Because we were a bit short on time (should've totally ordered online) we only ordered a tofu vegan pho. Normally they say it takes just a few minutes but with the slammed kitchen and orders coming through in person and online that took a bit longer than expected. We normally wouldn't have cared we just didn't want to miss the concert opening. It was a rainy night and a little bit cold so it was the perfect comfort food before we went and screamed off our heads haha. Our bowl was absolutely perfect. The super hot broth, perfectly cooked noodles, toppings, I even got Thai chili on there to make it even hotter. We were sweating, slurping and sipping. SO worth it. I think it's safe to say this is the BEST pho broth and combo I've ever had. I absolutely love this place and will be dreaming of this comfort food until I can get some again. Also, almost forgot to mention this is a very small space with some long shaded community tables available, meant to be shared. You might be able to see the chef in action through the glass window. I've been told that this expanded section used to be a salon. The cool light fixtures used to be above where the pedicure station was and also another reason there is a sink on the main floor. This is not quite a wait-on-you type of restaurant. You place an order through the kiosks on the wall and service staff will provide it to you when it's ready. It would be the same thing if you'd like any additions, in exception to condiments which are on the table. There is a water dispenser available for self service and a sink is nearby to wash your hands, as well as where you can place your dishes when finished similar to cafes. My go-to is always their Dry Noodle. The Daikon Bowl is probably my second favorite. I usually look out for their specials. It's too bad they do not offer the same item too often.
