He did try to upsell me (as any salesmen would) to fix it so that my original car key would work on the lock without the fob, but I declined. They do take credit cards. If you'd like to avoid the 3.5% fee, you can also Zelle them without fees. Pricing here is waaaay cheaper than going to the dealer. I'd recommend them to friends & family who need duplicate car fobs.

The technician was polite and arrived on time, which I appreciated. However, he was unable to program the transmission on my 2011 Nissan Armada after a valve body replacement. The biggest issue was that he confused the ECU (Engine Control Unit) with the TCU (Transmission Control Unit), which are two completely different parts. This kind of mix-up made me question his expertise. Even though no programming was done, I was still charged $180, which felt unfair. Plus, if I want to try again, I'd have to pay the full price once more. While the technician's attitude was friendly, overall, I was disappointed with the service and expected better knowledge for such a specialized job.

Then, a few days later, I somehow managed to lock my only remaining car key inside my car. I honestly wanted to crawl into a hole. I called Alcatraz Locksmith and spoke with Todd. I explained what had happened, and he immediately said he'd get someone out to help. Craig arrived quickly, got my car unlocked without any damage, and since he was already there, he replaced the locks on my house so I didn't have to worry about whoever had my stolen keys. Being able to take care of everything in one visit was such a relief. The work was excellent, but what I'll remember most is how Todd and Craig treated me.
