Over the last 9 years (since 2016), Meesh has trained me in both strength and nutrition. Her immense knowledge and experience are unparalleled. Not only is she adept at her skill, she is also an incredibly kind welcoming and understanding person who will meet you where you are. That being said, she is a no-bull shit coach and she will not sugarcoat hard work, but she will help you attain your goals if you commit and show up. She is a breath of fresh air in an over-saturated industry of fads and trends. If you want lasting results and are willing to put in effort, then Meesh is the trainer for you! read more
