I have never been so impressed with a contractor in my life. - They were able to work on my house immediately. - They offered many different solutions - spikes, mesh, wire. They were wonderfully thorough. - The called me before they started working on my home and kept me in the loop with progress. - They cleaned EVERYTHING; there was not a speck of feces left. They cleaned the ledges, the tops of the outdoor lamps, even my balcony. Before PigeonPros came I felt like the pigeons were taking over. My neighbors house acts as a wall to my yard, which is primarily a patio. The pigeons were nesting in my neighbors roof and using the window pop-outs, my roof and balcony ledge during the day. Before PigeonPros came out I was walking through pigeon droppings just to take the trash out. I had stopped letting my kids play outside because there was no way they could avoid the droppings. I was cleaning my patio every week only to have the droppings return hours later. It felt like a never-ending fight with pigeon feces. Now, I feel like I have my home back - I can't tell you how liberating this feels. I am so grateful to the men at PigeonPros, most especially Dan and Shawn. Thank you all so much for your hard work. It is so refreshing to work with people who are so thorough. read more

Happy days are here again thanks to Hector and Lee who spent close to three hours solving my pigeon problem. My roof was initially pigeon proof six years ago and since then, the pesty pigeons eventually found how to sneak back into the infected area. They removed the old netting and replaced it with sturdy wire mesh on both sides of the roof and then covered the area with new netting. When they were removing the netting they discovered two decomposing pigeons and newly hatched birds. Without hesitation they disposed of the infected material and sprayed out both sides of the roof to assure the decontamination was properly done. They also sprayed down the entire driveway and the entrance area. My wife and I couldn't be happier in knowing our roof is pigeon proof by experts who know what they're doing and explaining what they were doing to do and asked us if we had any questions or concerns. That's why PIGEON PROS have an excellent reputation and I'll always recommend them to others who have similar problems. They also mentioned that there's a five year guarantee that comes with the installation. Peace of mind again!! Thank you Pigeon Pros!!! :):):):) read more

I had a pigeon problem at my home in Tucson for years before I finally got fed up with it and called PigeonPros and a few other local vendors to do a quote. Pigeon Pros came out when they said they would, were very friendly, spent a good deal of time talking with me about the problem, what I wanted done and were able to give me a quote on the spot for about half of what the other vendors quoted. A few days later they came out and did the work and I couldn't be happier. They added some mesh to some open nooks where I had pigeons roosting and some spikes to a window sill on the outside of the house where pigeons were sitting all day. It wasn't a huge project by any means but I would honestly recommend them to anyone I know. They did a fantastic job, did exactly what they said they were going to do and for half the price of other quotes I had. The coolest thing about all of it though was that they made it super convenient for me. They did all work without me even being home (so I could go to work) and I just had to leave a check in the mailbox. Couldn't be anymore satisfied, great job PigeonPros! read more

After the installation of our Tesla solar panels to our home, within a few weeks the pigeon infestation started on our roof and underneath the panels. The patio was covered with pigeon droppings, cooing through out the day night. This was a problem I had not foreseen or even heard about. Since shooting or poising was not an option for me, I reach out to Pigeon pros after studying my options. I feel the initial inspection could had been more thorough but the professionalism and knowledge of the crew, closed that gap. I was looking for transparence, quality of work, no BS and for them to resolve my pest infestation. Bennett, Dylan; Reams, Curtis arrived at the agreed time, kept us informed and performed the job in the timeline indicated and cleaned up at its completion. Address any gaps and I felt the majority of the issues were resolved. I say majority because I will need to see the results of the work performed in a short timeline. But as of this review, we have definitely improved. Would I recommend Pigeon pros to a family member of friend ? Absolutely. read more

I had a wire mesh installed, and unfortunately, it ended up causing a leak in my ceiling. I contacted the company to make a warranty claim, and that's when the nightmare started. I was told that someone would contact me regarding the warranty claim, but a full week went by and I never received a call. When I finally called to get an update, the person I spoke with was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I understand that issues and delays can happen, but there is no excuse for treating a customer this way, especially when they are simply trying to get help with a warranty issue. At this point, I'm asking the company to take this matter seriously, address the damage caused by the installation, and provide a proper resolution. I would prefer to resolve this directly and professionally, but if the issue continues to be ignored, I will consider taking further action to protect my interests. read more

I am pleased that I contacted Pigeon Pros about my nasty pigeon problems. They were prompt to come out for a free estimate. I was emailed a schematic of the needed work, explicit parts prices, labor, and arial photography of my home via a drone came with my estimate. I already had anticipated the cost based on a friend having the same work done by a different vender and Pigeon Pros were right on the money. Even though they offered to match competitors' pricing - I just went with them. No regrets. I called and they fit me in the next day. At the completion of the work done by Caden, Michael, and Woody, photos were provided so I could see up close detail of all their work. FYI, there was a light rain while they worked! Great job guys! read more

We finally got tired of hosing our front doorway due to pigeons nesting up above and called in the experts. Sanders, Bowdie; Smith, Lee was the team sent to our house. They showed me exactly where the problem was, what they were going to do & did it neatly and professionally. When they finished , they went over everything they did. In addition, they screened a solar panel and our AC unit, which is on the roof. They took pictures and sent them along with the invoice by the end of the day. We were truly impressed with their efficiency! Hopefully, we won't have to call them back, but if we did there is a 5 year guarantee! Way to go, Pigeon Pros!!!!! read more

I had a mess of pigeons roosting under my solar panels making a general mess of everything around them. Pigeon Pros were easy to work with and quickly scheduled a day to come out to Maricopa and take care of it. They cleaned the mess up and blocked off access to not just the solar panels but all the places on my roof that they could nest in. My neighbor now reports that it's hilarious watching the occasional pigeon come by and try to figure out what they're supposed to do with their lives now. I forget everyone's name because I'm terrible, but all three people I dealt with were friendly, helpful, and informative. 10/10 would recommend read more

I had Pigeon Pros do my roof about a year ago. I was skeptical at the time, but have been pigeon free since they installed their wires and netting. After a year I noticed small birds nesting near the satellite dish attached to the roof. I called and John took care of that problem too the very next day! They absolutely stand behind their work...and what great work it was. If I ever get another house I will certainly look them up. I have told all my friends and colleagues about them. They are reputable with great prices and stand behind an awesome guarantee. Thanks to John and his guys at Pigeon Pros! Alicia M. Smith Goodyear, AZ read more

They get 1 star mainly because they don't stand behind their work and have proven to be disrespectful and unprofessional. We had them cage our columns. I was assured it would look clean and professional. I wish I could post the pictures of how sketchy the work is. I've asked to be credited the $240.00 and they refuse to respond to my messages, texts, and e-mails. I now need to remove what they did, patch and paint staple holes and re-do it myself. So sad a company choses to conduct themselves in this manner. There are many other options out there to consider. I wouldn't recommend these guys. They apparently have no integrity. read more

We've been fighting pigeons for awhile under our solar panels and finally said enough. I called a couple of places to get an estimate pigeon pros had the best price. 40 years in construction I know cheapest isn't always the best. We decided to go with them when I told them we were getting our house repainted in a week they managed to fit us into their schedule to get it done before. Ken and Justin were the installers they showed up rang the bell then got right to it. About 4 hours later they were done cleaned up and gone. The job looks good and we look forward to no more pigeon. Thanks guys for a great job. read more

If I could give this sick company 0 stars I absolutely would. I hope any one that uses this company likes their pigeon removal with a side of ANIMAL CRUELTY. These guys left pigeons up on a 90+ degree roof with no water for more than 24hours (2 days). They then cleared their live trap by tossing their lifeless bodies into an orange bucket. Wow!! I cannot believe these human beings are allowed to do business. Look, I'm not the type to rant on yelp, but I was raised to live and let live. They easily could have taken them off the roof one day earlier and spared their lives. Extremely dismayed. :( read more

We had an extreme problem with pigeons in our neighborhood so I called PigeonPros. They were prompt in coming out to review our issues. My husband and I approved of the plan for removal. The next week Collin and his team showed up and after the days end had finished up. A few days later I called as we had a couple of adults that were lingering at our home... Again they were taken care of and The pros had cleaned the outside of our home to remove the poop and nests .... We are quite pleased with the results.... Thanks to Collin and Darrin for taking care of our Pigeon problems. read more

Okay- because of the doves/pigeons roosting in the gutter and being on the roof, the front entryway looked really bad (droppings). I had these guys set up screens on the gutters and a line of pigeon wire on the roof. they came out and gave me an estimate and the following week they came back to install. The installation was quick and the two guys were super cool about the whole thing, letting me know about where they were in the process as they went. a few hours later they were done! super easy, and very friendly. Their manager should give them a bonus. read more

Not very impressed with this company and most likely will not choose to go forward with using this company the reason behind this is lack of communication and like a recent yelp reviewer said getting an estimate is a waiting game. My husband contacted this company on the 23rd of March and we did not get a response back until the end of the day on the 29th of March It's sad because we received estimates from 3 different company's within a week it took this company to just reply. Unfortunately this is a big NO AND 1 STAR for us read more

We had an annoying pigeon problem with our solar panels and fireplace vent. PigeonPros came when they said they would come to give us an estimate and they gave us options. When Vaden and Austin arrived to install the systems, they explained what they were doing and what they found under our panels. They installed the materials efficiently, and unlike some companies in a manner that does not void our warranty on our solar panels. They provided before and after photos, and the end result was a professional looking product. read more

Pigeons have invaded our new neighborhood, and we called Pigeonpros. After assessing our situation, Pigeonpros gave us recommendations. We moved forward with their recommendations, and within a week Curtis, Martin, and Chris arrived to install screening and spikes in strategic places. They did an amazing job. They were conscientious of their work and considerate of our property. They were professional and pleasant; traits that are not easy to find these days. If anyone has issues with pigeons, I highly recommend Pigeonpros. read more

I had a rental property that had a few pigeons and Darren and his guys came out with a plan and after the first round most pigeons left. They did let me know that there is a chance that if the pigeons where born there they will keep coming back because they are homing pigeons. I said sure, then a few came back and I got a discount on the trapping they set up and now the pigeons are gone. They are really flying rats and I'm thankful Pigeon Pros tackled the clean up and made my rental a clean pigeon free house Thanks guys read more

I was scheduled to get pigeon work done without calling in or having someone call me when I called to address the situation with the lady in the office she was rude and completely unprofessional and went on to tell me she talked to my wife and said my wife scheduled when this is a complete lie I had gentleman at my house ready to work and they didn't even know They were not suppose to be there I'm not sure not if I will even get the original work done now unfortunately I had to give this company a negative review read more
