They ordered a shirt for me and it arrived Friday and my shirt was ready Friday at lunchtime. Another local place wanted $40. And, my shirt looked awesome, with a photo I had taken on it, and I wore it in the recent Prince 5K Purple Rain Run. That kind of customer service is appreciated and I thought their shop had some great stuff in it. They literally can do anything there!! I dropped off a trophy to be engraved, which cost about $8 for about 7 words. I received an email with my invoice, which I thought was helpful so I can easily retrieve my order on my phone when I went to go pick up. When I went to go pick up, it seemed they had lost my order. I stood there maybe 20 minutes while they searched the store for my trophy. They were polite and apologetic for the wait, which made it better, because it at least showed they cared for customer service. When they finally found it (whew!), they asked me again for the text to be engraved. They did the actual engraving in less than 5 minutes. I didn't notice until I got home, but the black text was very thin and can barely be seen, unless you put it maybe two feet from your face. Maybe it was my fault, I opted for Arial font instead of the default Times New Roman. Perhaps the default would have been darker? So again, I appreciated that the staff was very nice and tried to be accommodating, but I think the store organization could use a little work.
