When I went in to pick up the plaques they had no idea who I was or where the items I brought in were. Once they found my stuff they made no attempt to try and work something out they just blamed it on someome who wasnt there. Now we will not have the plaques for a time honored military tradition. If I could give it 0 stars I would. There are other local stores in the area to support. Pleas save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

After several emails and one phone call, the best I got was "there a mug that looks the same but the bottom is thinner". Finally, went to the store on August 17th and asked to talk to the owner, "he's only here on Friday" and no there is no way of contacting him. After court was mentioned, I was refunded my 209.61. As with other local stores, their prices are closer to MSRP than Amazon prices but in this day and age, there is a premium to be considered when shopping in a store vs online! The store times are quite limited and given they are the only store in the DMV linked to the swim clubs, getting here involved me taking time off from work during a weekday!

The only reason I'm giving them two stars. After ringing the bell for help, a woman appeared and I explained to her what I needed and what size I thought he might need. She immediately looked at me like I had no clue what I was talking about and her facial expressions and huffs were enough to clearly make me get it that she was the superior swim-jammer knower. After a painful back and forth to determine the proper size (the jammers I bought were a different brand than the team ones and therefore run different size-wise) I was able to get what I needed. I started laughing mid conversation with her as I felt there was no possible way someone could be that unkind to the first customer of the day (it was 10:05am where I arrived, they open at 10:00am). I ever had the courage to ask about a team backpack which pushed another button with her it seemed. She commented that I must have missed the team store shop time or be new, which I calmly replied to as, "yeah, we just moved here from out of state and are newer to the sport. My son is elementary school age, I'm learning." Not one positive emotions in return. Needless to say, unless it is absolutely necessary to buy an item from here in the future, I will NOT be returning.

I was looking to have a flask engraved for a coworker and close friend that was moving away. I sent email to the owner with my idea and he promptly replied. I had several ideas in mind and he was able to point me in the right direction with regards to having the best flask, font and how it would look. After sorting the details out he told me the cost which was a 1/3 of the price I would have paid anywhere else. To make it even better he did it within a days time, which really impressed me. I stopped in the next morning and picked it up. he made a point of making sure I was satisfied with the work before I paid, which I appreciated very much. The best part about this place is that the owner can engrave just about anything and more. He does 3 types of engraving: Diamond Drag, Rotary and Laser. I really like the fact that he does specialty work with firearms, so I have a feeling I'll be back soon for that reason alone. The location can be a little tricky to find, but it's well worth visiting for your various engraving needs. I was looking to engrave a quote on a flask I had purchased, pretty easy thing but a lot of shops…read morequoted me $50+ if not just say it was too long & wouldn't fit. Even the shop I purchased it from, got me with a "free engraving"... well that was just a "free setup fee" I called up Photon, got a very fair quote, so I stopped by the next morning to drop the piece off. Crawford was very friendly and knowledgeable about how to get the work done. When it was ready, I went back, price was just as agreed upon. I thought the piece looked great, however Crawford hesitated & pointed out with the font I selected, it was hard to decipher between i's and l's. He proceeded to open a box with another flask (all metal - more surface area), already engraved with my quote. Said for me to keep it?! WOW now that's standing behind your work. I have a serious attention to detail & while he was right, it didn't bother me the least. Glad he takes that much pride in what he works on & I will be returning for any future engraving work!
