In the first 16 months with Tiffany I went from 230lbs. to 160lbs. of lean, hard and defined muscle. The monthly fee is ridiculously cheap for a gym, especially with all the classes, childcare, equipment and good machines. The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is because they either need better fans or AC in the fitness class area. It gets super hot in warm weather, almost to the point of not being able to work out. If you love Zumba, Jennifer is the most amazing teacher! I go to her class every week and always enjoy it!
