It was a present for my mother-in-law. Well, after one month they finally told her they would not be coming out to complete the carpet cleaning, and when I called them to inquire what was going on. He told me that they were refusing to do service, even though they had already been paid, that I would have to go through Amazon for any refund because he would NOT do it, and then HUNG UP on me after he took the time to call me a "f*cking b*tch"! Completely unacceptable. Not only were no services rendered, but I received the worst and rudest customer service of my life!

With a loss for words this place is Phenomenal! Best dry cleaners in the NoVA area for sure. I've…read morebeen a long time customer for about 6 years now. I've learned over the past several years that this place is family oriented and definitely good people. They really take good care of my belonging and I trust them to do a good job as they have. I have a pair of denim jeans that cost well over $200 that I wouldn't let anyone touch but I trust Ms. Chantra to handle them. I left them with stains of dirt, alcohol, coffee spills and with the musk motorcycle gas and when I came back to pick them up they were spick and spam with a little weird smell left behind but I was very impressed with the work done. I really recommend this spot if for a friendly neighborhood dry cleaners. If your worried about which dry cleaners in the area you should go to look not further!

There were still several subtle stains on the dress and bow, which they said they would call to talk about if they couldn't get out. They never called and still made me pay $130. To be fair, there were sections of the dress that we practically black from being dragged on the floor all night. Additionally they somehow ripped apart the bow that went on the rear of the dress--it's a mess now and droops down. It was a high quality material that sat up right before they cleaned it. Maybe it was caused by the way they handle garments in the shop? When I was picking up and dropping off they were throwing clothes on the ground and throwing them around pretty roughly.

I found this place after doing some online research for engraving services other than the big name…read morecompany that most folks go to for such services. I was looking to have a flask engraved for a coworker and close friend that was moving away. I sent email to the owner with my idea and he promptly replied. I had several ideas in mind and he was able to point me in the right direction with regards to having the best flask, font and how it would look. After sorting the details out he told me the cost which was a 1/3 of the price I would have paid anywhere else. To make it even better he did it within a days time, which really impressed me. I stopped in the next morning and picked it up. he made a point of making sure I was satisfied with the work before I paid, which I appreciated very much. The best part about this place is that the owner can engrave just about anything and more. He does 3 types of engraving: Diamond Drag, Rotary and Laser. I really like the fact that he does specialty work with firearms, so I have a feeling I'll be back soon for that reason alone. The location can be a little tricky to find, but it's well worth visiting for your various engraving needs. I'm confident you won't be disappointed with the work they do. *This business is gun carry friendly.

Even the shop I purchased it from, got me with a "free engraving"... well that was just a "free setup fee" I called up Photon, got a very fair quote, so I stopped by the next morning to drop the piece off. Crawford was very friendly and knowledgeable about how to get the work done. When it was ready, I went back, price was just as agreed upon. I thought the piece looked great, however Crawford hesitated & pointed out with the font I selected, it was hard to decipher between i's and l's. He proceeded to open a box with another flask (all metal - more surface area), already engraved with my quote. Said for me to keep it?! WOW now that's standing behind your work. I have a serious attention to detail & while he was right, it didn't bother me the least. Glad he takes that much pride in what he works on & I will be returning for any future engraving work!
