Delicious. I had the "Frenchie", it was delicious: baked honey ham, smoked pork shoulder slice, real Swiss, pickled onions, Dijon, on a crusty roll. I was very good. But my husband's sandwich, wow, it was dreamy. Jeff had the "Louisville Hot Brown". If we go back I'm ordering the Louisville. It was openface turkey, thick bacon slices, beefsteak tomato slice, havarti, sauce mornay, on sourdough. It melted in your mouth as you ate it. Stopped in for to go sandwiches to have a picnic lunch. We tried the Chi and the Manhattan- both were delicious! They each came with a side. We tried the potato and pasta salad. Don't miss this fantastic deli - great food and nice selection of upscale grocery items. read more

We've been here twice and both times we're excellent. Now anytime we're heading toward Vail we always make it a point to stop. The sandwiches and salads here are top notch, creative, and made with high quality ingredients. They have lots of seating and a nice dog friendly patio. If you are even remotely close to PICKLED KITCHEN PANTRY in Eagle, CO....DO NOT MISS IT. This is a fantastic restaurant with a menu is innovative and fun. Great beer selection too. Their cold case and pantry section is filled with wonderful, hard to find items all great for an impromptu cocktail party or picnic. We had the Czar salad with smoked CO salmon (so glad I got the dinner roll, delish) and the pastrami on rye with potato salad. A lovely lunch, we sat outside...we will be back. read more

Love it! I am a true skeptic when going to sandwich spots of any sorts because I eat a vegan diet and in my experience, most places will mess up the order or kind of tell you that they can't fully accommodate or that "it's just not the same without (insert meat/cheese) on it". PICKLED IS NOT THAT PLACE! I asked if they could make the Garden sandwich vegan, and the gentleman was like " yes for sure" and recommended the bread to hold all the veggies in. It was one of the best sandwiches I have seriously ever had! SO many veggies and lots of fresh amazing flavors! I am so happy has this spot in Eagle now! The BEST sandwiches I have ever had! Thankfully we had a local give us a tip on visiting this fantastic place. Awesome meats, bread, and fresh ingredients on everything. We didn't get to try ALL the sandwiches, so we'll have to go back. :) The Chi-town, Frenchie, Reuben with pastrami & pork belly & Don Vito were amazing, and my personal favorite was the Chi-town. Amazing!!! We walked inside and were greeted right away and offered any help deciding on a sandwich, if we needed assistance. I ordered the Chi-town, my husband had the Don Vito and they made the perfect sandwich for my 9 year old. She only wanted turkey on bread, dry, nothing else. They made her sandwich look and feel so special with sides of fruit. Everything was delicious. The bread was crusty, yet soft on the inside and so fresh. I have no idea if the fella helping us owned the shop or not, but he was so helpful and had such a great personality, it was truly just icing in the cake!! Unfortunately we were just passing through Eagle, but will definitely be back when we are in the area. read more

This place is amazing. I ordered the Korean BBQ tacos to go that were 1+ hours old and still unbelievably amazing. We've all had our share of tacos, but the sauce was not overpowering (great proportions), the taco was well balanced proportion wise, manageable size (especially with the well thought out skewer) with plenty of ingredients. The side pad Thai was a bit spicy (my preference), but the heat would blow anyone out of the water - again, great idea as a side just too spicy. I might go back again tonight! Haha. Would really like to see who their original chef was! Eagle's needed a mid-tier priced, well thought out decor/interior restaurant since the pasta restaurant closed. This fills a great niche in town and I hope it stays around for years to come! read more

The pantry as stocked with specialty foods from around the world. Even meal prep options to buy by the quart and take home. From top to bottom this place has earned high grades in my book. This is a beautiful place, spotlessly clean and well thought out. Shelves full of gourmet goodies, beautiful cheeses, and tinned goods. Our food was incredible: rivals anything I have had anywhere in the world. Why only 3 stars then? The staff was weirdly unengaged. Perhaps they had a bad morning but we didn't feel any connection with them. Not exactly rude but certainly not friendly. They weren't particularly busy so it is a mystery.
