Love this place friendly and helpful everything works perfectly the first time every time

I had a very unique lock on a machine. I went to Lowe's, Home Depot and Ace Hardware. I called two other locksmith's and no one could/would help me. I took it into Key West and they got it open within seconds. They were so polite and friendly. Most importantly, my lock didn't scare them away. They opened the lock and protected my machine. The owner, Hannah, recognized the our golf cart key immediately where Ace and Lowe's could not find a blank to match. Both places suggested Key West and she made three keys immediately at a reasonable price. Very easy and pleasant experience. read more

I had two very old and hard to find keys (to an airplane) that required duplication. They were so helpful that they made me two sets of keys and told me to take them (without paying) and come back and pay them if the keys worked. That kind of service has disappeared in our modern world. The final report is that the keys DID work and now I have a great locksmith shop if I need them again. I recommend them wholeheartedly. read more

Super service from a well trained staff. If you need keys this is the place to go. Unlike the big box retailers the keys will always work. They have blanks for special or unusual keys. They also have a big selection of high quality locks, safes, gun safes etc. this is my go to place for everything key related. read more

They have always been professional and are quick at what they do. They've previously cut a spare for my Harley Sportster. Today they cut some OEM style Toyota keys for my FJ Cruiser that I had bought online with the immobilizer chip. They explained how I may need two originals to program the new keys but it was not needed. I did it with only one and the new keys are working! They do great work! Definitely come here for all your needs! read more

First of all if you have a sign on your door that say you are open till 5pm be there!!!! So then when i finally got their earlier in the day, i was really surprised that the old guy that say he owns the place is such a grump. I have had keys made in the past and the young lady that works their is so friendly. I must have woken him up from his nap. I am sorry I didn't spend a ton of money at your place, but I will never spend 1 more $ there ever again. AVOID VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL I really think some of these small business owner need to realize what customer service really is all about. read more

I deal with them occasionally through my work and they have always done a good job and reliable. I bought a used Ford truck that only had one key and I needed to get a spare transponder key. They gave me a fair quote (Rodeo Ford wanted $45 more and by appointment only) and I will be going there in the next few days for that key. read more

My husband went there today to get a replacement key and the rest of his broken key retrieved from the ignition. He was quoted elsewhere for a price of $80 and then went to key west because of the location. Not only was the service amazing, the price was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper for 2 keys and retrieval! I will definitely be recommending to friends and family and they will get our business again! read more
