Super knowledgeable, super fast, an excellent communicator and made the most of our time there. We've never had a salesman as great as him, in all honesty. Our sales manager was Andy Myers and again what an awesome man. We've never had a sales manager as involved as he was. He got us to where we wanted to be without a haggle. He made our experience feel like we weren't just another customer to them. You knew he wanted to make us a deal and not have us walk away unhappy. Our finance manager was Bob Montgomery and he had us in and out of his office so fast. Even though he was quickly prepared for us, he still took his time and explained things in detail. This meant alot to us because nobody had ever broken down payments and gap insurance to either of us before. It was like a mini college course in 15 mins. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer. Overall you can understand how we had a 10/10 experience today. I would suggest anyone in the market to stop by this dealership. I'm sorry it was at the auction for a reason, it's low quality! You're buying to flip and scam your customers! I bought jeep here, and I'm coming back years later just to let you know how bad they are. Bought a jeep, on the way home, I was pulled over for no tail lights. They "fixed the tail lights". On the drive home from that, the dang transmission broke and caught the entire undercarriage of the car on fire. The dealership offered no help, they were happy to scam a college kid. I come on here years later, and they are still scamming. They deserve this 1 star. They suck!

Every single person I worked with was absolutely wonderful, no pressure, and upfront. The showroom is recently renovated and very clean. Every staff person I spoke to was so helpful and attentive. Absolutely worth the 90 minute drive to purchase here!! The process was extremely transparent and I never felt rushed or pressured. I am a little bit picky and can be a little grumpy, but the entire team was kind and patient! They were super efficient with the entire process as well. When I arrived, it was quick to get my trade in and looked at, the offer was very fair, and the team helping me actually listened to what I wanted in the vehicle I was looking at and didn't try to push me into something different. Shout out to Luis for his utmost patience with me! Luis was great about following up after the sale and making sure all my questions were answered. They waited until after all the paperwork was signed to tell me the Jeep only came with one key. Everyone there failed to disclose it until after I had signed all of the paperwork and finalized the purchase. I fell for the oldest trick in car sales, believing the salesman was a good honest person. If I would have know beforehand, I would have addressed the issue. Then I asked for assistance before I left and was told they would see what they could do. That came from several different people. During one phone call I was told by the parts person that the vehicle should have come with two keys and he would help. After several phone calls and emails - I got notified today that they would not help and that the $300 problem was all mine. Their lack of honesty and unwillingness to stand behind the sale speaks volumes. I will not and advise you not to do business with this Jeep dealership. I'm truly surprised that this was the way a customer got treated after I read the good reviews. Something must have changed and not changed for the good. I hope there are no other surprises, because M & L won't help!

So he had a very specific car model he wanted. Lexington Auto Sales had one in the price range. Showed up and did a test drive. Made an offer, some minor haggling occurred, then we agreed on a price. Fairly easy experience. It has been a few weeks and the car is still running fine. No issues. Highlights - They seem to primarily cater to people needing financing, so if you have cash then you can get a better deal and avoid the bull shit "processing / administration fees" - They are online and use most of the auto phone apps - I found the folks there to be upfront and were not bullshitting me. That's really difficult to find and I appreciated their honesty. - They will provide a Carfax report for the vehicles - It appears the owner is the only one who can negotiate. The sales person had to text my responses back in forth while we haggled (owner was not onsite at the time). - The sales staff were very friendly, and no it wasn't some BS nice act to sale you a car. - There was zero pressure to buy anything. They just gave you the facts about the car and it appeared to be no sweat if we could not make a deal.
