We are Vietnamese food junkies from a largely Vietnamese region. We had Bahn Mi, which was excellent, as were the shrimp spring rolls. The Pho was a bit weak; very common in FL as a bone broth requires at least 24 hours to cook, and nobody does that here. Was still good, but could have had a deeper flavor. read more

We gave pho vn another try and what a pleasant surprise! Same decor but we were served by a wonderful waiter who described the food and promptly delivered our meal. I had a seafood pho. It was full of protein and served hot. The accompanying sprouts and greens were fresh. The broth was full of flavor and delicious. My companion had the shrimp pad Thai and he wasn't disappointed; a nice sized portion and delectable shrimp. My opinion has changed. We highly recommend this little gem. The food was excellent. I liked my pad Thai a lot. Portions were large and the price was incredibly reasonable. The menu wasn't extensive but it had quite a good number of options. The place looks closed from the outside because it looks dark inside but when you go in it seems like a small local hidden gem. The interior isn't exciting as it looks older and may need an update but there's charm to it. There was no seater so we didn't know what to do upon arrival with it being our first time there but we were shortly guided to a table. They must do a lot of to go orders because it took a little while to order. Once we got our food in it wasn't a long wait after. I would love to come back and try more food here. I opted for the Seafood Noodle Pho (Soup), Shrimp, Fish ,and Squid served with rice noodles . Topped with fresh onion , scallion slices of fresh lime , jalapeno , beansprouts, mint and basil. We have been to this shopping center many times over the years to patronize several different restaurants (some of them long gone) and also, here, to Pho Vn more than 5+ years ago when they first opened. As it was a cold day for Florida back a couple weeks ago, I was craving some hot soup for lunch and pho was the perfect choice. We started with an order of summer rolls, but with shrimp only (no pork). The order consisted of two rolls, each cut in half. They came with a small dish of peanut sauce. They were good as was the sauce - not the best we've ever had - but it was an acceptable appetite tamer while we were waiting for our soups. I got their egg noodle soup with pork which was excellent. The broth - tinged pink from the pork - was deliciously flavorful. The bowl had scallions, onions, tender pork pieces, and a lot of thin egg noodles in it. I added bean sprouts from the side dish of greenery. I'd definitely get this soup again. My husband ordered their spicy tom yum soup with shrimp from their specials list. It had a slight kick and quite a number of shrimp, scallions, and lemon grass in the broth along with ramen noodles (his choice). He added lime, basil, and bean sprouts from the side dish. He opted to leave out the jalapenos as the broth was spicy enough on its own. He liked his soup as well. We both wound up taking our leftover soups home as they were too good to leave behind. We had them for another meal. Now that we have rediscovered Ph Vn, it won't be so long between visits. And we won't wait for a cold Florida day, either, as their other Vietnamese dishes are also appealing. read more

The rice was greasy and the chicken was added after . They actually used roasted chicken to both the curry dish and the fried rice. Unacceptable!! The chicken tasted as if it came from Publix or Walmart. It was abundantly obvious it wasn't Cooked in either dish. I'd never go back. Whenever I want soup, I think of this cozy spot where prices are very reasonable and service is friendly. They have exactly the combo I want, with thin beef and tendons. It's the bone broth combined with tendons that replenishes collagen for my beautiful skin and health from within. When my health is not good, my body craves a bowl of pho from this place.
