I know 2025 is almost ending, and a lot of us have goals/gains to set for 2026. This club is quite…read morethe investment in helping me get back into shape as soon as I was cleared to workout postpartum. Let's just say going here on a weekly basis has maintained my physical and mental health! Here are my favorite parts: 1. Signature Group Training Classes: Many members don't know that our membership includes these awesome classes. If you've been to Orange Theory Fitness, the GTX classes are a very similar concept minus the rower. I love the combination of cardio and strength training, making you that strong hybrid athlete! Big shoutout to my favorite coaches - Christa on the weekdays; and Aaron on the weekends. 2. Dynamic Personal Training: Well, I thought I didn't need this since I've been exercising for years, but after taking a complimentary session, I decided to commit. I have to brag about coach Victoria. She has taught me so much! My form for upper body training was off all this time - apparently, I don't keep those shoulders down to avoid injury/strain. I'm now lifting heavier: weight down, more skeletal muscle mass, and less percent body fat. I could go on, but it's worth the extra money and time. 3. Lifetime app: If you can't make it to the gym, they have on demand classes to take your workout with you. I actually use this quite often when I can't make it there physically, and simply look at the training plan to help guide my workouts. 4. Kids Academy: You can drop off your kiddos before your workout to keep them entertained. This is a huge plus for busy parents, and the kids can sign up for classes. 5. Other cool amenities: There's a sauna, cafe, swimming pool, and spa. You literally can do your nails, but I haven't used their services yet. Oh, they even have pickle ball classes and obviously a pickle ball court for free play. 6. Equipment: I'm used to having only 2-3 squat racks and fighting/waiting on those. There's plenty to go around here! I also love to use those bumper plates; they keep them in good condition. 7. Treadmills: The treadmills are so nice to run on. They even have a sled pushing mode. I typically run on Bootcamp training mode to easily adjust the incline and speed. The only downside is they don't have a built-in fan. The entire place is kept pretty clean with a water filling station, fresh towels, mats, etc. I almost forgot to mention they have a recovery/stretch area. I can go on all day, but long story short, you should do a free tour to see what you're missing out on.

The quality of instructors is high and I'm a personal fan of the Alpha strength classes. The gym is always clean and the locker rooms as well. I love the amenities of having a sauna and showers. I also like having a protein shake at the cafe if I'm running somewhere else other than home after the gym. We joined a year ago and are looking forward to taking advantage of their outdoor pool this summer. If you have little kids, I hear the kids facilities are amazing too.

I purchased a 7 day unlimited pass so I can fully get the experience and try taking classes with different instructors. For reference in terms of location, they are in the same parking lot as Chimys. I drove past it the 1st time so want to make sure you don't do the same.

First off this place is absolutely beautiful! Beautifully arched mirrors, candlelit lighting,…read morespacious studio and the eye for design is incredible. The whole place is a vibe. The studio itself is spacious and smells great for a heated studio - they also have fans that help circulate air. It's nice that the studio is mirrored in front so you can see yourself doing the exercises. Exercise wise they offer heated mat Pilates class and strength and sculpt. I discovered this studio via Classpass and so glad I did. They use a variety of props including weighted ankle/arm weights, kettlebells, booty band, regular hand weights of 5/10 lbs and medicine/slam balls helps keep the class interesting. The strength and sculpt reminded me a lot of Corepower Sculpt classes with weighted exercises mixed in with cardio bursts all done on your mat. Instruction is easy to follow as the teacher is in elevated raised platform so you can see the moves. Highly recommend mat/towel because you will sweat. You can also rent a mat/towel for $3 each. They do have a water filling station, changing rooms but no showers. They have little tan dots to line up your mat to give person next to you some space. I went to the 2 pm Saturday class and it wasn't crowded at all. Parking is validated in the back with code they give you when you sign up for class! Price wise their first class is $20. If you have a discounted Classpass membership would likely recommend checking out via Classpass before buying a membership to see if it is right for you. Entrance wise their entrance is located in the BACKSIDE of the complex - so go via parking lot and you will see entrance.

After attending group classes fairly regularly, I've gotten much stronger overall. The coaches play a huge part in not only motivating you but making sure you're doing the lifts correctly and safely. I highly recommend FWStrong to anyone who wants to get strong, have fun and be a part of a great community.

I've never had an issue reserving a class spot before it filling. Attentive, knowledgeable, and patient trainers. Healthy mix of gender, age, color, and fitness levels in the member community. Excellent fitness programming; very variable movements. I could attend every class in a week and never repeat movements. There always seems to be a program focus in place e.g. 4-week bench press focus, 6-week running focus, etc. Each program starts and ends with a test to assess progress over time. The programming motivates regular class attendance. The gym also nurtures member community with regular/monthly events like bowling, trivia, rock climbing, pot lucks, etc. It's fun to connect with other gym members outside of the gym given we see each other so regularly in the gym. I've just completed month 8 with the gym, and I'm in the best shape of my life. Hitting the ground running in 2022. Big thanks to the FW Strong staff and member community.
