The place is clean and if you value a more quiet atmosphere without a lot of people than this is the place for you. They also have a lot of the amenities. The reason for the four stars is due to the size to some degree along with some lack of equipment, but I say that being critical. as an airline pilot staying right across the street at a hotel this place is perfect. Again I am being a tad critical because I am more of a commercial gym guy, but this place is great. Especially if you like a less busy gym atmosphere. Day passes are $20 bucks. Not to sure about membership prices.

It's busy, a bit chaotic. Lots of newbies, travelers, members and fellow ClassPass app wanderers (booking was smooth, no drama). I took a mat Pilates sculpt class in the infrared room (heated to a casual 92 degrees (you're gonna sweat your ass off) Absolute ass kicker and I loved it . You can modify and go at your own pace, but don't come in thinking this is a light stretch and vibe situation. The reformer room is warm too, just not infrared. Also, the space? Stunning. Candlelit, Himalayan salt wall arches, perfectly organized equipment -- it's giving fitness cathedral and I'm here for it.The music is loud and the playlist was amazing . I didn't have any issues hearing instructor , her mic was also loud and clear . Logistics: no showers and parking is... a bitch . Plan ahead. They do validate, but the lot is crazy and currently under construction in front ( you actually enter through the back part of building) . That said, the plaza is worth exploring everything , coffee, vintage, food, all the things. Lockers, rentals, water, and dangerously cute merch are all covered. Bonus points for a genuinely diverse crowd and men and women, which I love. Jungle is officially on my favorites list. Pro tip ; If you have knee & wrist issues like myself ,bring a cushion.

And somehow I managed to line up back to back classes which is rare and honestly such a win... think cycle straight into strength... YES PLEASE. First off... I love that they're keeping cycling alive. Let's be real... the hype has cooled off nationwide and Pilates has kind of taken over, but as someone who rides regularly, I will ALWAYS show up for a true rhythm ride. And this... is a TRUE cycling studio. Beat rides, great bikes, incredible energy. The space itself... SO GOOD. It's this beautiful converted historic warehouse and they really leaned into the aesthetic. Walking in, you immediately feel like you're somewhere special. I took a cycle class followed by strength, both with the owner... and wow... she is an absolute GEM. Total vibe, super welcoming, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the experience. The cycle class had everything... strong cueing, on point lighting, loud music in the best way, and a sound system that actually works with the space. Also... microphone for the instructor... which should be standard everywhere but sadly isn't. Shoutouts throughout class too which I LOVE... had me smiling the whole ride. Strength class right after was more functional training with stations... everything clearly written out, well explained, and focused on form and technique. It felt intentional and approachable but still a great workout. I will say... I was a little hesitant booking at first. From the photos online, it didn't look very diverse, and as an Asian woman traveling, that matters to me. But I'm really glad I went. While it's not the most diverse space, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and it was all good energy across the board. You can also feel the community here... they host events, people know each other, and it doesn't feel cliquey which is important. Amenities check... yes there are showers, which I used... plus water station and the essentials. Just a heads up... bring your own towel, mat, and cycling shoes if you have them, otherwise there are rental fees. Also... the MERCH. Oh my god. So cute. I absolutely bought a few things... their branding is SO good. Only small note... the standard drop in rate is a little high in my opinion... but if you're using ClassPass or visiting, it's definitely worth checking out. Overall... 5 star experience.
