Contact us today to set up a tour, and you can receive a FREE copy of "Get Moving" - a fitness book co-authored by studio owner Kerry Kreiman with Dr. Cody Sipe of the Functional Aging Institute.
We strive to help clients with their unique needs, whether they are participating in private personal training or small group training.
Have you been hurt in large group classes at fitness centers where hardly anyone knows your name? Have you had instructors encourage you to push into inappropriate levels of pain for no apparent reason? At Pilates Works, we strive for a safe environment and an on-going dialogue with clients about what they are feeling and sensing in their bodies. We know your body has its own history, stories, injuries, and triumphs embedded in your physicality, and we do our best to respect that. That's one of the reasons we're an approved Medical Fitness Facility with the Medical Fitness Network.

History
Established in 2016.
Pilates Works: Practical Pilates & Functional Fitness is a boutique fitness studio offering exercises and methods from the traditions of Pilates, Functional Fitness, and more to provide a full body workout designed to fit your needs. Owner/instructor Kerry Kreiman has been teaching Pilates for 21 years and dance for over 40 years. Pilates Works is conveniently located near I-30 and Forest Park. The facility is renovated from an old machine shop, offering high ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors, brick walls, and the unique personality of a historical building on the Near Southside. The unique art, flowers, hearts, lights and colors in the interior design create a beautiful, welcoming environment for improving connections of body and mind.
