Combination Pizza

10/10/26 first time trying this place and I'm glad I did. I've been craving spaghetti and this place did not disappoint. It definitely satisfied my craving and was a nice big portion that was packaged well. The combo pizza also very good. I did not know this place was in a food court, I woulda guessed this was from a fine Italian restaurant. I'll definitely order again and would recommend to everyone.

5 people working standing there with their arms crossed yet their order screen looks like somebody wiped they're nasty hands all over it. Every time I come here that screen is nasty. I miss when you could walk up and order your pizza and have them put each topping on as you requested it. I think they're not busy and somebody request that they should be able to do that. But nope not these guys. This place has gone downhill since the first open. Used to be my favorite place not only in town but like anywhere. The best pizza I got a build my own pizza as we went along and now junk

Pesto sauce, extra cheese (), mushrooms, black olives, and artichokes (custom).

Always a good choice when at The Row, and you need a quick, good meal for a good price. The ordering here is easy if you use a kiosk - although there are times when another kiosk would be nice, as they only have two and this night the whole food court was packed! Still, quick turnaround from order to pick-up - the pizza arrives hot from the "belt oven" and they package it and get it out right away. You can choose from several standard" types of pizzas (but all are one size - a decent large size) or you can customize sauces, toppings, cheeses, and such. We ordered the standard Hawaiian, then two customs - one with black olives, the other with pesto sauce, extra cheese. artichokes, mushrooms, and black olives. They have a variety of drinks as well, but the fountain options are best for the price - free refills. This place has a Pepsi fountain, but the Port O' Subs place next door has a Coke fountain - just to let you know! The food here is good, the service fast and efficient, and the price decent. Always a go-to for us.

They got me at baked spaghetti . Great service and ambiance . The smell makes Me hungry . Order and then wait for your number to be called .

Excited about the Hawaiian Pizza

Pizza is $15. An order of maybe 6-7 wings is $12. Everything is made fresh to order. Therefore, they let me know that when I ordered my wings that it might take a little longer for those. That is fine. One thing I didn't care for was the fact that the pizza was as oily as it was. The toppings are kind of sparse. We ate in the food court. It was a bit noisy, but that is what you can expect especially during the USBC open championships Bowling season. A lot of folks come and bowl and they sit and eat with their team after but in doing so, that is their opportunity to include their family and children. It's a lot of the kids ate up. Here made a huge mess. Yelled screamed ran around and then bribed their parents to take them to the arcade. It's nice that there are so many large tables for these large parties. Most people are nice enough and bust their own trays after they've eaten. There isn't anything real fancy or special about the food court. But, they have some solid food options.

Pizza was solid for a fast food place. Service was quick. Dining is in a big noisy, dirty open food court on the 2nd floor between casinos.

Baked Chicken Alfredo

Okay, here's a review draft for the café restaurant: This café at The Row near Circus Circus Midway has tons of options, which is great! My daughter went for the baked Alfredo since it's her absolute favorite. The sauce itself was good, but there was a lot going on with the deli-style chicken, bacon, and tomatoes. We probably should have ordered it without the last two toppings. On the plus side, it was a really big portion for the price.

Build your own pizza

Ordered to go through DoorDash. Keep in mind ordering through their website does not have the build your own option, but DoorDash does! Ordered two build your own with a side of ranch. When we arrived, we were given two pizzas and no side. As we were halfway to our room, we realized we didn't get the ranch. We went back and they were hesitant to give us ranch citing, did we check the box? As if it's customary for them to stick it in the box. We said no, we opened the box and took pictures of the pizza before walking away! We did end up getting ranch but felt terrible about asking for something we paid for. $1.20 for a side of ranch. Pizza was good but unlike the review, it was not piping hot. When we got to our room, it was just warm.

Late night cheese pizza

For late night, inexpensive pizza, the cheese pizza was great! I actually would have gone back for the veggie pizza at some point, but ran out of time..

Signature Spaghetti and Meatballs
Chris M.

4 stars spaghetti with meatballs. For $13.99 not much to complain about. You get a big portion of food. Plenty of cheese. Everything tasted good, and there was lots of it.

This place is surprisingly good! There's a food court at the row, so if you're downtown Reno, I suggest you check it out.

I really wanted to love this place after reading some great reviews!…read more However, we felt it was overrated and disappointing. First, we showed up on a Friday evening around 7pm, and was told there was a 25 min wait. We said no problem and went for a little walk. We even walked all the way to another restaurant called The Shore to see the menu and then decided to try the pizza place. It is a huge restaurant with an inside bar and outdoor patio with lots of seating. The outside looks amazing, but the inside was cramped and super stuffy and hot. We tried to order some drinks inside but the bartender was super busy and then a server came up and basically told us to wait until we got seated before ordering drinks. After another 10-15 min, we finally got seated. I looked around, and there were a lot of people sitting and waiting for food at tables. The waitress was nice, and we ordered our food right away. After waiting an extraordinarily long time with no food or service, we waved the waitress over and she went to check on our order. Came back and said it would be 10 more minutes. Can she offer us some nuts and olives? We were starving so we ate all that was given to us. Finally, our food came out! We only ordered marinara pasta with chicken&mushrooms (since the meatballs were already gone) and one Cherrypicker pizza. The homemade pasta tasted good, but chicken and mushroom was skimpy. Then the pizza had great crust, but the middle was soggy and wet probably from the cherry tomatoes. It took us about 2 hours to get fed that night. I think many other people had the same level of service that night. The place has potential, but I think they need more staff.

It's clear they focus on quality from the dough to the sauce to the cheese to the toppings and they put in a healthy dose of passion, fun and love too. It's been a minute since I've stopped at this place but western lights festival brought me downtown and this was part of my plan from the go. I was excited to see that they added woodfired chicken wings, one of my personal favorite dishes anywhere and had to order them and these is absolutely did not disappoint and I'll be back for them again and again. Sometimes it's tough to get a really good crispy chicken wing out of a woodfired oven but this team nailed it in there, buffalo Parmesan sauce was divine, especially with a little bit of the house made ranch. The pizzas were also good, but I didn't like that. They served them in paper takeout boxes because even the short trip from the cutting table to us in that box steamed the pizza and made it super floppy. Toppings were sliding right off the pepperoni pizza we had and it just wasn't the best pizza experience Of the white pizza we tried with spinach and roasted garlic was awesome. I don't wanna held up a little better maybe because it didn't have sauce and the roasted garlic was perfect. Staff is super sweet and accommodating menu is diverse and interesting in and the vibes of West Street market are great for a date or a group so put this one on your list.

After one bite, it was obvious they were actual chicken. When she pointed it out, the server claimed they had only confirmed that the sauce was vegan, not the wings. They remade the order with vegan wings. We then compared the sauces: the first was regular ranch, while the replacement was clearly a different vegan ranch. So, to be clear, they lied to us the first time and then tried to rewrite what had happened. Mistakes happen. Gaslighting the customer afterward to cover the mistake is not okay. Just own it, apologize, and fix it. We left pretty disappointed, especially as vegans who specifically asked before eating.
