Charlie typically had the same walkers at the same time each week. They were all professional, caring, attentive, and TRUE dog lovers! I loved Strut the Pup's daily walk reports and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing he was being well taken care of while I was at work. On a few occasions when I was working from home, I watched as his regular walker arrived--Charlie would be waiting at the window and greeted them with full-body wags every time. When Charlie's hips started bothering him as he got older, the team helped me adjust his walks so he could continue enjoying his outdoor adventures. Sadly, Charlie has since passed, but I've saved many of the walk-report photos his walkers took (like this one), and they remain some of my favorite pictures of him. The place is very clean on the inside and has two fenced areas (one that is huge) for the dogs to run around. Though a bit of a drive from Poulsbo, EFP is definitely worth the trek. The prior kennel service I used was a lot more expensive, dark and smelled of cat urine. EFP is clean, the dogs get to hang with each other and are not stuck in a tiny 3 x 6 cage for days on end. She took such great care of Scamper years ago, that we hired her to care for our other cat while we went out of the country for 3 weeks. She administered meds and fluids, made sure she had plenty of water and food and cleaned the litter box. Alesia and Angie (her assistant) sent us pictures so we knew Hunter was well cared for. We also had a house sitter at the time and there were some things Alesia thought were amiss. She contacted us and let us know what was going on and we had to let our house sitter go. She is a highly ethical person who went above and beyond what we had hired her for. I can't say enough. I would trust my pet and my home with Alesia and her assistant Angie anytime. I am grateful to have found such a loving, kind and compassionate person to care for my pets. I know they are in the best of hands when I am gone.
