Devon helped me today, and I'm so thankful for his wonderful service. The website gave me one…read moreprice, but the in-store system spat out a much higher quote. Rather than blow me off or try to charge me the higher price, he thought of a workaround: he had me create and pay online to get the good price, and he printed it out in the store for me. I saved about $30, if I remember correctly! Plus, he was in the weeds, but so cheerful and helpful with everyone. One of my pet peeves is when I walk into a store and obviously need help, and the workers don't acknowledge my having to wait. Well, a long line started forming and he made sure to tell them all he'd be right with them after he did a few more things. I like when the person helping me also gives good service to those around me. Denny is the manager, if I'm not mistaken, and he also seemed to be working hard to make sure everyone was being handled appropriately. Still not sure why there's such a big discrepancy between the online prices and the in-store ones. If I had to guess I'd say the in-store prices are including getting in-person service from a human being and maybe being able to use the office supplies there. Busy store!

The white lady with short hair, seems to have issues and gets frustrated and stressed over trivial things! She charged me $8 for some basic size adjustment! Literally a couple of clicks! She also has a tone that she makes feel i don't know what I'm doing! The only reason why I put 2 stars instead of 1 or even zero is because a minute later her coworker intervened and got $8 back, and went through the process again! Later that week, I received an email informing that the refund was a miscommunication, and that she was technically supposed to charge that much, which is ironic because I got way much better experience and more satisfying result at staples in that very location, for literally $0.5.
