Couple small complaints, one being that we had scheduled for a Sunday afternoon, it ended up getting pushed to Monday at 11am because of their Sunday job lasting longer than expected, which was okay considering Sunday was a day of request anyways. However, I got a call Monday morning at 9:50am saying they would be there in 20 minutes. 50 minutes earlier than scheduled wasn't something I could accommodate for, but they thankfully pushed it out to 10:30am. However then arrived at 10:45am. So the timing overall wasn't a great start. Lastly, the pricing seemed agreed upon and clear in the beginning, but I was told I wouldn't receive the 15% off because that was only for additional services, not the entire service. On yelp it does state it's 15% off for new customers and I didn't see any fine print stating otherwise. I also confirmed I would be getting the 15% off through messages, but I guess they have an AI bot and that's who I got my response from, which then made my 15% off invalid. Nonetheless, the guys were understanding and accommodating which I appreciate and did apply a discount. Overall, I am happy with the service and pricing provided, I just wish it was a smidge more seamless throughout.

The company that installed the plank flooring did a poor job of tacking down the carpet to begin with but then recently a dog we were watching tore up where one of the bedrooms meets the hallway and Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaners was able to cut, stretch and retack that area. I also got that bedroom professionally cleaned and it made it look SO much better! The tack is still holding strong and you can still tell a difference with the carpet since having it cleaned. I will definitely be using them again for other bedroom carpets. Also the price was much cheaper than expected!

The first time I called he answered with just a "Hello" so I asked if I was calling The Fresh Sweep and he responded with "Who's this?". I told him I just wanted to make sure I was calling The Fresh Sweep and not dialed the wrong number and he hung up on me. I called back again and he said the called had dropped. I explained we needed cleaning services for 1-2-month period while our current company took care of some personal matters and he said he didn't understand what I was needing. I explained again and asked if I needed to talk to some else about this and he hung up on me again. If this is the kind of customer service they provide we definitely don't want a business relationship with them.

These are the people who send out the red and yellow flyers for underhouse inspections. If you live…read morein a mobile home, they will inspect for re-leveling, plumbing problems, termite damage, insulation and vapor barrier problems, and A/C duct problems. Since most of us are unable or unwilling to crawl under our homes, this is a nifty service and a bargain at a $99 fee which is credited toward any repairs. They provide before and after photos, and you can only trust that the photos are really of your home. My impression of the workers was that they were honest and reliable. If you get your home re-leveled, they will have to come inside and assess each room. I had my inspection done in June, and I have not noticed anything missing or disturbed. They recommended four repairs, and I contracted for three. I will consider the fourth repair at a later date when I have more money. They did not pressure me. My only complaint is that it is difficult to get an appointment. They come to the Foothills only when they have enough customers to make it worth the trip. Your name will be put on their waiting list. By the way, do not confuse Superior Mobile Home Service with Superior Awnings - these are two different companies.

We used this company to Inspect and level our recently purchased mobile home that was ground-set in…read more2022, and never serviced by the original owner. We had one corner that had settled about an inch and we wanted an opinion about what to do. Their $99 inspection fee sounded like a good deal. Superior showed up on time with two trucks and six guys -- quite a crew. The head guy was obviously the salesman and the rest were just some muscle to do the dirty work. They went under the home and came back with photos and a report. The photos showed gaping holes in the belly cover, missing insulation, and the salesguy claimed there were eight missing supports. Fixing it all would cost about $4K. This seemed like a lot of money, so we told them we wanted to think about it. He was polite and said no problem, their quotes are valid for a year. The next day I went under the house myself and don't worry, there are no critters (I didn't even see an ant) under there, just dirt and rocks. It was immediately obvious that the photos Superior showed me were exaggerated by some fancy camera tricks, the "gaping" hole in the belly cover was a tear only about one foot long by six inches wide. The "missing" supports? I could see no place to put them. I repaired the belly cover tear myself for less than $30. My take is that this company dances on the line between legit and scammer. The salesman will definitely take advantage of people if given the opportunity. I might use them in the future for a specific repair at a set price, but I would never trust their recommendations or accept one of their quotes at face value. As with everything in the construction trades, buyers beware...

First off I want to give credit that the two technicians that came into my home were very polite…read moreand professional when they were speaking to me. The customer care/routing managers I spoke with over the phone all very polite. However I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. I was quoted $300 to clean two area rugs. I had a giftcard that covered the amount. The technician that came into my home took maybe 10 minutes to clean both rugs and complimented on how clean they already were. He left and that evening my dining area rug had brown dirt spots running down about 1/4 of the rug. My rug was cleaner and white BEFORE he got there. The next day the company called and asked how my service went I explained that my white rug is now brown and they quickly wanted to make it right. I sent them pics and they got me in the schedule the next day. Great right?! I was impressed. My appt was scheduled the next day between 10 and 12. By 11:45am I called and they informed me the tech was finished and on their way. 30 minutes later I called again and they informed me now that he was "finishing up in Chandler and is on his way." I'm like you said he was on his way 30 min ago so is he or is he not? They put me through to the routing manager and he said he's on his way. I asked did you speak to them because no one has called or texted that they are on the way. You said 30 min ago he was finished and on his way but now it's "he's finishing up in Chandler?" I'm in east Gilbert. He said I'll call him now and get an ETA. Great thank you. Gets back on the phone and now he's coming from Mesa? Like what the heck?! You said he was in Chandler and now it's Mesa? Routing manager says my appt is being bounced around different techs. I have never heard of that? It's almost like if I hadn't called no one was going to show up because literally no one showed up until I called twice. It's now 12:45pm. Tech shows up-again super nice young man. Spent maybe 8-10 minutes on the rug focused on one specific area. That area is clean now and white again but he neglected the other 1/2 of that strip that was still brown. Ugh. I will never use this company again. And I'd encourage anyone thinking about using them to run! They will ruin your carpets and leave jobs 1/2 finished with brown dirt splotches all over. If I'm gifted a gift card again it's going in the trash.
