After a really long holiday week of eating poorly, I just wanted some chicken and vegetables. Maybe I'm slow, but I had a hard time navigating the menu in terms of what was included with the meals I was looking at. I got the Bourbon chicken under the "grilled" menu. Since it was $9, I figured it came with other things, maybe as a plate. I did get white rice, but can't remember if I had to order that separately. I like that it came to the table already packed in to go containers, with plates for us to eat on since we were staying. My chicken was just OK--not as flavorful as I had imagined. Boyfriend's house special and fried rice was pretty decent. The service felt a little rushed--like she was bothered or had other things to do. She wasn't rude, but I felt like we were inconveniencing her, especially when my partner went back to the register to order me some vegetables. Overall, it was fresh and decent quality, but not especially flavorful. It seemed pretty pricey to me, too, considering the lack of sides. I could see myself coming back (when I'm in town) when I can more easily figure out what sides come with what entrees. We will see. I would give this place 3.5 out of 5 if I could, but it wasn't enough to get a 4 from me. One thing I will add is that I'd rather eat here than Panda, because I didn't feel like garbage afterward. The manager was very friendly and helpful when ordering. Service was amazing, The place was very clean. Everything was great, they offered me some free cookies if I left a yelp review. So I left a review and got my cookies, I had given them 5 stars, but once we got the food, Mongolian beef was a bit salty, but not enough to complain. The fried rice was good. The orange chicken was good, but portions are big, so after eating like 1/3 of it, it gets to be too sweet. The noodles were not good. I would go back for the service, but now I feel like I'd rather have Panda Express :( because the food is edible but not delicious and that makes me sad. read more

Yesterday (12/3/2024) we were having lunch at this location when a disruptive customer started yelling and complaining making us feel really uncomfortable. He was screaming to the point that he made the poor cashier cry, I felt really uncomfortable that we left the store without finishing out meal. This spot is typically good. I love the various chicken entrees and if you are using the pick up stix app, there are a lot of good incentives like free entrees and buy one get one free. My favorite chicken entrees so far are the general's orange, grilled bourbon and house special. You always have a choice of brown or white rice, and you can add chow mein to any order for a little more. My advice and tip is to ask for extra chili sauce on the side. That mixed with one entree can easily last for two sittings. read more

Second we got the "family meal deal" 33.99 fine it comes with either white rice or pay more for stinking fried rice..rice is the cheapest food on earth! We ended up getting fried rice ,chow main ,orange salty ass chicken ,the house special which I believe was chicken (they only let u choose chicken ) dumplings & Rangoon. Plus a small drink that came out to 40 bucks for 2 people not a family.. . A family of 4 would need more food than this . The food in general was very salty and bland. Picked up food from an online order today. It was the Chinese chicken salad. When I got there the food was already in a bag and tied up, So I assumed that everything was in there. I got home ( 4 mi ) and my husband asked where the salad dressing was. This was our lunch that we were sharing. There was no dressing at all. Of course I'm not going to drive 4 mi back just to get salad dressing. Eating a dry salad is simply not delicious. I made a dressing with ingredients that we had on hand, but it wasn't the same. This is coming on the heels of an order two weeks ago in which the employees were very rude when my husband picked up food. I'm not sure what's going on with this location, as I've never had issues there until now. Hoping that Pick Up Stix makes this right & fixes the problems. Typically the food is amazing.
