My husband and I left their Lexington dealership blown away at our experience today. (Of course we…read moreleft with the truck he loved) First off- greeted right off the bat and got right to business (nobody has time to beat around the bush) Our salesman was Daylon Duggins and man he was awesome. Super knowledgeable, super fast, an excellent communicator and made the most of our time there. We've never had a salesman as great as him, in all honesty. Our sales manager was Andy Myers and again what an awesome man. We've never had a sales manager as involved as he was. He got us to where we wanted to be without a haggle. He made our experience feel like we weren't just another customer to them. You knew he wanted to make us a deal and not have us walk away unhappy. Our finance manager was Bob Montgomery and he had us in and out of his office so fast. Even though he was quickly prepared for us, he still took his time and explained things in detail. This meant alot to us because nobody had ever broken down payments and gap insurance to either of us before. It was like a mini college course in 15 mins. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer. Overall you can understand how we had a 10/10 experience today. I would suggest anyone in the market to stop by this dealership. Thanks again to everyone involved today!

This place is greedy and sells lemon vehicles!…read more This is a dealership that buys cars from sketchy auctions, and then puts new tires on them, gives them a wash, and puts them online for sale as "good condition". I'm sorry it was at the auction for a reason, it's low quality! You're buying to flip and scam your customers! I bought jeep here, and I'm coming back years later just to let you know how bad they are. Bought a jeep, on the way home, I was pulled over for no tail lights. They "fixed the tail lights". On the drive home from that, the dang transmission broke and caught the entire undercarriage of the car on fire. The dealership offered no help, they were happy to scam a college kid. I come on here years later, and they are still scamming. They deserve this 1 star. They suck!

I have purchased 6 cars in my lifetime, and Lexington Ford and the Finance Manager: Tyler Smith,…read moreensured that my experience at Parkway Ford of Lexington was by far the most unprofessional, unenjoyable, dishonest, and frustrating experience I have encountered at a time where I should be enjoying and celebrating my 90k purchase. Where do I begin... 1. I applied for a loan from Knoxville with the intention of purchasing a 2024 Raptor. I applied with a co-signer, and was quoted a rate. Come to find out in order to "ensure I had the best rate possible" Tyler swapped the primary and secondary applicants without my permission. 2. When quoted the rate, I was told only 72 month terms were available. Only until the manager pitched the warranty's and maintenance plans was the 84 month term magically available at the same interest rate I was probably quoted for the 72 month term. 3. Once I had applied I was told my co-signer had to be there in person to sign, which unfortunately she had to work. So the dealership offered to deliver the vehicle 120miles... at my expense ($300). When I asked about the delivery and whether or not I would still receive a full tank of gas, I was told I wouldn't as they would deliver it minus the fuel they expended. 4. On the day of delivery, I received a text saying the truck couldn't be delivered because one of the drivers was sick. I said this was unacceptable and that was my only availability. After some back and forth and got my truck delivered. 5. After the numbers had been crunched over the phone with the finance manager: Tyler Smith, before delivery, I requested copies of the finance documents so that any possible issues could be addressed before their driver drove 4 hours.... Tyler failed to email the documents.. which caused many issues (see below). His excuse was that "He was the only one there". 6. Once the driver arrived with the documents, there were countless issues. The make of my previous truck was misspelled on all documents, my address was wrong, my payoff was wrong, my co-signer was listed as an owner on my trade in (which she is not) etc. When I brought up the incorrect pay off amount, instead of offering to correct his mistake, Tyler simply said: "Well, they'll send you a check in the mail for the amount of the overage". 7. As we began to go over the documents and I expressed my concerns and questions over not being listed on key documents despite being the primary owner, and all the aforementioned discrepancies, Tyler continued to get more frustrated and would continue to say and repeat "Trust me", "listen, I do this for a living" "Oh, that document document doesn't even matter, you can rip it up for all I care" 8. After getting frustrated with all the issues, I asked Tyler to speak to the manger. His response was "I AM THE MANAGER! If you don't like it, I can have the driver take the truck back right now". To which I replied that he was not the GM, and that I wanted to speak with the GM right away. According to Tyler; the GM was not in.... 9. After sitting down with Tyler remotely, and having to make countless pen and ink changes to the documents, we were finally able to get them signed. 10. Once the docs were signed and finalized, we realized that the dealership failed to send the spare key with the driver; and have agreed to mail it to me. 11. When Tyler finally sent me my "finalized documents", he sent me an unprofessional and blank email, with no greeting, no email body, and only the attachment... Not to mention, all the corrections that needed to be made were done by hand, pen and ink, with a contract that is full of line-outs. 12. The dealership failed to provide me with a Ford Owners Card listing my 5 digit factory pin, and therefore I cannot program my door without removing passenger side panels. 13. Last but not least, they were supposed to give me a 30 day temporary plate, but they got the month wrong on the plate... therefore my temporary plate expired the date I made my purchase... now I'm driving around with expired temp plates the day after my purchase. I emailed Tyler multiple days ago asking him to include a new temporary plate with the key they failed to provide; he didn't respond, so I had to contact my sales representative to take care of it. As you can see, this was a terrible experience. Literally every single part of this process was horribly flawed. Parkway Ford and specifically Tyler Smith robbed me of what should of been a very positive experience, purchasing a truck that I had been working towards my entire life... and because of that I do not recommend this dealership whatsoever. As Tyler felt the need to remind me, He is the Manager, and if he had done his due diligence, none of this would have happened. Take my advice, go elsewhere... none of this should have been possible.

Every single person I worked with was absolutely wonderful, no pressure, and upfront. The showroom is recently renovated and very clean. Every staff person I spoke to was so helpful and attentive. Absolutely worth the 90 minute drive to purchase here!! The process was extremely transparent and I never felt rushed or pressured. I am a little bit picky and can be a little grumpy, but the entire team was kind and patient! They were super efficient with the entire process as well. When I arrived, it was quick to get my trade in and looked at, the offer was very fair, and the team helping me actually listened to what I wanted in the vehicle I was looking at and didn't try to push me into something different. Shout out to Luis for his utmost patience with me! Luis was great about following up after the sale and making sure all my questions were answered. It was seamless and he got me set up for my first service interval. So freaking excited about my new wheels and will definitely be visiting again when it's time for my next vehicle! 5/5 stars!

They waited until after all the paperwork was signed to tell me the Jeep only came with one key. Everyone there failed to disclose it until after I had signed all of the paperwork and finalized the purchase. I fell for the oldest trick in car sales, believing the salesman was a good honest person. If I would have know beforehand, I would have addressed the issue. Then I asked for assistance before I left and was told they would see what they could do. That came from several different people. During one phone call I was told by the parts person that the vehicle should have come with two keys and he would help. After several phone calls and emails - I got notified today that they would not help and that the $300 problem was all mine. Their lack of honesty and unwillingness to stand behind the sale speaks volumes. I will not and advise you not to do business with this Jeep dealership. I'm truly surprised that this was the way a customer got treated after I read the good reviews. Something must have changed and not changed for the good. I hope there are no other surprises, because M & L won't help!
