They took our problems seriously but didn't take advantage and press extra services on us that weren't necessary. We especially liked how knowledgeable the inspector was and how patient he was with our questions. They did a beautiful and very professional job cleaning out the space, air sealing, and doing the exclusion. After discovering that our attic was improperly ventilated and had been accumulating mold for several years, we hired them again to the do the clean out and mold remediation up there. Again, their work was on point for price, extremely professional, and beautifully done. Everyone we worked and talked with, from the inspector (Brennen), the onsite crew, the office, and even the owner, were friendly, well-informed, professional, and prompt. After the work was completed, they have been prompt about following up with inspections to help us stay in warranty on the work and ensure no future issues. They meticulously put paper and plastic down to protect my home so it wasn't getting dirty or damaged cleaned out all the old insulation trash and debris. Several other reviews have stated that Nathan Jones lied to them to get them to sign the contract, so if he is still employed by the company and is the one that comes out to your home, that means they didn't let him go for repeatedly lying. Mr. Nathan Jones lied about the scope of the job to get us to sign the contract, pretended his computer had died so he had to have us sign the contract on a small tablet/ phone which is a common method they use to make sure you can't read the fine print, and they told us they could use a disinfectant appropriate for immunocompromised individuals but when the office was contacted to confirm told us that immunocompromised individuals should not use their company because they didn't use chemicals that were safe. The reason they have so many positive reviews is because they discount the price if you review them prior to them starting the job. They charged us $10,000 for a job that took 15 work hours for a single employee, and when I asked them why they were charging so much for a simple job prior to signing they assured us it was a BIG job that would require a whole team for four full work days. He committed fraud and poisoned our family causing worsening of health issues.
