After the gas line was turned on, a gas leak occurred, requiring PECO to replace parts on the gas meter. Based on the PECO technicians' experience, they indicated that opening a gas valve too quickly can sometimes contribute to a gas leak. On the other hand, DiBiase explained that, in their view, the issue was not related to how the gas was turned back on but rather to the age of the PECO meter, which they believe would have failed regardless. To the company's credit, they discussed the situation with me and provided an additional year of free maintenance. While I appreciate their response and the added maintenance, I'm not convinced the installation wasn't a contributing factor. I hope they review their installation procedures to help prevent this type of issue from happening to future customers.

As for his staff, I got to meet Lorenzo's & Darren's teams. They were very professional, came on time and very knowledgeable of the entire project. They made sure the areas were kept cleaned and covered anything that needed to be covered. If they came across any issue it was address immediately. Communication with the company was prompt, exceptional and professional. I am very happy and satisfied with everything that was done in my basement. I don't have the time to be running back and forth with someone who makes an appointment and then requests another one from the same person. Good luck with your project." I am perplexed how a business owner could speak to potential client that way. It seems they do lovely work and have a great reputation, so I was honestly surprised and disappointed. I wish they were more respectful of my time and not make such crazy generalizations about people. The whole interaction felt hustle and unnecessary. Good workmanship is one thing, but business owners should treat people with respect, especially when someone is ready to hand them 10s of thousands of dollars.
