I went with my girlfriend for the first time to have lunch, and it was really good!! I had the bacon + blue burger with a side of Cajun fries. The size of the burger is not huge but it's not too small, just perfect, and the fries were amazing! My girlfriend had a fresco chicken rice bowl, the chicken was really tasty, and the combination of rice, vegetables and cilantro sauce was very good as well. These guys have been serving delicious food creations for many years when they had Factory in the name (Pastelillo Burger, anyone?) along with but a few locations. Fast forward to 2020 (ugh) and thankfully they continue to serve excellent food with excellent service, even through these difficult times. I love Pincho Factory have been going since the food truck and then on Bird Road. Tonight I had the toston burger with a fried egg and fried cheese. My wife had the same minus the egg along with some Cajun fries and the secret sauce. I had a house beer 627 made by MIA brewery. We loved the food and the beer. The beer goes great with the food. Very smooth and light doesn't fill you up. The girl working I think her name is Ronnie? She is very friendly and accommodating. She seems to like her job. Pincho is life! I had no idea a location had opened on Flagler so I was pleased when I pulled up Yelp for lunch suggestions and found it! This was my first time ordering the Fritanga Burger. The crema, the slaw, and the hunk of queso frito on top just made it perfect. I decided to get the Sweet Potato Tots which were crispy on the outside and tasted delicious. This location has a soft drink dispenser that is computerized. I was happy when I saw that they offer regular flat water and sparkling water within the soft drink dispenser. Service was friendly. We arrived around 11:30am on a weekday, so the restaurant wasn't that full. As we got closer to noon, more of the lunchtime work crowd began trickling in. read more

Grabbed a quick lunch here and was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the food is. Granted, we were recommended here by a good friend so I guess word of mouth does work. The tostone burger was juicy and the loaded bacon fries are killer. Staff is quick and cheerful, and if you sit by the window you can get a really nice view of the outside greenery while you eat. I did have to salt my tostone bun a little but I'd rather salt my own food than have it too salty upon arrival. I've been coming here for YEARS, since the only location they had was on Bird Road and they are always consistent. Their bright orange chicken pinchos -- Amazing. Each chunk invites you to try one of their delicious sauces. My favorite being their guava ketchup!! Seriously they should bottle this stuff. Their sweet potato tots with apple butter on the sauce -- seriously addicting. Crunchy on the outside, melt in your mouth on the inside. Apple butter isn't too sweet. And my favorite, their Perfecto Burger. As perfecto as it already is, with the papitas, cilantro sauce, and jack cheese, I try to make it *more* perfecto by subbing the patty for their chicken breast & adding a fried egg on it. I always get fries on the side, and try to convince someone to get their tots so I can steal a few! What's best about Pincho, aside from their top quality food, is how involved they are with their fans and other local food spots. They love to collaborate with other businesses, and their monthly specials always keep me on my toes. This is truly a Miami gem. read more

Not my first time at a Pincho, but it was my first time at this location. The ambience is very cute & trendy, per the usual. I loved their Never Settle sign, of which I had to take a picture of. I ordered their October Special the Pipo's Choice burger, and I see why it won at the BurgerBash 2019. It had a sweet and savory mix without being overly sweet. The guava ketchup tasted more like ketchup than guava, but I enjoyed it! I've had several of their OG burgers like the toston & fritanga burger, which I'm sure are still amazing. Their beer selection is limited but good & their freestyle type soda machine is EPIC. Just a good experience overall! I haven't tried their bowls, but I have had their Pincho's and they're good. Next visit I'm going for a bowl! Decent prices for their food makes this a better alternative to a fast food joint! Definitely recommend! read more

I had to wait about 6 minutes on the phone for someone to take my order but I was in no rush. They told me it would be about 20 minutes. Upon arriving they still hadn't started my order (20 minutes later) but the young lady at the register made sure they got on it right away. She was very nice in ensuring my order was perfect and coming out speedy quick. I ordered one of their biggest options which I believe is currently a mini platter of chicken,steak and shrimp pinchos. The Tex Mex bowl is definitely my favorite and let's not forget to mention the sweet potato tots with the apple butter sauce, I'm not sure if it's that. You can't go wrong that they also serve beer as pretty decent prices. I just wish they had better rewards or promotions. Their menu is very creative! I can't help myself but promote that the quality is up there with other restaurants. I'll never understand how people spend their money on cheap fast food burgers that are processed and unhealthy. I love me some Pincho Factory. This was my first time at this location having frequented the Gables joint previously. I did a Postmates order and my food was actually hot when it arrived and the fries not soggy at all (that used to happen all the time when I ordered delivery before). I always get the Pincho burger and Cajun fries, and this time I also added a fried cheese. It was all tasty but they did not provide the caramelized onions for the fries which are typically packed in a small container. But the seasoning was just right and there was a container of the pink sauce. If I'm being picky I would also say that the burger did not seem as juicy as usual and the cheese was drowned out by the other toppings, red onions in particular. I love this fast casual place for their burgers and fries. Don't ask me about anything else on their menu. The burgers are jam. They usually have a burger of the month offering which can be hit or miss. This past month they had the hangover burger which had carmelized onion, fried egg, queso frito, cilantro sauce, and pink sauce. It was incredible. If I don't get the burger of the month then my go to burger is the perfecto burger. It has grilled onions and cilantro sauce and I'll usually add a fried egg. The fries are awesome and they can be ordered with different toppings, like their Cajun fries which have grilled onions Cajun seasoning and pink sauce. They are thin fries so think McDonald's fries but better. You can even add a fried egg to the fries. I ordered the Vaca Frita Bowl, advertised as a 16-hour braised beef. The meat was dried and flavorless, it looked liked boiled beef. Then to add insult to injury, it was lukewarm and the cilantro sauce that was on top, was ice cold! There was lots of rice and beans, but very few tomatoe mix and zero sweet maduro bits. I went up to the young lady behind the cash registered, who had previously taken my order, and she said that they could exchange it, but she would need to ask her Manager. The Manager came from the back, with the worse disposition I have ever seen in my entire life, to tell me that they couldn't do anything about it. Zero apology. She did say "There's nothing I can do. If you don't like it, order something else, but you will need to pay for it" Oh and my friend's friends were cold! I might as well flushed the $64.85 down the toilet! Went to Pincho Factory after hearing great reviews about their food from my cohort members, and safe to say, they were right. I was initially stuck between getting the latin chicken bowl or the build your own plate, but ultimately ended up ordering the plate. I got the chicken kebab with brown rice&beans, a PINCHO salad with a lemon vinaigrette, cilantro sauce, and a side of fries and WOW. The chicken skewer was so tender and juicy, packed with flavor. The meat was cut up into perfect sizes that weren't too big or too small. The vinaigrette on the salad was to die for. Personally, I love lemon on salads and this was the perfect blend of sour and tart without being overpowering. The brown rice and beans perfected the trifecta and together, added a huge burst of flavor that left my tastebuds wanting more. And ofcourse, the side of fries is always a must. The inside of the restaurant was very clean and the service was fast as well. I probably waited around 10-15 mins for my food and it definitely hit the spot. Great choice for lunch!
