Just got my brows done today. I can't say enough good things about Diana and the service that she provided. She was very nice, professional and most importantly she took her time mapping out the perfect brows for me before she applied the semi-permanent make up. I am so happy with my new brows! I highly recommend Edge Brows in SF and Diana! read more

I have done two scar camouflage sessions so far with Valerie, and I'm already seeing tremendous results! My scars have noticeable lightened, and the improvement is beyond what I expected this early on. I am currently waiting on my third session and I'm so excited to see the final outcome. I did not experience any discomfort during the sessions. Valerie is extremely skilled and professional. She took the time to explain every step and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout. If you are considering scar camouflage I highly recommend Valerie. I have also done lip blush and eyeliner with Diana and am so impressed with my results. We are currently working on eyebrow correction and their work combined has made such a difference for me, and I'm feeling more confident. Thank you to these lovely ladies and the services they provide they are truly skilled. read more

I booked the head spa because I've been dealing with stress, hair thinning, and constant headaches. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm and peaceful. My technician explained everything step by step -- scalp analysis, deep cleansing, exfoliation, massage, water therapy. By the end, I felt like a new person. My scalp was clean, my face looked lifted, and even my shoulders felt lighter. Worth every penny. This is my new self-care ritual:) read more

SO impressed by the cover up/ correction work done by Diana. I'm super scared of pain/ needles but obviously also appreciate beauty enough to have endured micro blading several times before meeting Diana. This procedure was professional and painless. Diana comes highly recommended from my inner circle of gfs who I know do an extensive amount of research vetting the best in every industry. I tried for an appointment here maybe a year ago but couldn't get one since the previous micro blading work wasn't something this place was looking to correct. A year later, Edge Brow sees a huge need for people who need the cover up/ correction work and Diana did an impressive job with my brows. She is honest, great at her craft and takes her time to brow map the best look for you. Be ready to be wow'ed. The studio is beautiful and clean too! read more

Diana is wonderful to work with! She is very detailed and careful in mapping my brows. She listened to my lifestyle and frequency of wearing make up. Since I tend to be Au natural, she made my brows follow the contour of my brow bones and eyes. So no crazy thick brows as I never had them or longer ones. Place looks very clean and sterile. read more

My brows have been getting pandemic pampered from Diana for almost two years now: *high quality work *meticulously detailed, measuring, remeasuring *safety protocols are all in place *her team is warm and wonderful *processes are regularly updated and continuing education is part of Edge's standards Pain is tolerable and partway through numbing gel will be added and you'll be asleep in no time. Pro-tip for the ladies - check your cycle, pain threshold is super low at that time, so schedule around your flow. Make sure to read through all the pre-procedure and aftercare to ensure best results. The hardest part for me is not being able to sauna for 3 weeks. Friends have commented on the beautiful face framing shape and the natural look/color. Bespoke from beginning to end. No purple, red or one dimensional brows here. I literally can never go back to drawing my brows myself - permanent makeup is the end all for me, always wanted to have brows in the water! It was wonderful to see Edge in it's chic new location today - congrats to the success and expansion! read more

i've been going to Diana for microblading for over a year now. she is by far the best permanent makeup artist i've ever had (out of 3) and the only person i trust with my brows now. Diana did a great job covering a microblading job by another artist many years ago, so i would definitely recommend her for that. the office is beautiful and very relaxing. read more

I would give 10 stars if I could! I visited Edge Brows Microblading Studio & Academy to get my eyebrows tattooed for the very first time, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Diana. Initially, I was quite nervous about the procedure, but Diana was incredibly reassuring. She patiently walked me through every step of the process, explaining what to expect and making sure I felt comfortable and informed. Her calming presence truly put me at ease. The studio itself is absolutely stunning. It's clean, with an elegant and luxurious atmosphere that reminded me of the high-end beauty spas I've seen in Korea. The attention to detail in the space made me feel confident I was in expert hands. Diana took her time consulting with me on the perfect eyebrow shape and design to suit my face. Her expertise and precision were evident throughout, and her ability to listen and collaborate made me feel completely at ease. I appreciated her dedication to ensuring the final result was exactly what I wanted. I decided to get my eyebrows tattooed as part of my wedding preparation since I was having my wedding in Hawaii. Knowing I'd be participating in water sports and outdoor activities, I wanted to make sure my eyebrows would always look flawless without the need for constant touch-ups- it was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! Having beautifully designed and eyebrows saved me so much time and stress during my wedding week. Eyebrow makeup had always been the most time-consuming part of my beauty routine, but with my new tattooed brows, I was free to focus on enjoying my special day. From getting ready for my wedding day to the photo shoots, everything felt so much smoother because I didn't have to worry about my eyebrows at all. If you're considering microblading or eyebrow tattooing, I can't recommend Diana and Edge Brows Studio highly enough read more

I've always wanted to get my eyebrows done professionally and i did a big research trying to find the best specialist. Unfortunately in terms of results i did not had a good experience and since its a expensive service I was expecting way more, i got my eyebrows done in june and by august they were completely gone, washed out and back to normal, i will have to go back for a touch up and see what can be done about it but since it did not meet the expectations and it is a expensive service i would not risk going back and would not recommend it. Update: I went for my touch up appointment to figured what happened and as we can also see her reply to my review, I continued to be gaslighted. At first by email I was told by Diana that the fading I was experiencing was definitely NOT normal. But now the conversation changed, now she's saying that I actually asked to have this faded and gray result since i asked for a natural look, First of all, I never asked for my eyebrows to look like this, I never asked for this natural look, why would I even pay for a expensive service to have my eyebrows looking just the way they were before, even if i had asked for this "natural look" (which i didn't) this is not how a natural eyebrow should look like, as you can see there is no outline and looks gray. And lastly but VERY important, during my touch up appointment I was pressured and very felt uncomfortable! she was pressuring me to delete this review because this could be bad for her business!!! She tried to negotiate and she was trying to gaslight me to think that this faded result is what I asked! (even though even she said previously that this doesn't look normal) anyways this is my experience and trying to pressure me to delete this review made everything worst! Ive learned that clients can get 50$ off if they leave a review so I wouldn't even consider these other reviews to be 100% sincere. Again , would not recommend! read more

I received the powder brow service from Diana, and I couldn't be happier. I have always had pretty sparse brows, but the most annoying part about them has always been that they are very uneven. I am also not very good with makeup, so my eyebrows always took the longest given how uneven they are naturally. I keep getting compliments after the service though! My eyebrows frame my face so well, and they look really natural! I feel comfortable completely bare faced, and I also feel comfortable wearing a face full of makeup because she did such a good job shaping my eyebrows. Additionally, I've taken 20 minutes off of my make up routine as a result of this service! Highly recommend. read more

I was skeptical about having work done on my eyebrows. I've seen some aging Asian actors who had their eyebrows worked on that looked fake and hideous, and I thought to myself, I would never allow that to happen. But as my eyebrows started to fade and looked bent out of shape due to aging, I decided to try it. I found Edge Brows on the internet, and it has raging reviews. As it turned out, I am thrilled with the result. Diana used a new technology called Microblading, and the outcome was impressive. Diana was patient and professional. She took the time to ask me questions and designed the new shape for my eyebrows. After the first session, I was slightly freaked out because my eyebrows looked like makeup. She asked me to trust the process, and within a few days, the solid color started to fade and blend in with my existing eyebrows. After ten days, none of my friends could tell I had my eyebrows worked on because they looked so natural. A few weeks later, I felt great because my eyebrows made me look younger and more attractive. I had the follow-up session a couple of months later and told Diana she could darken the color more. Now that the work is completed, I feel like a new man. I highly recommend Edge Brows if you want to look younger and attractive. read more

You like my brows? Gee thanks, just bought it (at Edgebrows). Diana worked her magic and gave my sparse brows life. I now save 5 minutes a day because I don't have to fill them anymore. Her shop is so clean and makes you feel so relaxed. Even her pens wrote really nicely as I filled out the form. After filling the forms, we went inside to the room where she applied numbing cream, chose color, and shaped my brows based on my bone structure. One of my brows is slightly more arched and one is more straight, so she asked which one I preferred, which I really appreciate. She was able to work with my uneven brows and still manage to get them both even looking. She thoroughly explained the aftercare and gave me a paper to take home that explains how to take care of my brows during the healing process. After healing, I noticed that my brows didn't take the pigment in very well. It looked like nothing has happened to my brows after the scabbing process. I went in for a touch up a few weeks later and we didn't put any numbing cream this time. Diana was once again really precise and detailed on shaping my brows before we proceeded. The pain without numbing cream was tolerable and again, I felt really comfortable during the whole process. Diana gave me a different ointment instead to use after my touch up. My brows has been healed for almost a month now, and the results are beautiful. My right brow took the color a little better than my left, but it's not too noticeable. I've also received a ton of compliments from friends. Look no further if you're looking for natural ombre brows, Edgebrows is where you want to go! read more

I did my eyebrows, because they were not looking natural. After a second touch-up, Diana told me I'll have to come for a third one. During the session, she is pretty unpleasant, not asking if you are doing ok while she works on the brows for 2 hours. If you open your eyes (which hard to not move and keep closed for 2 hours, her tone is pretty aggressive). The aftercare instructions are not clear, and her commutation style is not great for an artist. On top of this, my eyebrow are really thicker than I wanted and not even. The left side looks very funny and I don't like the look. I was asking for something natural and it looks really fake. During the whole process, she complained about my pigment (as if I could do anything about it). Now she recommends a third touch up, of course for more money after I paid 500$ for something that doesn't look close to what I wanted. I do not recommend. read more

Edge Brows - Left side not straight - Permanent Makeup Near Me - San Francisco, California

I was a teen in the 90s, which is to say that I plucked the hell out of my brows and am now left with sad thin brows as an adult. I had never even thought of getting permanent makeup, in my mind I thought tattooed eyebrows were those horrible greenish black faded fake looking tattoos you sometimes see on older women. Thankfully a friend set me straight, and suggested I see Diana after I had commented on how great her brows look. I booked an appointment and am sooo happy I did. I no longer wake up in the morning looking strange and brow less (ok not completely but close). Good eyebrows are soo important, and Diana is a master at finding the exact perfect shape for your individual features and face shape, and the best part of all is that once she perfects them they stay that way!! I love that I wake up feeling so much more put together than I did before getting my brows done, and that I no longer have to worry about part of my brow makeup rubbing off and throwing everything off. The process is much more comfortable and quick than I had expected and she is great about finding exactly the right color to match your natural brows, I have medium light brown eyebrows and was worried but she nailed it! The added bonus is that Diana is great about talking you through the entire process, explaining what she is doing every step of the way and making sure you are on board with the plan. She even goes so far as to follow up over text to remind about the important aftercare instructions and answer questions. Highly recommend Diana and Edge Brows!!! read more

I must first say Diana's workmanship is amazing and she is a perfectionist ! To preface my brows have been sparse and I've been loosing hair for the last 5 years . During the pandemic I found Diana through Instagram and her work looked amazing . I called and asked her which procedure she recommended . Her assistant answered and told me to send a picture of my brows to him. He told me since I was on the oily skin type and I could get combo brows or ombre brows . I tried to book and appointment in March but they were booked to Early May , I thought it was because everyone is done with the pandemic like me and wanted to get their brows done . All I can say my brows are a world of Difference, thank you Diana ! Now I know why there's a two month wait ! I would recommend her for all your eyebrows needs! read more

From start to finish, my combination eyebrows experience with Diana was an absolute delight. It was clear from minute one that Diana is a very meticulous, detail-oriented, and precise artist. After a discussion about what I was hoping to achieve with the procedure, Diana spent over an hour measuring and drawing reference lines to plan out exactly what my eyebrows would look like. She encouraged me to walk around with a mirror and make different facial expressions to ensure that I liked how they looked. We adjusted her drawing a few times based on my feedback. It really felt like Diana wanted to ensure that I got the eyebrows I wanted, not just the eyebrows that she thought I should have. The procedure itself was nearly painless - my eyebrows felt kind of raw/tender afterwards, but within a couple hours of the procedure I felt zero pain. Diana sent me home with detailed aftercare instructions and the cutest supply care package to ensure good healing. I followed her instructions diligently and six weeks later I can say I absolutely LOVE my eyebrows. They are natural looking and they suit my face really well. I don't think I could have asked for a better outcome. Thank you so much Diana, I'll be coming back to you for annual touchups for sure. read more

So back in the day, when thin eyebrows were the norm, I used to get them waxed all the time and I definitely overplucked to the point where my eyebrows were so thin and didn't seem to grow back. It was a pain having to draw them in every morning. A good friend of mine recommended Edge Brows and Diana, specifically. I've never had any semi or permanent make up done so I was definitely nervous in case I didn't like it. I was worried I'd be stuck with it. But I decided to take the leap and go for it. I admit once they were done, I was still hesitant because it was quite different from the thin eyebrows I had for years so it took some getting used to but after the aftercare period (~ 10 days), it looked so natural and I couldn't be happier! The procedure itself does take a while but it's so worth it. I kicked myself for waiting so long to go to Diana. Diana, herself, is wonderful! She is super knowledgeable, and you can tell from how she talks you through the procedure, including how she measures the dimensions of your face, selects the color, etc. that she has done this for a long time and knows her stuff. A true professional. On top of that, she has flawless skin and when I asked her for advice, she made some recommendations, which I took up and same as my eyebrows, was so pleased! So if you have any question or hesitation of getting your eyebrows done, don't! Make your appointment at Edge Brows with Diana today! read more
