Excellent service, and amazing staff. I have two swamp coolers that are huge pain. They needed to be cleaned up and pretty much replaced everything inside. Our heater went out and if you're ever experienced Arizona in the winter it is not fun with small children. My house had an internal temperature of 54 degrees. I had several technicians come out and give me different quotes none of them told me my unit had "emergency heating feature." They all commented on how cold my house felt but did not offer to check my EM heat. Keith arrived and turned on my EM heat which began heating my home. We needed an industrial strength AC in our mobile home for our penguin colony. As you probably know, as it is common knowledge, the summer months in the northern hemisphere is mating season. So, naturally, there's a lot of friction caused by all the rubbing and flapping (gets pretty steamy). Alltech solutions seemed like a good bet, as they guaranteed Arctic temperatures no matter how many flightless bird love making occurred in a small space. The technician showed up on time and his professionalism was unmatched. Got the job done within a day and has been working great ever since. The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars was because the technician did pleasure himself while observing the penguins. Otherwise everything was great! read more

I just got off the phone with the Alltech rep 5/28 since my homewarranty referred them to service my A/C which won't come on and was reported yesterday. Since I submitted the claim yesterday and Alltech had not called I had to call them @11:15 AM as no word from them they'd even received the service request. I was told they were 'booked' for today and 'don't work weekends' and since Monday is a holiday (memorial day) the 'earliest' she could schedule me would be next Tues meaning 5 days w/o A/C with temps already hitting 100 degrees. There should be an emergency back up plan especially since they conducted an A/C tuneup in April and did not notate any concerns. UPDATE: I subsequently complained to homewarranty and since that was the only vendor they had for A/C repair I had to either accept the appointment June 1 or pay out of pocket for another company. Therefore HW agreed to contact Alltech to schedule the appt and Alltech was to provide me the date/time. They didn't. I found their FB page and that is how I obtained the confirmed date. Conversed with an unknown entity (until I got him to tell me his name) who had a zillion excuses but finally said he'd canceled another appointment and someone would be there in one hour. Hmmm could it be the info about me having filed an elder abuse case with APS? I had to endure a plethora of excuses about how busy they were (only suggestion was to call another company) and he poopooed the negative yelp reviews as 'mostly homewarranty' customers. WTfridge? Like we are scum? At any rate he sent MIKE who was very professional and figured out/repaired/explained the problem (thermostat was not connecting) in less than 30 minutes and never made the customer (me) feel like an imposition or out of line for expecting to get what I paid for in advance. OhMyGosh; the Operations Manager, *Renat Sorokko, contacted me 6/1/21. At first he asked how things were going with the service and the next thing I know he was asking me to recant a BBB complaint. Then he went into a scathing tirade about how my complaint is rash, brash, harsh, publicly shaming and has no basis. The techs in the company have more customer service skills than the management. *This guy contacted me at 9:08AM via text on the pretense of checking to see how my A/C was doing. He spent six hours berating me telling me what a bad customer I was for placing negative reviews. I asked him 16 times to stop contacting me and finally blocked him on my cell phone. Customer beware! See his comment below: Alltech did NOT call me I called them at 11:15AM on Friday. I did not request 'same day service' I did say waiting four days with temps in 100's was inhumane. COMPLAINTS were made prior to service being rendered which I explained when he accosted me yesterday as you can see he does in his response. I made ONE phone call and ONE messenger contact on facebook (which I had to do to find out the date/time of appt). This man is a bully and lacks basic customer service skills. I didn't make a BBB complaint but I surmise APS forwarded my complaint to him which is what I told him yet he continues to deny. PS: the second trip was to replace the thermostat which continued to malfunction after the first service. I can't say enough good things about this company. From start to finish, starting with Michelle who sent over 2 portable air conditioners to try help us get thru the 9 days we had no air because our landlord wanted to go thru the warranty company. She sent out 2 hard workers, who not only fixed the air but it is blowing colder than I ever seen it in over 10 years. I am sure now my electric bill is going down. I had Alltech install a mini-split AC system in my garage. They were able to quote me over the phone and do the install the next day. The techs who came out were courteous and professional. They did a nice clean install and were very creative in the placement of the unit. The A/C itself is a Daikin and it works like a charm. I am very pleased with the results. read more

If I could rate any lower, I would. To put it bluntly, this company is a Piece of S----, IMHO! The home warranty company identified them to come fix my AC. I called an made an appointment. They never showed during the scheduled time, never called to say they couldn't make it, nothing. It appears that this company has a history of doing just exactly that. Alltech Solutions was the answer we'd been looking for! After getting quotes to replace our old home HVAC system from many companies, we called Richard at Alltech. He was professional, informative and followed through with a very fair price for just the model we needed here in Sedona. We mutually agreed on an installation date for the install. The installation team arrived on time and got to work right away. Carlos was the team leader, and we couldn't have asked for a more efficient, professional expert! He emphasized that their team would get the job done right the first time, and he was right! I'm sure that each installation has its challenges, and ours was no different. Carlos' team worked efficiently, and Carlos kept us in the loop along the way. I can't express how pleased we are with the outcome, and with Alltech's installation team. Horrible company. American home Shield sent them out to fix my dishwasher. 6 weeks later I still don't have a working dishwasher 1) first technician ordered wrong part. Waited a week and I had to call them for an update. 2) technician came out and he said first guy didn't order the correct part 3) technician came and discovered the part that was ordered was a bad not working part. A week later I was given a text saying my technician was on his way with new part. Then 20 min later I got a call telling me my part has not arrived and it's in back order and they don't know when it will be in. I never get a call from them unless I call them to ask for an update. I had to wait one and a half hours on their first trip out, this was after notifying me they were on their way. Misdiagnosed it, So I called them back to have them come out again and they made me wait an hour and a half before they canceled the appointment, third time they notified me at 0700 they were on the way out, didn't show up until 2 1/2 hours later so I sent them home, I will never use this company again or suggest that anybody else uses them, very disappointed with the level of service, I asked for a full refund and was authorized it but only received a partial one, after speaking with the young lady on the phone, all she cared about was that they showed up, very unprofessional! read more

Not reliable forgets to order parts simple stuff that delays your repairs for days.

Had to have another company come in and fix their mistakes. NEVER again!!! And they showed me the reason to DUMP American Home Shield. If there is one thing I have learned from all of this, DO NOT use a home warranty system! Take the money, put into a separate savings account and USE THAT money for the repairs! God bless this company, they did their best. But, the system the Home Warranty company gave me was originally installed in such a slipshod manner, the newly installed system could not hit the 18-22 deg "split" between the intake air and the output air. Of course I called it in to this company, got another person to come out and try to fix it: to no avail. I called in another company: ACS and they wrote up a bunch of issues they saw And, I was going to leave it at that--except this company wanted me to change my review of them here and on another site. So, I sent them the pics and the statement of work and price (honestly, I was just going to hire ACS to make the repairs, but they told me I should have this company come out and fix the mistakes). So, that is what I did. They came out. The company fixed the issues Hos was awesome, and even gave me one of those "thermal guns" to measure the temps around the house! Bless their hearts: it still cannot make the 18-22 deg split between the intake and output air. So, when it is 115 deg out, and I set the thermostat at 78, I fully expect the room temp to continue to climb--78,79,80,82 until it can get "thermal" equilibrium. But, it was wonderful this company came out and "made it right", and fixed most of the issues ACS pointed out. In the end, the major thing I learned--ABSOLUTELY NEVER, EVER purchase a home warranty system!!! The quality of work the Home Warranty company contracts out is sub-par (especially in A/C). Rather--again--just take that money, put it into a savings account and use that money when the A/C dies. But, bless this company's heart (especially Hos), they really did make their best attempt. read more

I'll try to keep this short as possible. My wife is very house proud and keeps the kitchen immaculate. Everything is polished and she knows where everything is. We have a home warranty which sent Alltech Solutions to fix our dishwasher. The tech dismantled the dishwasher placing the front stainless steel panel onto the floor which also had tools on the tile. My wife stated that during his diagnosis he laid on the cover sliding it across the tile and tools and scratching the front cover. The tech determined the problem, ordered the part and put everything back together. My wife pointed out the front cover and the tech stated that he did not damage the panel. I spoke with their customer service rep and he stated that the issue would be taken care of. I sent a video of the scratches which they claim could not have been done by their tech because he claimed he did not scratch the front panel. When the part came in I watched as the same tech once again removed the front panel off of the dishwasher and this time he placed the panel on his sweat shirt which had a zipper down the front and once again laid on the panel while he worked. When I asked him way he did not place the panel to the side his answer was, "That's what I do, I put things on the floor." When I asked about the scratches he totally denied he caused them. After a few more unanswered emails, I've decided to warn the community about this business. read more
