We have been to this shopping center many times over the years to patronize several different restaurants (some of them long gone) and also, here, to Pho Vn more than 5+ years ago when they first opened. As it was a cold day for Florida back a couple weeks ago, I was craving some hot soup for lunch and pho was the perfect choice. We started with an order of summer rolls, but with shrimp only (no pork). The order consisted of two rolls, each cut in half. They came with a small dish of peanut sauce. They were good as was the sauce - not the best we've ever had - but it was an acceptable appetite tamer while we were waiting for our soups. I got their egg noodle soup with pork which was excellent. The broth - tinged pink from the pork - was deliciously flavorful. The bowl had scallions, onions, tender pork pieces, and a lot of thin egg noodles in it. I added bean sprouts from the side dish of greenery. I'd definitely get this soup again. My husband ordered their spicy tom yum soup with shrimp from their specials list. It had a slight kick and quite a number of shrimp, scallions, and lemon grass in the broth along with ramen noodles (his choice). He added lime, basil, and bean sprouts from the side dish. He opted to leave out the jalapenos as the broth was spicy enough on its own. He liked his soup as well. We both wound up taking our leftover soups home as they were too good to leave behind. We had them for another meal. Now that we have rediscovered Ph Vn, it won't be so long between visits. And we won't wait for a cold Florida day, either, as their other Vietnamese dishes are also appealing. read more

While walking by after a day of Xmas shopping, I passed by a restaurant I had gotten take out from years ago. This time, the festively lit "garden"atmosphere beckoned me on to an outside table. Yes, they managed to parlay a strip mall sidewalk into a welcoming patio. The staff is amazingly friendly and welcoming. I ordered the pork chops which came out promptly and well presented. What a great find! It's a small quaint pho spot hidden in the shopping center, but it slaps.. as the kids say these days. The young ladies working there were super, super nice! That was refreshing. They are sure to remind you several - and i mean several - times about the added fee when paying with a card and not cash. The Pho was surprisingly good for the area considering they probably have very few Vietnamese customers. I Will say that popular Vietnamese restaurants in Tampa and Orlando with large Vietnamese client bases are better and about 40-50% cheaper. That being said it is probably amongst the best options in Delray/Boynton. read more

This is one of my favorite small businesses/local spots to frequent in Boynton Beach. The food is incredible. I order the Tom Yum soup with beef and rice noodles. The soup is amazing and so flavorful it's ridiculous. I also order the summer rolls with pork and shrimp that comes with a delicious peanut sauce. I was in town for work and craving Pho, so I found this place. Tucked in a plaza, this place was cozy and quaint. Pretty clean for the most part. Daphne took my order and she was very polite. I ordered Green tea, Pho special, and Thai boba tea. The green tea was brewed in a tea pot and served with a cup, which I appreciated. Pho was delicious, the broth was flavorful with just the perfect balance of meat and noodles. They also give the add in on the side to customize to your liking. I also enjoyed their hot sauce. We went there after we found a relative has recently moved into the area! If you have been following my other posts, you will see that I go to a lot, a lot of Asian restaurant like pho places or hot pot locations. Therefore, it is always difficult to actually choose one particular good location to hang out with friends. This location was recommended to us because of some past positive experience. One might easily confuse this location as a Vietnamese restaurant because of a large selection of pho noodle soup etc., but is actually run by a Thai family. I started with an order of Thai tea, and then we also ordered a tofu yellow curry and a grilled beef plater. By convention, we had to also order a combination pho for the taste buds' fastidious requirement. Overall it's a great experience I look forward to make this a usual place for my Vietnamese food fix. When missing home, this is the closest food I can get. The owner - VIetnamese guy... Super nice and attenuative to this customers. My first time here, I ordered pork and shrimp spring rolls because I was craving for spring rolls. The spring rolls were good, similar to back home. The second time, I came here for dinner with a friend. Yes it was busy. We ended up ordering the pork and shrimp spring rolls, pho, and a rice plate (I can't recall). Everything was good. The pho broth was very similar to the pho I get back home. It made me missing back home a little less. The third time, we stopped in and grabbed appetizers for dinner. They were also on point.
