We have been taking our Golden Retriever, the white tornado to RDR since he was a wee pup who was a…read morehandful. Everyone at RDR has been so responsible and caring with all the the fur babies. Cloud had a tough time with his grooming and bath at first, but with care and patience he now does very well. Cloud is now 3 years old and we would not think of taking him anywhere else for day care, grooming or boarding. There have been times of emergency and RDR has gone above and beyond making sure we had nothing to worry about when my husband and myself ended up in the hospital. RDR took such good care of Cloud. He just loves it there and gets so excited when we pull up. I think if he ever got lost he would find RDR before he would find home!

We always loved our little Mini Schnauzer but she was a difficult pooch. We are to blame of course but we couldn't fix the behaviors. She was aggressive toward dogs and strangers and had zero ideas how to listen to commands. We loved her but few others did. :( Sarah met us and got know us and our dog and within the hour she had complete understanding of what caused our bad behaviors. She helped us to understand how a dog thinks and how it impacts their behavior in situations. We then handed over our sweet dog for two weeks to Sarah (she needed extra extra) and when we got her back it was a literal and figurative and actual miracle. She was this obedient, calm, and in control dog. We met her at a park and she was around humans and dogs and didn't lose her shit even once. She came, sat, stayed on command. And better yet Sarah showed us how to do magic too. We have had our dog back for a few weeks since the spa treatment and she is getting better and better each day. No backsliding at all. Next step is to start taking her to the office with me. It was worth every nickel. It has completely impacted our lives in a positive way. So thank you Sarah. You ROCK! After explaining to Ty on the phone what our issues were he expressed that he has a lot of experience in dealing with these types of issues. He was available the next day and we had him come to our house for a session. Ty was very impressive and listened throughly to all of our concerns. He modified his session to be specific to what our most pressing problems were. He gave us several activities and strategies to deal with the behavior issues.
