interpretation was "you had to wait ". I was waiting for my order 15 minutes more!! because for the COVID-19 situation I have not access to the restaurant and talk with the cashier was impossible, he was moving all of the time (about 5 customers were waiting for their others). Finally he gave me my order (no apologize). My plan was to eat my "toston burger" driving, when I opened the box, the order was incorrect, incredible! Ridiculous! I need to returned that order and wait 10 minutes more for my order (zero apologies). I don't know if was the bad customer service, the waiting time, bad experience,,,but the flavor of that burger was awful, lack of flavor, bad presentation, a little cold, terrible! The taste of the food is good. They have that down pat. The reason for my less than stellar review is the quantity of steak. I got a Fresco Rice Bowl and paid extra for steak. I also added guacamole to the dish. For more than $14 (including tax), I was expecting more meat. It was basically a lot of rice. Kind of disappointing. The place was relatively clean. One of the soda machines appeared to be leaking from the back and they probably should have put up one of those caution cones because somebody could easily have slipped. We decided to go to pincho factory on friday due to the fact that we were coming from downtown miami it was on the way home.My daughter suggested that we eat there due to there burgers being good.well we ordered our food wife daughter and myself and they messed up on our order.we didnt get the 2 fries we ordered untill 20 minutes after our food was delivered.they forgot to ring it up.ok fine.I decided to use the mens restroom and there was urine all over floor and paper.And to top it off while we were eating my wife has a roach crawling up the side of her purse from the booth bottom.never again will we eat here this was a bad choice. read more

Today was my first, and last, time here. Let's get one thing out of the way, the food is great. The service and the policies? Absolutely horrendous. You will get - a limited menu. No fried cheese, no veggie burgers - combos are beneath them. Expect to pay $8-9 for a burger ONLY, plus $3+ for fries, and however much they charge for soda - no napkins. Anywhere. Not even TP or paper towels in the bathrooms. I had to ask for napkins 3 times because every time you ask they will give you literally one - funky working soda machines. You either get pure syrup or pure water - dirty tables everywhere - nobody will come by your table and ask if you need anything, or even if your food came out ok. Do you need anything? You better get up and ask. Did you order anything you need silverware to eat? You willl ask your server for a fork like at a any restaurant, but your food is gonna get ice cold before you give in and get up to ask for it at the counter - their so called "waitress" will scrape your plates right at your table, in front of you. - the manager will apologize and say they're "understaffed". But I didn't see the waitress even pick up the pace when bringing food to tables, and she had no problem hanging out by the kitchen instead of cleaning tables I'm never coming back. You usually get what you pay for, but in this place you can expect to pay about $15 per person for service worse than you'd get at a fast food chain. Don't bother read more

As I first walked in I was impressed with the decor even though it was a walk up order location. I expected so much more from this place. I asked which burger and fries were the best and the girl suggested the plantain burger and the ranch bacon fries. Well. Meh. I started with a draft beer which didn't stay cold in the plastic cups it was served in. Then hit the ranch fries. It was low on ranch and had way too much velveta cheese at the bottom of the tray which takes away from the flavor. The plantain was overly greasy and took away from the flavor of the burger. I had to take it apart because it not only made my hands greasy but my face as well. So I took it apart. The flavor of the burger was good just wish it was thicker. It was hard to decipher the taste between the overly greasy plantains from the burger. Honestly if you do come here just order a burger and fries. Go simple. We had a cheeseburger and a pincho burger with a side of Cajun fries and a Baco cheddar ranch fries. The burgers were absolutely delicious and the fries as well. I would have given a five, but I was a bit disappointed that it really was not a kabob. A Pincho is a Kabob. I was under the assumption that a punchy burger was a kabob made with pieces of hamburger meat. Service was great. First time trying this restaurant chain. The food was very flavorful. However, in my opinion, it is overpriced and customer service was disappointing. You order at the counter and the food is brought to your table. I chose a Rice Bowl with Steak and Latin Style. I was very disappointed that the "diced" lettuce was virtually undetectable. After the server had to go back to the manager twice to get an answer to my question as to whether the dish actually contained lettuce, you would expect the manager to actually come to the table and attempt to make the customer happy. Not here, I was told by the server that her manager said that is just the way the dish is! Might give this chain another try only because the food was very tasty. The register employee was very nice but as soon as we sat down we noticed how dirty the entire place was. the floor was sticky from soda and we found two cockroaches freely roaming the place. the soda bar was also a complete mess. the plastic cups for BEER were dirty and salty in taste.
