I will not be going back to Pincho Factory after multiple disappointments. 1 out the 4 times we have gone it has been good. My husband hated the chimi bowl he got, it lacked flavor and the meat was overcooked . I could swear the burger I ordered was one that was made and set to the side earlier that day because the whole thing was stale and tasted reheated. ( this was at the 40th St location) Regardless I wanted to give it another try so we went to another one of its locations. I ordered the burger of the month called 'Pipo's Choice Burger' it was laking 2 ingredients: the fried plantain and the potato sticks, the patty was overcooked and burnt as well as my husbands burger. read more

I love me some burger but a good veggie burger is always hard to come by. My co-workers told me about this place and I checked the menu and was genuinely surprised to see the black bean burgers on there. I had to try it. The best part is that you can customize your burgers. You can substitute whatever patty you want with whatever combination of the bun and sauces you want. I combined my veggie patty with the Perfecto burger combo. The burger was delicious. It was soft and melted in my mouth. It wasn't dry and the flavor was perfect too. I got the sweet potato tots with it. It was the first time I was trying sweet potato tots and they were a little sweeter than I expected but they are called "sweet" potatoes for a reason. Lol. Would definitely go back the next time I'm craving burgers. Ordering online was pretty straightforward and easy. read more

Delicious burgers and cooked to perfection. The Toston and Fritanga burgers are a nice twist to your normal everyday burgers. Plus they have the most delicious FLAN to die for!!! At the Flagler location, Mr. Demetruis represents what Pincho should be. Friendly, anticipating customer needs and getting a very warm welcome. read more

Pinchos new chicken sandwich slaps!! Flavorful and crispy, the right crisp too! Competitively priced with the competition, IYKYK! God bless!

FIRE! The sweet potato tots is why I came honestly. Perfectly crispy texture on the outside and softer texture on the inside. It comes with this apple butter sauce thats perfectly sweet but not tooooo sweet (then again I'm a sweets person so be your own judge). I usually stayed away from pincho cause I've given it like 2-3 fair shots with the tostone burger...the idea sounds amazing but every time I've had it (maybe it's just the Kendall location) the tostone is so hard it cuts the roof of my mouth. If they made it soft and crispy (not crunchy) then the fact that it's substituting a bun would make it an epic burger buuut anyway, I ended up going for the great burger which I thought would be just another burger but to my surprise it was deliciousssss! Flavorful, juicy, perfect! Looks like I'll be coming back after all! read more

I love the overall atmosphere of the place and vibe of the staff. The food is great. Whenever I order to go, they're reasonably quick and courteous. read more

The food isn't bad but the service is horrible! Huge attitude for no reason, one of those places that it's to give your money because of how rude they are. read more

Some serious mismanagement is happening here. The staff are friendly, the food is decent, but they obviously don't restock often enough. I tried getting a rice bowl and they had ran out of tomato and lettuce... at 4:00 in the afternoon! They never restock on they're hot sauces either. Also, the other day they burned my burger when I asked for it medium. Finding a place to sit is difficult because most of the tables are dirty. This Pincho Factory had a good start but is declining pretty rapidly. read more

The service suck. My family and I waited more than 35 minutes for or order and when I reach out the server they dispatched the order to somebody else. How this possible if they provide to each customer a beeper that notify when the order is ready. This was unacceptable. They rushed to prepare the food but I refused and request my money back. read more

I ordered ahead of time through the app, it was super easy and great to order ahead of pick up time. My order said it would be ready in 20 minutes, but when we arrived only 10 minutes later it was ready! Our food was warm and delicious! I had the Fritanga burger! yum!! Highly recommend this place! read more

The food here is delicious. The meat always tastes good. The fritanga burger...wow! so filling, they have one called People's Choice burger which has the caramelized onions, Mmm my favorite! and their Toston burger is sooo good, is a nice option if you don't want bread but still want the burger meat. I can't forget about the customer service, they are all very helpful and super nice. The dining area is spacious and clean. Love this place! read more

Such a horrible experience. I came here because I was craving a well made grilled cheese and I was very disappointed. The cheese was not melted, literally looks like two slices of cheese between bread. Fries were cold. Not a good environment overall, the employees were constantly fighting. I was there for 20 min and saw the manager threaten to write up the employees a good 5 times which is something costumers shouldn't have to listen to. read more

I ordered shrimp Kebab, but shrimp is too salty. Other things I ordered are good. Foods are cheap. And store are cleaning.

I did not like my experience. My burger tasted nasty, like if they cooked it on dirty oily burned grease. I got a major stomach ache after. My son did not like his bacon ranch fries, the bacon looked gummy texture. The one thing I liked was the sweet potato tots. read more

Visited Pincho Factory for the first time and it did not disappoint! I had been wanting to try this place for a while now. I know it's a chain, but it's relatively health friendly and I had heard a lot of good things! So for starters, their tostones are great! Not too thin, fried to a crisp so the inside is still soft, and seasoned just right. Yumm! My friend got their bacon cheese and ranch fries and said they were pretty good. It looked like nacho cheese and ranch all over fries with some bacon crumbles. Our mains were good too. She got steak which was tender and flavorful. My chicken was tender (which was awesome), but it was a little salty for my preference. But when you add the cilantro sauce, rice and veggies they help drown out the salt. Other then that, seasoning over all was decent. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They welcomed us and offered to answer and questions we had, and even came out to check and see how the food was. I'd definitely like to go back and try more of their items! read more

PINCHO - Steak and chicken bowls, tostones and some bacon cheddar ranch fries for the win! - Burgers Near Me - Miami, Florida

I had never ventured into Pinchos healthy side of the menu! I would only get their amazing burgers!! However I recently ordered a salad bowl with shrimp and their fresh mix that consists of cucumbers, tomatoes, and their cilantro sauce! Wow!! I was so pleasantly surprised! I am excited to try all of their other options! The vegetables were all super fresh and the salad actually had a spring mix of veggies so it's full of nutrients unlike other "salads" that only consist of lettuce. The cilantro sauce was drizzled on and it really complimented the salad! The shrimp tasted amazing!!! It was grilled to perfection!! My mother's salad was the chimichuri one with chicken and it looked amazing! I will definitely be trying that one next! read more

We arrived right during the lunch rush. The line was being assisted smoothly by Jessica. She had a kind smile and was quick to assist us. Haven't been to Pinch Factory in years so I was happy when I found out they were opening a new location close to my job. I ordered the rice bowl with shrimp, fresco style, and it was by far one of the best bowls I've had! Can't wait to come back and try something else! read more

The only thing I can think of is that i couldn't find the napkins, but they were nice enough to bring a set to my table. The food is fresh and really good, a little on the pricier side for burgers but worth it. The tostone burger was so good! The environment is clean and welcoming. I appreciate the soda machines which let you add your own flavorings and the outside patio which was shaded. The staff is quick and even though we arrived with a long line, it was efficient and polite. read more

I came in cause I always heard the food was great. Well as I first walked in, the place smelled delicious and it looked clean. As I ordered from the menu which was simple and easy. The prices were a little too much (I thought). I ordered the Tex-Mex shrimp rice bowl. The rice was sticky which I didn't like and no guacamole (WHAT?). Also the cups were filthy which grossed me the hell out. Overall, wasent impressed with this place and wouldnt recommend it. read more

PINCHO - The Toston Burger - Burgers Near Me - Miami, Florida

This is without a doubt my favorite burger joint! Tonight we had the chalkboard special Vaca Frita Toston and the Perfecto Burger with Bacon. Both were perfectly cooked and delicious, as usual, along with the sweet potato tots. This is their new location in Fountainbleu Park and it's really great. Much bigger than the Bird Road store, this one is spacious and also outdoor seating in a beautiful covered terrace. The service was fast and efficient and the staff very friendly. Given the amount of people coming and going, this Pincho Factory is a hit! Now, if we could get them to open one out deepest, darkest West Tamiami... read more

We ordered a Pincho Burger, Veggie Burger, and grilled chicken with tostones. Safe to say, the food was INCREDIBLE, especially the burgers... and arrived in no time. Great food, quick service and a very friendly staff! The Latin Bowl w/Chicken is straight fire!!

New location opened in Fountainebleau, love this place! Delicious burgers and fries, and tried the new dessert on the menu: fried cheesecake. Service is amazing, the staff is super friendly and regularly check up with you at your table to see if you need anything from napkins to ketchup. I exaggerated this time around and ordered the egg in a burger with queso frito, as amazing as this burger was I could barely get through half from how huge It was!! Spend about $35 (tip not included) on 2 burgers, bacon cheddar ranch fries, a soda and dessert: not bad! $$ I must also add that any restaurant that sells: queso frito is an automatic 5 stars on my yelp! I'm Nica, I can't help It lol. They have a burger that everyone must try: Fritanga burger!! read more

Amazing place, the food was quick and fast Manny was really helpful and did great customer service. Will definitely be coming back!!

The service here is AMAZING. Jessica is a wonderful worker and knows how to take care of guests so well! Highly recommend!

My husband and I went on a weekend trip to Miami in the middle of doing Whole 30 (what were we thinking) and this place made the most sense to get the food we're used to in a W30 compliant way. I got the burger with tostones as the bun (bye bye crappy carbs) and my goodness was it good. This place is the BOMB! read more

Surprisingly delicious combinations of Latin and American cuisine. The Pincho Factory has options for everyone regardless of what they want to eat. I recommend the Toston burger if you're a first time visitor to the restaurant. It's almost Keto friendly if you don't mind blowing your carb intake on the Tostons that they use as buns. I enjoyed every bite and paired it with a side of house made guacamole. The staff is super friendly and fast with the service. You will not be disappointed with this selection for lunch or dinner. Enjoy. read more
