    Chicken Gyro

I wanted to try this place since I was in the area and reviews seemed good. Stopped by and proceeded to place my order on a kiosk. It's self explanatory for the most, you pick your meal, condiments, drink and then pay. A variety of ingredients and sauces. Apple Pay worked fine. I noticed they have a 3pm-5pm deal where you can get a gyro, fries and a drink for $10. I noticed this after I ordered and paid an extra $5.99, which wasn't bad. Flavor wise, on the chicken gryo, not really packing a lot of flavor. It be blank for my liking, but the tzatziki and condiments inside helped the grilled chicken inside. Fries were fresh and so was the falafel. The side of hummus the falafel came with wasn't that great to be honest, I think a different sauce would give it falafel a better experience for taste. I've also tried tzatziki in other places and it taste better, this tzatziki tasted a little watered down. Overall, not bad for the price and serving size. It's a big enough portion for 1, and you get a ton of fries. I'll be back possibly to try the lamb and see how that competes with the chicken. Ambiance was chill, a good amount of tables to sit for a quick lunch, tv in the eating area and utensils and napkins pretty accessible

I am obsessed with Greek food and have had this place bookmarked for a while now. I just gotta say, I wish I had stopped in sooner!!! I got the chicken pita, with a Greek salad on the side. It was all delicious! Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The chicken was of good quality and the Tzatziki and Greek dressing were both really tasty. The service was also excellent. Very polite and friendly. I was attended quickly. They also bring the order to you at the table when it's ready. That's really a nice added touch that surprised me. I was impressed. Gyroville offers indoor and outdoor seating. It's a simple setup with a clean, fresh decor. I will absolutely be returning very soon to try their gyro meat pita and the platter. 5 star experience!

Love me some Greek food!! The gyros are delicious and the salad was yummy. The pita chips and hummus were so good forgot to take a picture. The ambiance was pretty calm and the service was ok!

Food: is ok for a quick bite. Nothing special. Heads-up, maybe is their recipe, but hummus normally does not have mayonnaise, their hummus is pure mayonnaise . Ask for the salad and chicken, no sauce to be safe. Salad was good. Service: friendly, but tap pay does not work and card reader has issues. They have staff in training so a bit slow and erratic. Also was kind of tricky for them to recognize the offer they have on Yelp for Hummus and pita, they have to go to the hummus. Ambiance: ok for a quick in an out.

The food at Gyro Ville was amazing. It was the first time that I ever had Greek food and most definitely not my last. I think I can say that I am officially hooked on falafels. The service there was great, I do have to admit that I was not a big fan of self ordering simply because it was my first time at a new restaurant, but I can see how this is convenient for the employees. There wasn't a lot going on inside, so I was able to enjoy my Gyro and the bowl. I took some home and guess what? The french fries were still not soggy after six hours.

Walking in at 6:30pm on a Saturday night and it was completely empty. I guess this is more of a lunch place because I've been here before and it was a nice crowd. Either way I was greeted upon arrival and instead of asking me if I need any help or anything the employee just sits down. I saw two kiosks in front of the register so I just went ahead and began to place my order. Overall, not a terrible visit. My food was made quickly and it was to-go. My only disappointment was my interaction with the staff, I hate that everything is turning so digital that it's taking away human connection and interaction.

Salad pita bread, and Land itself combo with salad

I went there for the first time I'm eating the food now I'm at home. I had to drive a half hour, but it was all worth it. I will stop by again for sure and I definitely recommend this place. Very clean and neat.

Seating is mostly outdoors and beautifully decorated, definitely a nice selection for an intimate event. Service was wonderful! The spanakopita was nicely flaky, the spinach filling wasn't overly bitter or pungent (my boyfriend is not a fan of strong feta flavors and enjoyed this while I am a feta enthusiast, we felt that this was right in the middle of our demands which worked great). We both love moussaka which is what my boyfriend ended up getting, dare we say it was our favorite moussaka out of any Greek restaurant in America thus far (coming from New Yorkers frequently visiting Astoria). It was broiled to perfection to give the cheese/béchamel layer a light crunch at the top and maintaining that richness underneath. The eggplant and ground meat were well seasoned. I really enjoyed my stuffed peppers as well (rice pilaf, ground beef, and feta on top), the tomato broth/sauce gave a nice sweet and savory flavor with the meal. Finally, a superb pistachio baklava, 10/10. Super impressed with what Miami had to offer for Mediterranean.

Plan accordingly unless you enjoy dining in 85° with a side of humidity. Parking? Practically a scavenger hunt. There's no real on-site option; we ended up trekking about six blocks to a public garage. Apparently there's valet somewhere nearby, but you'd never know it because there were no signs, no heads up, just vibes. They tout a Michelin Bib Gourmand, which set expectations and maybe a little too high. Unfortunately, the food just didn't deliver. Several dishes landed squarely in the "looks better than it tastes" category--pretty, but surprisingly flavorless. At those prices, you expect at least a little wow. Service was fine, but forgettable. All in all, between the heat, the flies, the parking adventure, and the underwhelming food, this one's a pass for me. Won't be making a return trip.

Also, the atmosphere they've created both indoors and outdoors really draws you in: beautiful foliage, gorgeous decor, and inviting decor. They play amazing Greek music to set the mood at a very reasonable volume so you can still hear your party. I've been for lunch during Miami spice and recently for dinner. Everything I've had was delicious with tons of flavor and huge portions. Both times I took enough leftovers for another meal! I especially love their zucchini fritters and their spread plate. My husband and I shared the meat platter for two for dinner and enjoyed everything on it - the loukaniko was especially delicious! The gyro meat was excellent--crispy, flavorful, and served in a generous portion. It came with pita, tzatziki, and traditional fixings, and everything on the platter worked beautifully together. The tzatziki, in particular, was some of the best I've had--fresh, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Truly outstanding. The grilled vegetables were more uneven. There was a nice char overall, and the charred asparagus stood out as especially delicious. However, the rest of the vegetables felt under-seasoned and lacked flavor--something as simple as a bit of salt could have made a big difference. The biggest disappointment was the meatballs small plate. While the portion was generous (six meatballs), unfortunately they were extremely dry and largely inedible. Between two of us, we managed only one--and that reluctantly. Bottom line: Meraki clearly does some things very well--especially the gyro platter and tzatziki--but a few dishes need refinement. With some improvement in seasoning and execution on certain items, this could easily move from good to excellent.

One thing of note- we didn't bring our designer clothing and the front room hostess might have thought this was a concern. When I asked about the prefix she handed me the menu and asked if that "was okay", despite our standing reservation. After the complimentary bread, she had me move my bread to another plate myself so she could clear the table, insinuating we were using the wrong plates. This energy does not belong in a Michelin establishment. The service from everyone else was immaculate and the food was truly divine, but I would forewarn guests to dress up and look the part if they expect cordiality at the front door.
