Today was my first day at Pilates Cardiocamp, and I must say it was fabulous. Michelle inspired me in a kind and gentle way. The routine was challenging and very doable. Her directions were clear and had several variations. Michelle made me feel very much at home even though I knew no one in the class. I highly recommend this great and varied workout. read more

I started Michelle's class in October and I needed the extra momentum for some areas that I needed to work on - she is so patient and thoughful, is very personable and gives level opions during the class. I have been attending every day at 6 am for over a dozen years! The variety of each workout, the excellent trainers, the facility, and the community keep me fit and coming back. We are in a beautiful outdoor location, and go inside only when it gets chilly. Thanks to this class, I get my workouts in and finished at the beginning of each day. I recommend this program to everyone! read more

I did the free trial week at the Pilates Cardiocamp. It was great! Michelle was very welcoming and accommodating. Overall, I liked the program, but I wished more class times were offered as the 6 am was too early and the 9 am conflicted with my schedule. The class is great for those who are beginning their fitness journey. read more

I have been going to Michelle's Pilates boot amp for two weeks now. I had to figure out a way to get back in shape. Working out at 6 am is drastic for me, but I was desperate. Turns out it was exactly what I needed to kick start my body into losing weight and getting toned. I've already lost 4 lb and feel so much more confident. I take Michelle's class three times a week and am now inspired to workout on my own for the other days. read more

This class is a hidden jewel that is challenging yet quite doable with Michelle's guidance and support. I take her Tuesday morning, 9:00, class that focuses on core work and stretching but includes some cardio . I swear that I feel three inches taller by the end of class and so much mor flexible! Because of my age and joint problems I have to be quite careful. This class is the answer to my prayers since Michelle treats each person as an individual and provides total supervision of each of us. I am so committed to this class. Nancy F. read more

I love Michelle's program - it was exactly the kind of program i was looking for. Michelle makes the workout fun and enjoyable, with convenient times and locations. It is a great value and I am now more energetic and leave each morning feeling fantastic and have more energy to do more. I feel stronger and have more endurance after just one 5-week session. I go four times a week and her classes leave me feeling motivated to do more on my own as well and to keep my body moving. I highly recommend this program to anyone. I also love that there are modifications offered and different levels for those with physical issues or just starting out. read more

Michelle is an amazing, tireless instructor. She has put together a great routine for endurance training, developing core strength and cardiovascular. I feel stronger and feel like I have more energy in the day. For each routine that we do, she offers a challenging to least challenging way of doing it, and follows through with a perfect stretch that exactly hits the spots we just worked. That feels amazing. I am more toned and have more energy. I also feel stronger, as I find I am able to hold postures for longer than I did previously. The fact that it is held outdoors does wonders for me - it is the perfect way to start a refreshing morning and acknowledge nature. This is a great class! read more

I had never tried a workout like this before, but it was awesome! Michelle is an amazing woman that makes you feel motivated but still comfortable. I was working muscles that I never even thought I had! I was the only male at my class, but it definitely would not stop me from returning, so I encourage other men to try it out! Keep it up Michelle, you rock!! read more

I've been coming to these classes 4x/week since May 2011 and just ran my 1st 5K on New Years Day. I can honestly say that without having this class and all the x-training/cardio in my routine, I would not have been able to run the 5K race. Michelle is very motivating and the additional new trainer Sasha from Russia is wonderful too. Highly recommend this class to early birds like me. read more

I started doing Michelle's 9am Los Altos Pilates Cardiocamp class in January 2014. I now do the class 4 times a week - I have never sustained a regular fitness program so long before! Michelle is a FANTASTIC trainer. She is upbeat and motivating and keeps the class moving at a fast pace. When I first started, I couldn't do all of the exercises and needed to take breaks, but the class never made me feel embarrassed or inadequate. Now, I can handle more advanced levels of many exercises and my cardio endurance has grown so much. Even more importantly, I no longer have the lower back pain that plagued me for years after I had my kids. Even though I am now in my later 40s, I feel stronger, taller and more fit than I have in 20 years. Thank you, Michelle! read more

Pilates Cardiocamp was a great way to start the day. On my first day I saw a shooting star and the sunrise during my workout...it's pretty hard to beat that! Michelle gives modifications to cater each exercise to your fitness level, and it also helps you track your progress.
