We had a very nice dinner here. Started off with Tricolore salad and a bowl of pasta fagioli . The salad was perfect, cold with lots of gorgonzola cheese on top. They split it for us on two plates. The soup was homemade and delicious. For entrées, we got the hot antipasto and the chicken and shrimp Nicola. The hot antipasto was very good and contained a great variety of delicious items ranging from clams, mussels shrimp and stuffed mushrooms. Just perfect. I was a little disappointed with my entrée, the chicken and shrimp Nicola. It was a little bland and the shrimp was overcooked. It was a stunning dish to look at, but I wish it was not equally stunning in taste. It really needed some garlic or some punch to the sauce. however, on a positive note, the vegetables in the dish were very fresh. This restaurant is a hidden neighborhood gem, and service is very good. I will definitely be back and try again. Judging from the other dishes we got, this place can be outstanding!

A little place across from Mamaroneck train station, but a great find. It's that perfect little place for good conversation, great food and a great dining experience. If I lived in Westchester, i would be here often.  PROS: The chef is great (we met him), and the standout dishes are some of the best I've had. Delicious food overall. CONS: You have to pick your dishes carefully. A couple of items didn't measure up. Look at the Specials of the Day.  PROTIP: Order the Smoked Short Rib and the Hamachi Crudo. Skip the Fish and Chips and the tartar. PRICING: A little expensive, so order carefully.  SERVICE: Great - not too overpowering, but attentive. The specials list that night was long and the server explained it well. So many specials!  We had a really enjoyable dinner at Augustine's Salumeria, and meeting the chef was a highlight. You can taste that he cares about what comes out of the kitchen. We shared everything. Here's how it went:Fish and Chips - Our most disappointing dish. Skip it and order another pasta or crudo instead. Hamachi Crudo - UNREAL! So good. BEST DISH OF THE NIGHT (tied with the short rib). Fig Crostini - Very good. A nice way to start. I probably would not order this again.  Steak Tartare - Good, but not great. Fine, but it didn't stand out. Needs more flavor.S pecial Flat Rigatoni in Meat Sauce - Delicious. Hearty, well made, and a great pasta. Smoked Short Rib - A work of art. Order this. It's the reason to go. The highs were very high. The crudo, the short rib, and the pasta were all excellent, and they more than made up for the fish and chips and a steak tartare that was just good. Do your research and order wisely, and you'll have a great meal.I'd go back to Augustine's, especially for the short rib and that crudo. Bravo, Chef!

My sister and I ordered food, before anyone else came into the restaurant. My latte came in a soup bowl. I could barely pick it up. We ordered the pancakes and eggs. My entire plate was meat and I had two very small eggs. The bread was very stale and hard. It also took over 45 minutes to come out. Save your money. There are much better restaurants around here.

From the very beginning, Bruno, the manager, was incredibly hospitable and worked with us every step of the way to make sure everything came together perfectly. His professionalism and genuine care made the planning process so much easier. A special thank you to Kristel, who was an outstanding server. She paid close attention to every detail, was patient, gracious, and made sure both we and our guests were well taken care of throughout the evening. The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was exceptional. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special day. We highly recommend Donjitos to anyone looking for a wonderful restaurant to host their next event. Thank you for helping make our wedding reception so memorable!

The crab cake tostones was very well fried, the guacamole was fresh and flavorful, the crab meat was a bit different, it almost tasted like imitation crab meat so I'm not sure about that. The salmon was deep fried which I wasn't expecting or else I would have asked it to be baked or broiled. So it dried out the salmon too much and the fried rice was a bit meh. The Birria sushi was decent The tropical mojo wings was a GREAT flavor. Definetly a hit! that flavor they concocted needs to be experimented on other dishes.

The paneer was yummy, but the sauce was even more so. It was perfectly spiced, flavorful, and not watery as it can often be from other places in the area. This place has a Michelin Star chef, and after last night's meal, I can believe it. I especially appreciated that the naan was perfectly soft and light. and not doughy. This can be hard to cook for delivery, but they managed it, and it was a great vehicle to sop up all the sauce/use as a boat for the paneer. I will absolutely be back to try the other dishes! Keep up the great work :)

There's a nice thoughtfulness to the decor. The pace of our meal was a little odd. Our food came out quickly, then our drinks, and then there was a long break between dishes [quickly] being taken up and ordering dessert. But luckily, the food blew us away. I would get the chicken ke parche (so tender), lamb shahlik (with a great chimichurri sauce), and the duck moilee (the best - great flavors and texture). Drinks were pretty good, though I would skip the chai thai; the masala old fashion and glub jamun bourbon sour were good. And definitely get the kulfi tiramisu. It was on the smaller side but very tasty. Stir fry shrimp Duck Chicken tender Lamb
