He returned for a second visit (at no additional charge, which I appreciated as well) and individually tested components until he found the culprit. I really appreciated his professionalism and dedication to working out where the problem was. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Hopefully I won't have any appliance problems in the near future, but if I do, I'd definitely use A-Z Appliance Pro again.

Determined it was a burned pump and quoted $350 to repair. But he included a 2nd $85 charge for another return visit. Other operators stock parts and don't require a 2nd visit. I even asked ahead if he would have parts for this model and he assured me he would have them. I ended up just buying a new dishwasher. When the installers came, they found that the hose was clogged and so I shouldn't have even needed a replacement. This should have been a very simple repair. Instead I wasted $85 on an incorrect diagnosis and spent $600 on a new dishwasher I didn't need. Be sure to confirm that repairs can be made the same day. And be sure that your service tech does a thorough inspection of hose lines.

I initially paid a $60 diagnostic/service fee, which was applied toward the cost of the repair. Michael diagnosed the issue as the electrical/control board and replaced the board. In total, I paid $412.71 for the diagnosis and repair. Only two days later, the washer started experiencing the exact same problem. I contacted the company again, and Michael returned to look at the washer a second time. After checking it, he told me there was nothing else he could do. Since I had just paid $412.71 for a diagnosis and repair that did not resolve the original problem, I asked whether I could be reimbursed for at least some of what I paid. Michael advised me that dispatch would review the case and that I would receive a reimbursement after their review. It has now been three days and I have received no follow-up, no reimbursement, and no resolution. I'm still left with a washer experiencing the exact same problem I originally paid more than $400 to have repaired. I understand that diagnoses can sometimes be wrong and repairs don't always go as expected. What is frustrating is paying $412.71 based on the technician's diagnosis, having the exact same problem return only two days later, and then being told there was nothing further that could be done. I would be happy to update this review if the company follows through and makes this right, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend their service.
