In July 2019, I purchased a 2004 Monte Carlo SS for $2k (great deal) with about 150k miles for my son from Grandview Motors. It drove like a champ for about 6 weeks until one day (early September 2019), it just wouldn't start (which I expected that we would eventually run into an issue considering the age of the car and the miles). Knowing that I purchased the car "as is", I had it towed to AAA automotive shop (who has also done good work on my cars) where I was quoted nearly $800 for the repairs. Not being able to afford the repairs from AAA, I thought I would try calling Grandview Motors, to see if they could do anything. To my pleasant surprise, Brad agreed to fix the issues for about half the price ($375) INCLUDING towing the car from Greensboro to their shop in Thomasville. So far (it's been about 3 weeks at the time of this posting), the car is back to running like a champ! I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely purchase another car from Grandview Motors. Ken and Brad were a pleasure to work with and provided excellent customer service. Thank you Grandview Motors and may God continue to bless your establishment as long as you keep being honest with your customers and providing excellent service!
As a bonus comment: On the day of purchase, I took the car to the DMV near the dealership to purchase the tag/license/etc, I told the clerk that I was a little nervous because I had just purchased a used car. When he saw where I purchased it from (Grandview Motors), he told me that he has heard very good comments about them and that I shouldn't be nervous at all. That made me feel even better! read more
