    I had the best experience buying a car from their new salesman Ricardo. He was very knowledgeable and respectful and I have never had a smoother, no haggle process when it comes to making purchases for vehicles. I will definitely go back to them in the future when I look for other cars!

Don Pennetta, my sales associate for my second and now third HR-V, listens to me and understands exactly what I am looking for in my car and how he help fit it into my budget. This isn't always easy! Don always picked up his phone, was available on site, was communicative and readily gave me the information I needed. The staff at this dealership treated me with care and much respect. I had a lot of questions and the answers were explained to me in detail by all. Sales Manager, Richard Hamilton, personally assisted me with particular issues and was a stellar gentleman. Finance Manager, Gene Kinney, fielded many more questions from me, was very efficient and also very understanding. After the all the paper work was done and my new HR-V was pulling up for me to drive home, Chris Thompson, the General Manager of Vann York Honda checked in with me to see if all was well and to thank me! I can't tell you how appreciative I am of all these gentlemen and how they made what I consider a very stressful experience gentler and kinder. Thank you! What I believed would be a fair deal on a demo turned into the opposite. I am now having to work through the process of removing and refunding these charges. If you shop here, especially for a demo, be sure to review every add-on line on the buyer's order before signing. Do not rely on verbal assurances -- verify every dollar on the printed contract. If you purchase a car here, make sure every number and every product on the buyer's order is fully explained and agreed to. Do not rely on verbal representations -- verify the printed contract line by line before you leave. Don't settle for them offering to send you PDF's via email.

During his presentation, Mr. Hawkins insisted that I purchase GAP insurance through the dealership for $1,200.00. When I declined, he became visibly upset and began speaking loudly in the showroom, claiming the purchase was mandatory. My finance company later confirmed this was untrue and had to reiterate this to Mr. Hawkins directly before he would yield. Mr. Hawkins' aggressive conduct was so distressing that I felt physically intimidated and had to leave the building to compose myself. While I was in my vehicle, the sales manager, Luiz, approached me. He acknowledged overhearing the exchange, confirmed the coverage was not required, and offered it at no cost. I ultimately completed the transaction with a trainee named Tyrone and declined the GAP coverage through the dealership as to not have Mr. Hawkins gain any commission. Despite my satisfaction with the vehicle and David's assistance, the interaction with your finance department was deeply troubling. I trust this matter will be addressed appropriately. The positive is that pricing is competitive for a full synthetic oil change, the waiting room is roomy and clean, as are the bathrooms which all are importantly if you're waiting around for a bit. The not so great is that even though I make an appointment for each visit I do not seem to be given any priority and frankly the time it takes to get in and out for a simple oil change is abyssal. I miss the days of the guaranteed oil change time of thirty minutes I think it was. Heck, I would be happy with an hour guarantee at this point. I would like to note that Lynn at Vann York Toyota handled the situation professionally and was very helpful throughout the process. I strongly recommend conducting thorough research and considering reputable dealerships when making a purchase decision. After coming to a reasonable agreement on pricing after my original review was posted, they sold the truck while I was traveling for the second time to pick it up.
