FIRE! The sweet potato tots is why I came honestly. Perfectly crispy texture on the outside and softer texture on the inside. It comes with this apple butter sauce thats perfectly sweet but not tooooo sweet (then again I'm a sweets person so be your own judge). I usually stayed away from pincho cause I've given it like 2-3 fair shots with the tostone burger...the idea sounds amazing but every time I've had it (maybe it's just the Kendall location) the tostone is so hard it cuts the roof of my mouth. If they made it soft and crispy (not crunchy) then the fact that it's substituting a bun would make it an epic burger buuut anyway, I ended up going for the great burger which I thought would be just another burger but to my surprise it was deliciousssss! Some serious mismanagement is happening here. The staff are friendly, the food is decent, but they obviously don't restock often enough. I tried getting a rice bowl and they had ran out of tomato and lettuce... at 4:00 in the afternoon! They never restock on they're hot sauces either. Also, the other day they burned my burger when I asked for it medium. Finding a place to sit is difficult because most of the tables are dirty. The cheese was not melted, literally looks like two slices of cheese between bread. Fries were cold. Not a good environment overall, the employees were constantly fighting. Visited Pincho Factory for the first time and it did not disappoint! I had been wanting to try this place for a while now. I know it's a chain, but it's relatively health friendly and I had heard a lot of good things! So for starters, their tostones are great! Not too thin, fried to a crisp so the inside is still soft, and seasoned just right. Yumm! My friend got their bacon cheese and ranch fries and said they were pretty good. It looked like nacho cheese and ranch all over fries with some bacon crumbles. Our mains were good too. She got steak which was tender and flavorful. My chicken was tender (which was awesome), but it was a little salty for my preference. But when you add the cilantro sauce, rice and veggies they help drown out the salt. Other then that, seasoning over all was decent. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They welcomed us and offered to answer and questions we had, and even came out to check and see how the food was. I'd definitely like to go back and try more of their items! read more

However I recently ordered a salad bowl with shrimp and their fresh mix that consists of cucumbers, tomatoes, and their cilantro sauce! Wow!! I was so pleasantly surprised! I am excited to try all of their other options! The vegetables were all super fresh and the salad actually had a spring mix of veggies so it's full of nutrients unlike other "salads" that only consist of lettuce. The cilantro sauce was drizzled on and it really complimented the salad! The shrimp tasted amazing!!! It was grilled to perfection!!
