I'm a big burger guy and I've hit plenty of places around the city, and these smash burgers still hit different every time. Abraham is a straight killer on the grill. The smash is perfect -- crispy edges, juicy center, and the flavor is always on point. And those sauces? Next level. That's the kind of detail that separates a good burger from a spot you keep coming back to. What I also respect is the consistency. Every time I pull up, it's the same quality, same flavor, same good vibes. Abraham runs that grill like a pro and you can tell he takes pride in what he's serving. If you're into real smash burgers and you're in Miami, Fat Boy Rick's is a must .

The pickles I assume are made in house because they were too good. It was not greasy or too salty. I feel like that happens a lot with smash burgers. Took about 15 min for the burger to come out. Very fun and creative menu with lots of interesting options. Found our burger a bit disappointing though as we ordered it for the truffle and they went very light on this. Upcharge for a black bean veggie patty (aren't these literally cheaper than beef?!). Fries are more shoestring style. Nice collection of fun sauces on the table. Aesthetic is very millennial burger joint (metal chairs, wooden details, etc.). Service was good. Would perhaps come back if portion size increased or prices reduced. I had browsed the menu earlier in the evening as a possibility due to their vegetarian options and high rating. We arrived about 2 hours prior to them closing. It was not super busy but there were customers dining inside, as well as people picking up orders. I imagined it would be a fast food kind of concept but when inside, it appears much nicer. There were several televisions on with sports playing and they had a bar you could sit at or table options, both inside and outside. We sat at the bar and were greeted immediately and offered drinks. I ordered a wine and hubs ordered a beer. I ordered the Beyond Beef burger with sweet potato fries. In the meantime, I went to use the bathroom to wash my hands but the only bathroom available did not have soap. A staff member quickly came over and gave me soap right away. Great service! Our burgers came out at a reasonable time. They were tasty but I think my vegan burger was Impossible, not Beyond Beef. I can tell Impossible from other brands. I was not fond of that but it was still decent. The service was great and the food was good. The restaurant was clean, tidy, and looked brand new. The prices were I guess comparable to most places in the area.
