I got my truck back the same day...D & M will get all my business going forward for both my vehicles. I only have good things to say about these guys and highly recommend. As a side note: beware of car dealerships when going in for anything simple because the repair advisors are usually on commission. I once took my truck to Vann York for an oil change and they said that I needed to have my control arms and steering rack replaced for $2000+ which I declined. So I got two opinions from independent repair shops (of which D&M was one), and was told control arms and rack were fine. Avoid car dealerships for any repairs as they see unsuspecting people to prey on. That said, D & M saved me lots of money!!

I had a lot of questions and the answers were explained to me in detail by all. Sales Manager, Richard Hamilton, personally assisted me with particular issues and was a stellar gentleman. Finance Manager, Gene Kinney, fielded many more questions from me, was very efficient and also very understanding. After the all the paper work was done and my new HR-V was pulling up for me to drive home, Chris Thompson, the General Manager of Vann York Honda checked in with me to see if all was well and to thank me!
