It has been brought to our attention that the vehicle did indeed have frame damage that very well may have resulted in "total loss' of the vehicle and the title is marked. The selling dealer is aware of the damage as they purchased it from auction where is was disclosed as a "frame damage" sale. Not only is there value of the vehicle dramatically lower than expressed but the legal state documents were fraudulently filed. When I contacted the business I spoke to a man named David that claimed to be the owners brother. I was told " you will not mandate my money and tell me what to do.
