I just completed my training certification with Huyen. It was a 2 day course and the 2nd day with a live model. It was nerve wrecking as muscle memory for me takes a bit more repetition. I first came here to get my eyebrows microbladed. Huyen was very attentive and explained the process thoroughly. When you are getting permanent or semi-permanent makeup, attention to detail is everything and I was very happy with the level of attention my eyebrows were receiving. She took the time to map out my brows perfectly and made sure I was happy with the shape before she started. Unfortunately, my healing process didn't go as expected. I typically have combo skin, but the healing process made my skin super oily and I didn't have much ink retention when I came in for my touchup appointment. Huyen noticed right away and after some discussion suggested we do microshading instead which would heal better with my skin. She even offered to do this as a complimentary service because she wanted me to be happy with my eyebrows. She gave the same level of attention to mapping out my brows as she did the first time.
