My husband and I love our "country club" gym as we call it. You pay premium but get a premium…read moremembership. The quality of instructors is high and I'm a personal fan of the Alpha strength classes. The gym is always clean and the locker rooms as well. I love the amenities of having a sauna and showers. I also like having a protein shake at the cafe if I'm running somewhere else other than home after the gym. We joined a year ago and are looking forward to taking advantage of their outdoor pool this summer. If you have little kids, I hear the kids facilities are amazing too.

This club is quite…read morethe investment in helping me get back into shape as soon as I was cleared to workout postpartum. Let's just say going here on a weekly basis has maintained my physical and mental health! Here are my favorite parts: 1. Signature Group Training Classes: Many members don't know that our membership includes these awesome classes. If you've been to Orange Theory Fitness, the GTX classes are a very similar concept minus the rower. I love the combination of cardio and strength training, making you that strong hybrid athlete! Big shoutout to my favorite coaches - Christa on the weekdays; and Aaron on the weekends. 2. Dynamic Personal Training: Well, I thought I didn't need this since I've been exercising for years, but after taking a complimentary session, I decided to commit. I have to brag about coach Victoria. She has taught me so much! My form for upper body training was off all this time - apparently, I don't keep those shoulders down to avoid injury/strain. I'm now lifting heavier: weight down, more skeletal muscle mass, and less percent body fat. I could go on, but it's worth the extra money and time. 3. Lifetime app: If you can't make it to the gym, they have on demand classes to take your workout with you. I actually use this quite often when I can't make it there physically, and simply look at the training plan to help guide my workouts. 4. Kids Academy: You can drop off your kiddos before your workout to keep them entertained. This is a huge plus for busy parents, and the kids can sign up for classes. 5. Other cool amenities: There's a sauna, cafe, swimming pool, and spa. You literally can do your nails, but I haven't used their services yet. Oh, they even have pickle ball classes and obviously a pickle ball court for free play. 6. Equipment: I'm used to having only 2-3 squat racks and fighting/waiting on those. There's plenty to go around here! I also love to use those bumper plates; they keep them in good condition. 7. Treadmills: The treadmills are so nice to run on. They even have a sled pushing mode. I typically run on Bootcamp training mode to easily adjust the incline and speed. The only downside is they don't have a built-in fan. The entire place is kept pretty clean with a water filling station, fresh towels, mats, etc. I almost forgot to mention they have a recovery/stretch area. I can go on all day, but long story short, you should do a free tour to see what you're missing out on.

Loud, messy, very "watch your step." The space itself is huge, which I loved, and the music hits just right. I took a women's group strength class with Jess, who was super kind, checked in on my knee injury, and offered mods when needed. Overall, solid workout. Not easy, not killer, just right down the middle. I'll be honest though... I was fully distracted by a personal trainer on the side absolutely wrecking her clients. Like hi, I want THAT workout. Clean bathrooms, booked easily on ClassPass, and I spotted Hyrox signs which got me excited. There's also a physical therapy biz inside, and both seemed busy, so clearly something's working. The vibe felt a little more quiet and low key than my usual energy, but I can see the community is there. All in, a solid 4 stars. Not rushing back, but I'd try another class... and maybe sneak into one of those savage one on one sessions next time.

It's busy, a bit chaotic. Lots of newbies, travelers, members and fellow ClassPass app wanderers (booking was smooth, no drama). You can modify and go at your own pace, but don't come in thinking this is a light stretch and vibe situation. The reformer room is warm too, just not infrared. Also, the space? Stunning. Candlelit, Himalayan salt wall arches, perfectly organized equipment -- it's giving fitness cathedral and I'm here for it.The music is loud and the playlist was amazing . I didn't have any issues hearing instructor , her mic was also loud and clear . Logistics: no showers and parking is... a bitch . Plan ahead. They do validate, but the lot is crazy and currently under construction in front ( you actually enter through the back part of building) . That said, the plaza is worth exploring everything , coffee, vintage, food, all the things. Lockers, rentals, water, and dangerously cute merch are all covered. Bonus points for a genuinely diverse crowd and men and women, which I love. Jungle is officially on my favorites list. Pro tip ; If you have knee & wrist issues like myself ,bring a cushion.

I've never had an issue reserving a class spot before it filling. Attentive, knowledgeable, and patient trainers. Healthy mix of gender, age, color, and fitness levels in the member community. Excellent fitness programming; very variable movements. I could attend every class in a week and never repeat movements. There always seems to be a program focus in place e.g. 4-week bench press focus, 6-week running focus, etc. Each program starts and ends with a test to assess progress over time. The programming motivates regular class attendance. The gym also nurtures member community with regular/monthly events like bowling, trivia, rock climbing, pot lucks, etc. It's fun to connect with other gym members outside of the gym given we see each other so regularly in the gym.
