I actually really like this location. It has more amenities than most EOS fitness locations in the…read morearea! They even had section off places that were dark with neon lighting, where you could work out. However, what keeps this from five stars is the lack of friendliness from the workers and how dull or bland the place seemed. Although I was greeted when I came in, when I requested help in other areas, the workers didn't seem as open to help. There were also some equipment that were out of order, making me wait. However, I know EōS is really quick on getting their equipment fixed.

I have had many personal trainers over the last 20 years and none even come close to to level of…read morepersonal training you receive with Tiffany Ryan (I would give her 10 stars if I could). She has been my trainer for the last three and one half years and under her guidance and direction I have been able to achieve goals that I had been working towards for more than 16 years with other trainers. Her level of expertise, attention to form and detail, combined with her positive attitude make her far and away the best I have ever seen in this industry. In the first 16 months with Tiffany I went from 230lbs. to 160lbs. of lean, hard and defined muscle. When I started working with Tiffany (did I say work, yes I did) as a 5' 11" male I could not do one pull-up, but with the same amount of effort that I had been giving to my workouts for over sixteen years, now, under Tiffany's direction, I can do three to four sets of pull-ups of 10-12 reps each. The difference was her vast knowledge, experience and genuine interest that she gives each and every client. She is a Cooper Institute physical fitness specialist and also trained in biomechanics at the Cooper Institute, a nutritionist and diet specialist with over 17 years experience as a personal trainer. She has been where you are and will take you where you want to be! Oh I almost forgot, she qualified as a NPC national figure competitor and competed on a national level for nearly ten years, winning not only first place in her class for figure at her last completion (all natural, no drugs) but also first place overall in figure in the same contest. (this was at the NPC Europa figure contest in Dallas, TX) competing against women from all across the country! When I say she is the best it is because she has proven herself as the best in more ways than one!! (and no, I was not paid for this review it is just the truth, and the truth will set you free!) Thank you so very much Tiffany and may God richly bless you for what you do for others!

The equipment is often moved around, which makes the layout inconsistent and less convenient to use. The gym also does not appear to be maintained to the same standard as before, particularly regarding floor cleanliness. Front desk presence seems limited, and member interactions, including greetings upon arrival and departure, have been lacking. In addition, assistance with the massage machines is not readily available, as staff must often be located to activate them. Overall, the facility no longer reflects the level of organization, cleanliness, and customer service it once had.

The equipment is all in great shape and very well maintained. I really like the Hammer Strength inclined smith machine. As a biomedical engineer I recognize the intent of the seven degree angle is not just to give variety but is better for joint safety. For example in the free weight bench press the bar is pressed from over the lower chest to a finish point over the face. The articulating bones move on that seven degree angle. Enough of boring, this is truly a great gym. Thank you, Mr John.

The childcare center is always clean and I love the ladies who work in there, they always remember us and my son (10 months old) gets excited when he sees them. The monthly fee is ridiculously cheap for a gym, especially with all the classes, childcare, equipment and good machines. The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is because they either need better fans or AC in the fitness class area. It gets super hot in warm weather, almost to the point of not being able to work out.
