The place is small and not much seating. They also don't have a very elaborate menu. Don't look for some well known dishes like egg foo yung here. We ordered the family special: orange chicken, beef and brocolli, sauteed cabbage, salt pepper shrimp, sweet and sour fish and steamed pork buns. Everything was savory and tasty. I'm happy to find this new place that opened in Fontana. The menu represents many of the staples and classic dishes found in authentic Chinese restaurants in San Gabriel Valley. I ordered the Crispy Noodle with Beef Chow Mein to go. They took great care in the details of separating to preserve the Crispy noodles and Meat sauce until it was time to eat. I found the beef perfectly tender and flavor spot on. 1 order would have been enough for two normal people to share, but I found these noodles to taste soo good, that it would have been a dishonor to not consume and savor every bit as I did. I believe my late Chinese parents (who raised me in a Chinese restaurant) would have also approved of this dish. I can't wait to try more of the PC menu, and hoping someday owners will introduce more classic dishes like, Beef Chow Fun (dry or wet style) BbQ Pork, Singapore Style noodles to the menu. Tried this for the first time the other day. I ordered the orange chicken and veggie fried rice and a milk tea boba. They had let me know the boba would be an extra 10-15 min wait given that when I arrived it was still being cooked. While I waited for the food the two men that were working were very kind, they asked me if it were my first time there and they genuinely wanted to converse. Another lady had been waiting outside with her husband for there order while I was there and the front worker went out of his way to take chairs outside so they can sit down instead of standing. After about 20-25 mins I got my food and since I had to wait he gave me two free veggie egg Rolls. Everything was neatly packed in to go boxes. The food was all hot when I got ready to eat and by far one of the best flavors I have ever tried for this type of cuisine. Orange chicken was nice and crunchy with plenty of sauce so it wasn't dry. Veggie rice was perfect. I think my favorite thing were the egg rolls. Definitely plan on going back to try the rest of the menu. read more

The interesting thing is that we had initially driven past the restaurant after not seeing a seating area but then changed our minds and went in. Long story short, I ordered spicy orange chicken, beef noodles, honey walnuts shrimp and steamed rice. Orange chicken wasn't overly breaded and had perfect tang. Noodles were good. Did lack salt but I think that's the traditional Chinese way of seasoning rice/noodles. However, noodles did balance out with everything. White steamed rice wasn't bland. Tastes like they steam it in broth. Honey walnut shrimp was perfect. Way better than Panda Inn. Everything was delicious, I mean hands down flavorful and fresh. We ordered: salt and pepper wings, chicken fried rice, and orange chicken. We originally were going to order two orders of orange chicken, but the cashier was kind enough to let us know the portion size was enough for two people to share. The food came out hot, which is always amazing, BUT the flavoring just wasn't there. Also, CORN DOES NOT BELONG IN FRIED RICE. You can tell the rice isThe orange chicken pieces were too big, and the rice was extremely bland, but the cook left a chuck of seasoning right in the middle of the rice, which really killed the food, and the salt and pepper wings had a very strange taste. The moment you bite into the wings, you will notice a strange taste that lingers in a bad way. We spent around $43, which would have been better than just going to Panda Inn for a better meal.
