My worst nightmare- my car broke down while traveling! My 2024 Santa Fe hybrid threw a temper tantrum on a Sunday evening, on 705, just outside of Seagrove. Aka- farm country. 3 hours later, my car was loaded on a flatbed to go to the dealership in High Springs. The next morning Lindsay called to ask me what happened & to let me know they were behind on diagnoses, that there were several cars ahead of mine. Ugh. I explained that I was from Florida, visiting for work. I booked a rental, and relied on locals to help me during all of this. What blew my mind, a call from Lindsay again just before 5pm. Because I'm not a local, he pushed my car through faster & the lead mechanic, Chance, was staying late to narrow down the problem. Code was showing something wrong with fuel getting to the motor. 20 minutes later... he called again! I had just had my car serviced before driving Hundreds of miles & one of the air filters wasn't clicked in all the way! A simple stupid fix! I was relieved. Lindsay also said they had to fix a couple of recalls, but that my car should be ready by 10am the next morning! Stunned, relieved, but i was still holding my breath until the next morning - 9am, again earlier than he quoted- my car was ready! Seriously, I have never been stunned by customer service at a dealership. You all are the best! read more

This business has been taken over by Vann York. They have a few higher end and fast cars. Not bad to drive, but not as tight as a drive like we're used to. Still trying to find the right addition to our "home fleet". Salesman Larry Spates & General Manager Dave Langley - - those are the two names to remember!! Great information! Thank you both. read more

They always look after you and they don't take advantage of you. They do what is in the best interest for the customer.

Good experiences at this dealer in particular. I have one car still covered under their service plan for free oil changes and tire rotation. The waiting area is clean and stocked with refreshments. The staff are friendly in the service and sales as well. I came back to buy a used car, and the sales and finance department were both friendly and helpful, and I had a $500 off check-in offer, which they honored. Would recommend! read more

Thought I'd found a safe alternative to my nearest dealership. However, I'm going to have to find another alternative. The ineptitude of the service I received is only exceeded by the cowardice of the service department who refuses to answer my phone calls and DO NOT call me back, even though I've left 2 messages. Tire rotation should be a routine job. Not here. I had tires rotated and the lug nuts were not tightened. They also put way too much air in my tires. Manufacturer calls for 34-36 psi for all 4 tires. These guys put in 40! I'm lucky I made it home without a major problem. Had to take my vehicle to a shop to find out the problem. When they told me the lug nuts were not tightened on one of the wheels, I was shocked. YOU HAVE ONE JOB! MY 11 YEAR OLD NEPHEW COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB! read more

Again, excellent service! They took great care of me and my car! Love the new building!

I purchased my 2023 Hyundai Ioniq5 from Carolina Hyundai in Aug of 23 and have been nothing but pleased with both the sales and service departments. I checked out all of the Triad area Hyundai dealerships and this one is in a class of their own. The sales team was low pressure and very respectful of my needs and wants which is a refreshing change from other dealerships I have experienced. The service department is very professional and highly trained. The receptionist was very pleasant to me when I needed to schedule a service appointment and the appointment itself was 5 stars. I highly recommend them! read more

Overall, we had a great experience, we were paying cash for our vehicle which was a 2023 Santa Cruz night edition. We were working with a couple new sales reps, Jeremiah and Bobbi-Jo they needed a little bit of assistance. However, this is expected when they are new but again, this did not reduce anything in our overall experience. They had our new vehicle parked out front waiting for us when we arrived. We were inside and done probably within one hour and 15 minutes total. They had the gas fully filled up. They made sure that all the accessories were inside the vehicle either boxed or pre-installed for us. The only issues that we really had is more than likely a Hyundai corporate problem which is getting our blue link taken care of, as of Sunday afternoon, this still has not been resolved and it's been over 24 hours. We were advised that this should be resolved sometime by Monday which should be 48 hours later, we shall see, but again I believe this is more of a corporate Hyundai issue not a dealer issue. read more

I ordered and purchased a new 2022 Hyundai Venue Limited Denim a few months ago. The entire experience was simple and straightforward. The car came in sooner than expected. I thank Matt McNeill, Roderick Jackson and Shane Beane for making the entire purchase process so simple and even fun. I felt like part of the family. read more

This place takes all of the anxiety out of car buying for you. Everyone is super personable and really made my husband and I like we were right at home and buying from friends instead of salesmen. They made sure to take every detail into account and I'm loving my new sorento. It's the perfect Mom mobile without feeling like a soccer mom in a mini van. I also love that they back the already great warranty with an in house lifetime warranty. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. Well definitely be back when we're ready for another. read more

I was browsing to replace my vehicle and went there two times to check out what they had in stock. They have a good selection online and it's a very nice place, very comfortable. Both times I went I was greeted by sales people who had just started there, one of them three days the other week and a half so they really didn't knowWhat was going on and order some of the questions I asked about hybrids cost of batteries to replace etc. if I go back I'm going to pick a couple of cars off the Internet and go there directly for those so I don't have to ask many questions. read more

There is nothing more I dislike than being "played" with by cars salesman. I'm not one to drive a car for more than two years. I get bored. Needless to say, I've traded in and bought cars more times than I can even count. My past two vehicles have been Hyundais. So, when deciding to lease or buy my sister a car, I thought I would put her in this same direction. She went back to school a year ago and works a really crummy part time job. To ease her financial burden, I decided it was time to trade her car in for a lower payment, that I could pay myself. My credit is wonderful and I've never missed a payment, on anything in my life. I went ahead and got pre approved for a loan before talking to a salesman. I told him our situation, how much I wanted to spend and made it clear that I wanted the vehicle in my name only. I live a few hours away, and asked if we could do everything over the phone, as I had done so with my last Hyundai purchase. We set up a time for my sister to come up there and hopefully put her into a new vehicle. I was excited and ready to make a purchase! She gets there and they start the "game". He tells her that her car is basically worthless. When her payoff is less than the amount the same vehicle with higher miles is selling for. He suggested running her credit and having both our names on the loan. Why? Well, I know this move. This is a move to get a higher APR. A trick I know not to fall for. At this point I'm angry. I've already been pre approved. I know every time my credit is run, it affects my score. After twenty minutes, my visibly upset sister had to track this guy down, to find her keys so she can leave. I felt so, so, so bad. My sister is busy changing her stars, to make a better life for herself. All I wanted to do was show her how proud I am of her. They ruined it. A few days later this salesman sends me the usual text about the "negative" equity in her car according to Kelly blue book, but please come on in and they can "play with other numbers". Maybe this tactic works on most girls. They really picked the wrong one. Daddy didn't raise a fool. In my business, money talks and boy, did they let my money walk. If you like getting the run around, and playing the back and forth game. Please go here. Being a busy woman, I don't have time for that. read more

I walked in and said, I need to get rid of this car. I walked out with a 2017 and low payments. Both Edna and the finance manager worked really hard to get me what I wanted and asked for. I personally think that this had to have been the absolute best car buying experience that both my boyfriend and I had ever had. read more

Great dealership. Friendly and helpful sales associates. I am a repeat customer. Love my new car

I purchased a car that was one step down from what I went in there for, but I have to say I am not disappointed. I love my new car and the salesman was great. My only complaint is that the ads they have online are false advertising... *They listed a price that said "Our Price" but once in the salesman's company, I found that the "Our Price" wasn't really "Their Price"...it was actually "After incentives". Okay...so today (3 days after I purchased a car from them) I went online to see exactly where the details were about the advertised "Our Price" and that it was based 100% on "Incentives". I was truly shocked to find out it is NOT listed any where around the car's photos, descriptions, details or anywhere else on the 6 pages of cars!! If you want to know the TRUE story, you have to click on "Incentives" at the top of the page....away from the list of cars. The salesman told me it was listed in small print under the cars and that is totally FALSE. I felt stupid because I thought I missed it. I am an educated, business savvy woman....and I thought I missed something important. Again I scrolled down to the bottom of the page of a long list of cars, thinking I am just missing all of the pricing policy information that explains to customers that all "Our Price" prices are not really "Our Price" and not saving you money from MSRP. Every other dealer in the area has the same incentives....it really means that HYUNDAI has incentives for a few customers....not Carolina Kia/Hyundai specifically. I am not sure how many people would ever qualify for ALL incentives to reach the advertised "Our Price". You have to all of the things listed below to get the "Our Price" listed: Bonus Cash $500 Customer Cash $3,250 Hyundai BoostUp Matching [+] Details Conquest Customer Pricing Tier Upgrade [+] Details College Graduate Program [+] Details A Plan - Family & Friends [+] Details Hyundai Circle V-Plan Cash [+] Details Military Program [+] Details No Payments for 5 Months [+] Details Uber Driver Coupon [+] Details Valued Owner Coupon [+] Details E Plan - Hyundai Employee Purchase Plan [+] Details Ridiculous, right? Don't fall for it...go in expecting to pay full price unless you meet all of these criteria... I love the car, not impressed with the bait and switch policy and if it were not for the quality and warranty that Hyundai has, I would have walked out of the dealership as soon as I knew what was happening... I don't think it is just a Carolina Kia/Hyundai advertising problem...I think it is standard Kia/Hyundai policy. Now I can only hope and pray they stand by their warranties that the salesman constantly threw in my face, telling me how much better Hyundai was than Honda, because of the wonderful warranties. I have to say I agree...if they stand by them. I do not plan to sell my car until I absolutely have to, which is why I did not go with Honda for resale value advantages. Come on Hyundai...you don't have to fool people to get them in the door, if you provide a superior product. Don't stoop to the "swindler" levels that give car salesmen and dealerships the reputation that a customer says they would rather go to the dentist and have teeth pulled than to go car shopping.... read more

Great customer service!!! I had been getting the run around with other dealerships and this staff worked quickly to get my car serviced and fixed all my automotive issues - and to my surprise they washed my car and cleaned the front floor mats! I live in Greensboro and will definitely travel back to High Point when I need to have my car services again. read more

Jeff Davis (on the KIA side) helped me purchase my new Elantra. Easy to deal with. No pressure sales. I genuinely felt like he had my best interest at heart. Went there first, then went all over the Triad and ended up back there to get my car. read more

I would like to than Akan Davis for the excellent customer service. He exhibited patience along with integrity while I considered a decision to trade in my auto. He took my interest into consideration and was able to locate a certified 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport, which I purchased and have named "Black Pearl". I am very satisfied with the manner in which he presented an offer. No Regrets. I strongly recommend him for your auto shopping needs. read more
