We discussed the fact that I received a recall notification and I gave them ALL the info on the notice. Not once was I told that this recall was already taken care of on my last visit to Nissan. I drove 30 minutes to the dealership only to be told my vehicle did NOT need to be serviced. When I communicated that I had confirmed the call with CS I was told that they cannot see the info on my acct regarding this information. Gas is not cheap and neither is my time. I will not be returning to this location again. NO INTERNAL COMMUNICATION AND NO ACCOUNTABILTY! I will be contacting Nissan Headquarters in TN.
